Ed Sheeran releases “No. 6 Collaborations Project”

British singer/songwriter Edward Christopher Sheeran, known professionally as Ed Sheeran, has released his fourth studio collection online.

“No.6 Collaborations Project” – featuring guest appearances from Khalid, Camila Cabello, Stormzi, Justin Bieber, Yebba, Cardi B, Travis Scott, Eminem, Chance the Rapper, Ella Mai, Skrillex, Meek Mill, Chris Stapelton, Bruno Mars, and H.E.R. – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

On the production front, Sheeran has worked with top hitmakers including Max Martin, Shellback, Fred Gibson, Steve Mac, Benny Blanco, Nineteen85, Boi-1da, Jahaan Sweet, Joe Rubel, and Kenny Beats.

As a songwriter, Sheeran has penned songs for Rita Ora (“Your Song”), Bryan Adams (“Shine a Light”), Jessie Ware (“Say You Love Me”), Westlife (“Hello My Love”), Anne-Marie (“2002”), Olly Murs (“Moves”), Jess Glynne (“Thursday”), Shawn Mendes (“Fallin’ All In You”) and Little Mix (“Woman Like Me”).

Carly Rae Jepsen drops new single “Your Type” music video

Carly Rae Jepsen has dropped the music video for her new single online.

The Canadian singer/songwriter posted the Gia Coppola-directed clip for “Your Type” to her Vevo channel on Monday (November 02, 2015).

“Your Type” was co-written by Tavish Crowe and Wayne Hector, whose recent credits include Jess Glynne’s “Take Me Home” [Atlantic], Rudimental’s “All That Love” f/ Anne-Marie [Asylum] and Mika’s “Staring at the Sun” [Casablanca].

Production duties were handled by Carl Falk and Rami Yacoub, who are also responsible for Demi Lovato’s “Stars” [Hollywood], Madonna’s “Devil Prey” [Interscope] and The Vamps’ “Somebody to You” [Virgin EMI].

Jepsen’s latest studio collection “E.MO.TION” – featuring singles “I Really Like You,” “All That” and “Run Away With Me” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with School Boy Records and Interscope Records.

Other album contributors include Greg Kurstin (Adele), Noonie Bao (Charli XCX), Shellback (Taylor Swift), Dev Hynes (FKA twigs), Ariel Rechtshaid (Sky Ferreira), Jacob Kasher (Charlie Puth) and Greg Wells (Katy Perry).

Adele unwraps new album “25” tracklisting

Adele has revealed the tracklisting for her upcoming third album.

The British singer/songwriter will release “25” on November 20 through XL Recordings in conjunction with Columbia Records.

Lead single “Hello” – out now via iTunes – was co-written by Greg Kurstin, whose resume includes further works with Sia (“Chandelier”), Kelly Clarkson (“Heartbeat Song”) and Beyonce (“Standing on the Sun”).

Other album contributors include Max Martin, Shellback, Paul Epworth, Tobias Jesso Jr., Ryan Tedder, Samuel Dixon, Danger Mouse, Bruno Mars, Christopher “Brody” Brown, Philip Lawrence, and Ariel Rechtshaid.

The deluxe edition of the album – which will be exclusively sold on Target outlets in the United States – features three additional songs in the shape of “Can’t Let Go,” “Lay Me Down” and “Why Do You Love Me.”

Taylor Swift premieres “Style” music video

Taylor Swift has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The singer/songwriter posted the Kyle Newman-directed clip for “Style” to her official Vevo page on Friday (February 13, 2015).

“Style” was co-written by Swift along with Ali Payami, whose other credits include Lea Michele’s “1000 Needles” [Columbia Records] and Ariana Grande’s “Love Me Harder” f/ The Weeknd [Republic Records].

Production duties on “Style” were handled by regular collaborators Max Martin and Shellback, who have also worked with Britney Spears (“I Wanna Go”), Avril Lavigne (“What the Hell”) and Christina Aguilera (“Your Body”).

Swift’s latest studio collection “1989” – featuring previous promotional cuts “Shake it Off” and “Blank Page” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Big Machine Records.
