Diana Gordon premieres music video for new single “Woman”

Diana Gordon has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The singer-songwriter posted Cameron McCool-directed clip for “Woman” to her Vevo channel on Wednesday (December 07, 2016).

“Woman” was co-written by Gordon alongside Kevin Cossom (Rihanna) and Jaramye Daniels (Teyana Taylor) with production duties collectively handled by Illangelo (The Weeknd) and Noise Club (Jess Nolan).

On the songwriting front, Gordon has contributed to the next projects by Rita Ora [Atlantic Records] and Chloe x Halle [Columbia Records].

Her previous credits include “Sorry” (Beyonce), “Without a Woman” (Rebecca Ferguson), “Gonna Breakthrough” (Mary J. Blige), “Starting Over” (Jennifer Lopez), “Toyfriend” (David Guetta) and “Livin’ it Up” (Ciara).

Diana Gordon has released her new single online.

“Woman” – which was co-written by Gordon and Kevin Cossom – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Production duties on “Woman” were handled by Carlo “Illangelo” Montagnese along with Robert McCurdy and Christopher Petrosino of Noise Club.

Gordon’s upcoming project – featuring previous single “The Legend Of” – is scheduled for release later this year via British independent record label 4AD.

On the songwriting front, Gordon has contributed to the next projects by Chloe & Halle [Columbia Records] and Rita Ora [Atlantic Records].

Her extensive resume boasts previous credits for Beyonce (“Sorry”), Mary J. Blige (“Gonna Breakthrough”), Danity Kane (“2 of You”), Ciara (“Livin’ it Up”), David Guetta (“Toyfriend”) and Jennifer Lopez (“Starting Over”).

Beyoncé releases new album “Lemonade”

Beyonce has released her sixth album online.

“Lemonade” is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records.

The follow-up to 2013’s “Beyonce” boasts guest appearances from The Weeknd (“6 Inch”), Jack White (“Don’t Hurt Yourself”), Kendrick Lamar (“Freedom”) and James Blake (“Forward”).

Album producers include Diplo (Madonna), Mike Dean (Kanye West), Ezra Koenig (Vampire Weekend), Hit-Boy (Jennifer Hudson), Jonathan Coffer (Emeli Sande), Boots (FKA twigs), Just Blaze (Mariah Carey), Ben Billions (Travis Scott) and Mike WiLL Made It (Kelly Rowland).

On the songwriting front, Beyonce has teamed up with Wynter Gordon (Jennifer Lopez), The-Dream (Kehlani), Ilsey Juber (Charlie Puth), MNEK (Kylie Minogue), Carla Marie Williams (Britney Spears), Kevin Cossom (Mary J. Blige), Emile Haynie (Bruno Mars) and Rock City (Miley Cyrus).

Jamie Foxx recruits Elijah Blake for new album

Jamie Foxx has recruited Elijah Blake for his upcoming fifth studio album.

The R&B singer and songwriter – born Sean Fenton – is known for co-writing Keyshia Cole’s “Rick James” [Interscope Records], Rihanna’s “No Love Allowed” [Def Jam Recordings] and Ciara’s “DUI” [Epic Records].

In addition, he’s currently putting the final touches on his debut LP, tentatively entitled “Songs About Melody.” The highly-anticipated project will be distributed via Universal Music Group / Def Jam Recordings.

Meanwhile, the new studio album by Jamie Foxx is expected to be released later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

It serves as the follow-up to 2010’s “Best Night of My Life,” which debuted at number six on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and delivered hit singles including “Winner” and the Drake-assisted “Fall for Your Type.”

Among the other hitmakers backing the “Unpredictable” star on the still-untitled project are Mike WiLL Made It (Brandy, Mariah Carey), Lonny Bereal (Chris Brown, Teyana Taylor), will.i.am (Usher, Nicole Scherzinger), Kevin Cossom (Mary J. Blige, Keri Hilson) and Kanye West (Beyonce, John Legend).

Cossom is known for penning material for Trey Songz [Songbook / Atlantic Records], Keri Hilson [Mosley Music Group / Interscope Records], Keyshia Cole [Geffen Records] and John Legend [Columbia Records].

Some of his notable songwriting credits are “Jump” by Rihanna [Island Records], “Down on Love” by Kelly Rowland [Republic Records], “I Care for U” by Usher [RCA Records] and “No Condition” by Mary J. Blige [Geffen Records].

Meanwhile, the still-untitled LP by Jamie Foxx serves as the follow-up to 2010’s “Best Night of My Life,” which debuted at number six on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and delivered the Drake-assisted hit single “Fall for Your Type.”

John Legend has unwrapped the songwriting credits for his upcoming album.

The singer/songwriter will release “Love in the Future” on September 3 via Sony Music Entertainment / G.O.O.D. Music / Columbia Records.

New single “Made to Love” was written by John Legend along with Justin Baron, Ernest “Tuo” Clark, Andrew Horowitz, Marshall Jefferson, Kimbra Johnson, Nana Kwabena, Lil’ Louis, Marcos “Kosine” Palacios, Dave Tozer, and Kanye West.

Luke James has unveiled his new single online.

“I.O.U.” is taken from the R&B singer/songwriter’s upcoming as-yet-untitled debut album, due later this year via Universal Music Group / Mercury Records.

The track was co-written by Kevin Cossom, whose credits include “Jump” by Rihanna [Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings] and “Knock You Down” by Keri Hilson [Universal Music Group / Interscope Records].

Production duties were handled by David “2Dave” Anderson II and Jon-David “Jdeezzy” Anderson along with Andrew “Dru Brett” Harr and Jermaine “Mayne Zayne” Jackson of The Runners, who are also responsible for “Biggest Fan” by Chris Brown [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records] and “Tomorrow Never Dies” by Nicole Scherzinger [Universal Music Group / Interscope Records].

JLS unveil acoustic performance for new song ‘Have Your Way’

JLS have posted a new acoustic performance to their official YouTube page.

“Have Your Way” is included on the British group’s fourth album, “Evolution,” available now via Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records.

The track was written by group members Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, Jonathan Gill and Oritse Williams along with Kevin “KC” Cossom, Jon Anderson, David Anderson, Andrew “Dru Brett” Harr and Jermaine “Mayne Zayne” Jackson. Production credits were handled by hip hop duo The Runners.

“Evolution” serves as the follow-up to 2011’s “Jukebox.” That release debuted at number two on the UK Album Chart. It also delivered hit singles “She Makes Me Wanna,” “Do You Feel What I Feel?” and “Take a Chance on Me.”
