Kelsey Lu delivers new promotional single “Blood”

Kelsey Lu has delivered her new promotional single online.

“Blood” – which was co-written by Orlando Higginbottom (better known by his stage name Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs) and produced by Adrian Younge – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Lu’s upcoming debut album of the same name – featuring previous singles “Shades of Blue,” “Due West” and “I’m Not in Love” – is scheduled to arrive on April 19 via Columbia Records.

The highly-anticipated project yields additional productions and songwriting contributions from Jeff Gitty, Rodaidh McDonald, Justin Raisen, Michael Uzowuru, Skrillex, Jamie XX, Sarah Aarons, Jeff Kleinman, and Roofeo.

Kelsey Lu has announced the details for her upcoming debut album.

The American singer/songwriter christened her first studio collection “Blood” and will release it on April 19 via Columbia Records.

Featuring promotional singles “Shades of Blue” and “Due West,” the highly-anticipated project also delivers productions and songwriting contributions from  Jeff Gitty, Rodaidh McDonald, Adrian Younge, Justin Raisen, Michael Uzowuru, Skrillex, Jamie XX, Sarah Aarons, Jeff Kleinman, and Roofeo.

Cosha drafts Emile Haynie for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Cassia O’Reilly, professionally known as Cosha, has drafted Emile Haynie for a new collaboration.

Besides releasing his debut album “We Fall” in 2015 via Interscope Records, Haynie also co-wrote and produced songs for Lana Del Rey (“Summertime Sadness”), Bruno Mars (“Locked Out of Heaven”), Dua Lipa (“New Love”), Camila Cabello (“Consequences”) and Emeli Sande (“My Kind of Love”).

Meanwhile, Cosha’s latest collection “R.I.P Bonzai” – featuring contributions from Rostam Batmanglij, Jeff Gitty, Mura Masa, Grades, Francis “Eg” White, and Danny L Harle – is now available via all digital streaming outlets.

Her upcoming project – which reportedly delivers additional alliances with Ariel Rechtshaid, Justin Raisen, Stint, Cass Lowe, Fred Ball, Tricky Stewart, and Justin Parker – is expected to arrive later this year via Sony Music UK.

Cosima releases new promotional single “R U Lonely 2?”

British singer/songwriter Cosima Ehni, known mononymously as Cosima, has released her new promotional single online.

“R U Lonely 2?” is now via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Benjamin “Fryars” Garrett, whose songwriting and production resume boasts additional works with Rae Morris (“Atletico”), Mika (“Celebrate”) and Lilly Allen (“Trigger Bang”).

Cosima’s debut mini-album under Island Records, 2016’s “South of Heaven,” featured another collaboration with Fryars in the shape of “Girls Who Get Ready.” That project delivered further contributions from Greg Wells, Nina Woodford, Felix Joseph, and Josh Crocker.

For her next collection, which is expected to arrive later this year, Cosima has reportedly worked with Justin Raisen (Sky Ferreira, Charli XCX), Matt Parad (Anaïs, Kacy Hill), Joel Pott (Foxes, Mabel McVey), Sam Romans (Raye, Craig David) and Jeff Gitty (Kali Uchis, Lianne La Havas).

Jess Kent announces new singles “Bass Bumps,” “No Love Songs”

Jess Kent has announced the details for her new singles.

The Australian singer/songwriter christened “Bass Bumps” and “No Love Songs” as the her next promotional cuts and will release them on July 13 via iTunes, Apple Music, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

“Bass Bumps” was co-written by Kennedi Lykken, Justin Tranter, Nick Monson, Mark Nilan and Paul “DJ White Shadow” Blair, meanwhile “No Love Songs” was co-written by Brittany Burton, Michael Pollack and Jorgen Odegard.

Kent’s upcoming project – featuring further contributions from Billy Steinberg, Negin Djafari, Jussifer, Chelsea Lena, Sad Pony, Justin Raisen, Skyler Stonestreet, Trey Campbell, Ido Zmishlany, Sarah Hudson, and Patrick Patrikious – is expected to arrive later this year via Capitol Records.

British singer/songwriter Cosha, formerly known as Bonzai, has unleashed her new promotional single online.

“Do You Wanna Dance” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Cosha (real name Cassia O’Reilly) alongside fellow recording artist Rostam Batmanglij, whose recent credits include Maggie Rogers’ “Falling Water,” Lykke Li’s “Hard Rain,” and Haim’s “Little of Your Love.”

Cosha’s upcoming project – featuring further contributions from Jeff Gitty, Stint, Fred Ball, King Henry, Grades, Justin Raisen, and Sad Pony – is expected to arrive later this year via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Jess Kent drafts Justin Tranter for new collaboration

Jess Kent has drafted Justin Tranter for a new collaboration.

The Warner/Chappell Music signee recently co-wrote “Home” for Nick Jonas alongside regular collaborator Nick Monson. The track is taken from the original motion picture soundtrack, “Ferdinand.”

Tranter’s songwriting resume boasts additional works with Maroon 5 (“Help Me Out”), Halsey (“Bad at Love”), Julia Michaels (“Issues”), Gwen Stefani (“Used to Love You”), Fergie (“Tension”), Jason Derulo (“If I’m Lucky”), Kesha (“Finding You”), Justin Bieber (“Friends”) and Selena Gomez (“Bad Liar”).

Meanwhile, Kent is expected to release her next project early next year via Universal Music Group / Capitol Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly yields additional alliances with Billy Steinberg, Jussi “Jussifer” Illmari, Chelsea Lena, Jesse Saint John, Ido Zmishlany, Leroy “Big Taste” Clampitt, Negin Djafari, Justin Raisen, Trey Campbell, Patrick Patrikious, and Jeremiah Raisen.
