Tamera Foster collaborates with Fred Cox, Josh Crocker

British singer/songwriter Tamera Foster, known mononymously as Tamera, has teamed up with Fred Cox and Josh Crocker for a new collaboration.

Cox previously co-wrote and produced songs for Grace Carter (“Heal Me”), Olivia Nelson (“Back When”), Zak Abel (“Rock Bottom”), Caitlyn Scarlett (“Back When”), Rag’n’Bone Man (“Grace”), Kiah Victoria (“Treat Me”), Tanika (“Fuck Boy”), Joel Compass (“Back to Me”) and Tori Kelly (“Mellow”).

Meanwhile, Crocker’s songwriting and production credits include Kali Uchis’ “Feel Like a Fool,” Celeste’s “Both Sides of the Moon,” Kari Faux’s “Leave Me Alone,” Cosima’s “Had to Feel Something,” and Mabel’s “Come Over.”

Tamera’s debut single “Romeo” – which was produced by regular collaborator Parker Ighile – is now available via all digital streaming outlets.

Her upcoming project under Moonshyne Music Limited is expected to feature further contributions from Maths Time Joy (Sinead Harnett, Alina Baraz), Loxe (Kelis, Lianne La Havas), Dayyon Alexander (Kara Marni, Dua Lipa), Eyelar (Raye, Little Mix), and Aston Rudi (Mahalia, Elli Ingram).

Mabel releases debut album “High Expectations”

English singer/songwriter Mabel McVey, known mononymously as Mabel, has released her debut studio collection online.

“High Expectations” – featuring singles “Don’t Call Me Up,” “Mad Love” and “Bad Behaviour” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project boasts songwriting contributions from Marlon Roudette (Sinead Harnett), Kamille (Anne-Marie), Joel Compass (Tinashe), Sarah Aarons  (Justin Timberlake), Maria Hazell (Alma), Jimmy Napes (Alicia Keys) and Kelly Kiara (Era Istrefi).

Album producers include Tre Jean-Marie  (Craig David), Josh Crocker (Kali Uchis), Dre Skull (Santigold), Al Shux (Elle Varner), JD. Reid (Katy B), Steve Mac (Ed Sheeran), Oak Felder (Usher), Fraser T. Smith (Sam Smith), Jordan Riley (Dan Caplen) and MakeYouKnowLove (Nicole Scherzinger).

British singer/songwriter Celeste Waite, known monnymously as Celeste, has delivered her new mini-album online.

“Lately” – featuring five new songs in the shape of “Both Sides of the Moon,” “Lately,” “Father’s Son,” “Summer” and “Ugly Thoughts” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The highly-anticipated project boasts productions from Tev’n (Joy Crookes, Kenzie May), Josh Crocker (Mabel McVey, Kali Uchis), Tom Havelock (Nina Nesbitt, Jasmine Thompson) and Will Archer (George Maple, Jessie Ware).

Kari Faux delivers music video for new single “Leave Me Alone”

Kari Faux has delivered the music video for her new single online.

The Dylan McGale-directed/Sho Shrock-produced visual clip for “Leave Me Alone” was posted to the American singer/songwriter’s YouTube channel on Friday (February 22, 2019).

Production duties on “Leave Me Alone” were handled by Josh Crocker, whose resume boasts additional works with Kali Uchis (“Feel Like a Fool”),Celeste Waite (“Both Sides of the Moon”), Cosima Ehni (“Had to Feel Something”) and Mabel McVey (“My Boy My Town”).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Faux’s upcoming project “Cry 4 Help” – which serves as the follow-up to 2017’s “Primary” and 2016’s “Lost En Los Angeles” – is scheduled to arrive on March 8 via 9 My Shits Legit/These Are Pulse Songs (BMI).

Celeste has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “Father’s Son” was posted to the British singer/songwriter’s Vevo channel on Monday (January 28, 2019).

Production duties on “Father’s Son” were handled by Tom Havelock, whose resume boasts additional works with Kwabs (“Forgiven”), Jasmine Thompson (“Fix Me”), Aquilo (“Never Hurt Again”), Ginny Blackmore (“Right Spot”), Taya (“Deeper”), Ray BLK (“Doing Me”) and Robin Schultz (“Sun Goes Down”).

Having released her debut mini-album “The Milk & The Honey” in 2016 via Lily Allen’s Bank Holiday Records, Celeste’s next project – featuring the Josh Crocker-produced “Lately” – is expected to arrive later this year via Polydor Records.

Kali Uchis reunites with Josh Crocker for new collaboration

Colombian-American singer and songwriter Karly Loaiza, known professionally as Kali Uchis, has reunited with Josh Crocker for a new collaboration.

“Working out of a beautiful studio this week with @KaliUchis and @hcvstro manning the spaceship. Spoiled for choice with the vintage guitars!,” Crocker posted to his Instagram profile on Friday (December 14, 2018).

The British musician – who is signed to Universal Music Publishing UK – previously teamed up with Uchis on “Gotta Get Up (Interlude)” and “Feel Like a Fool,” taken from the Uchis’s debut album, “Isolation.”

Crocker’s songwriting and production resume boasts additional works with Celeste Waite (“Both Sides of the Moon” and “Lately”), Cosima Ehni (“WYD,” “Hymns for Him” and “Had to Feel Something”) and Mabel McVey (“My Boy My Town” and “Begging”).

Uchis’ debut album “Isolation,” which was released earlier this year via RCA Records,” peaked to number thirty-two on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “Tyrant,” “Nuestro Planeta,” “After the Storm” and “Just a Stranger.”
