Paris Hilton schedules release date for new single ‘Good Time’

Paris Hilton has scheduled the release date for her new single.

The pop singer will debut “Good Time” – which features Lil Wayne – on October 1 via Young Money / Cash Money Records.

The Afrojack-produced track serves as the first promotional single from the artist’s upcoming sophomore album, which serves as the follow-up to 2006’s “Paris” [Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records].

That project debuted at number six on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and delivered hit singles “Stars are Blind” and “Nothing in the World.”

Among the musicians backing Hilton on the still-untitled collection are Juan and Oscar Salinas of songwriting and production duo Play-N-Skillz, who have also teamed up with the like of Akon [Republic Records] and Pitbull [RCA Records].

Paris Hilton has teamed with Play-N-Skillz for her upcoming sophomore album on Universal Music Group / Young Money / Cash Money / Republic Records.

The R&B and hip hop production duo – consisting of members Juan “Play” Salinas and Oscar “Skillz” Salinas – are responsible for tracks such as “Crazy Bitch” by Rye Rye featuring Akon [Interscope Records] and “Where Them Girls At” by David Guetta featuring Flo Rida & Nicki Minaj [Virgin Records].

They have also teamed up with artists including Lil Wayne [Universal Music Group / Republic Records], Pitbull [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records] and Nelly [Universal Music Group / Republic Records] and Ludacris [Disturbing tha Peace / Def Jam Recordings].

Meanwhile, the still-untitled collection by Hilton serves as the follow-up to 2006’s “Paris.” That release debuted at number six on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart. It also delivered two hit singles in the shape of “Stars Are Blind” and “Nothing in the World.”
