Kandace Springs releases new music video for “Place to Hide”

Kandace Springs has released a new music video online.

The singer-songwriter posted the Julia Vastola-directed clip for “Place to Hide” to her YouTube channel (KSoul Springs) on Monday (January 09, 2017).

“Place to Hide” was initially recorded by British recording artist Lucie Silvas for her sophomore studio collection, “The Same Side.” Silvas wrote the song with Judie Tzuke and Graham Kearns.

Meanwhile, Springs’ debut album “Soul Eyes” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The critically-acclaimed collection boasts contributions from Evan Rogers (Rihanna), Carl Sturken (Shakira), Jimmy Harry (Kylie Minogue), Lindy Robbins (Rachel Platten) and Greg Wells (Katy Perry).

The Saturdays hit the studio with DJ Fresh for new album

The Saturdays have collaborated with DJ Fresh for their upcoming album, which will be released later this year via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

The hitmaker – real name Daniel Stein – has previously collaborated with artists including Rita Ora [Columbia Records], Girls Aloud [Polydor Records], Ms. Dynamite [Relentless Records] and RaVaughn Brown [Columbia Records].

His latest album “Nextlevelism” was released in October 2012 via Ministry of Sound. That project debuted at number fourteen on the UK Albums Chart. It also and delivered five hit singles in the shape of “Louder,” “Hot Right Now,” “The Power,” “The Feeling” and “Gold Dust.”

Meanwhile, the new collection by The Saturdays – which serves as the follow-up to 2011’s “On Your Radar” – will sport further alliances with Steve Mac, Autumn Rowe, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, Ina Wroldsen, Diane Warren, Lucie Silvas, Judie Tzuke, Ollie Jacobs, and Camille Purcell.

The Saturdays have unveiled a new song online.

“Somebody Else’s Life” will be included as the B-side to their new single “What About Us,” due in the United Kingdom on March 17.

The track was written by group members Una Healy, Rochelle Humes, Mollie King, Francesca Sandford and Vanessa White along with Lucie Silvas, Judie Tzuke and Charlie Holmes.

As previously reported, The Saturdays have christened their next collection “The Chase” and will release it later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records / Fascination Records.

Album contributors include Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins (Justin Bieber, Nelly Furtado), Ina Wroldsen (Britney Spears, Shontelle Layne), Steve Mac (The Wanted, One Direction), Autumn Rowe (Leona Lewis, Alexis Jordan), Ollie Jacobs (Peter Andre, Tinchy Stryder), Diane Warren (Tulisa Contostavlos, Beyonce Knowles) and Camille Purcell (Dionne Bromfield, Cover Drive).
