Jennifer Lopez unleashes “Feel the Light” music video

Jennifer Lopez has unleashed the music video for her new single online.

The singer/songwriter posted the visual clip for “Feel the Light” to her Vevo channel on Friday (March 20, 2015).

“Feel the Light” was written by Canadian recording artist Kiesza along with Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen of Stargate (Beyonce, Christina Milian) and Emile Haynie (Bruno Mars, Lana Del Rey).

The track is lifted from the original motion picture soundtrack, “Home,” which will be available for download from March 23 via iTunes and Roc Nation.

Other musicians who contributed to “Home” are Tiago Carvalho (Brandy, Elijah Blake), Ester Dean (Rihanna, Britney Spears), Rodney Jerkins (Sam Smith, Janet Jackson) and Maureen “Mozella” McDonald (Tinashe, Miley Cyrus).

Release Date for Rihanna’s concept album “Home” revealed

The release date for Rihanna’s upcoming concept album has been revealed.

Dreamworks Animation’s “Home“ is scheduled to hit stores and digital outlets on March 17 via Roc Nation and Rihanna’s label Westbury Road Entertainment.

In addition to Rihanna, the original motion picture soundtrack boasts further guest appearances from Jennifer Lopez (“Feel the Light”), Charli XCX (“Red Balloon”), Kiesza (“Cannonball”) and Clarence Coffee Jr. (“Run to Me”).

Album producers include Stargate (Brandy, Toni Braxton), Rodney Jerkins (Ciara, Toni Braxton), Cashmere Cat (Usher, Bebe Rexha), Emile Haynie (Alicia Keys, Bruno Mars) and Tiago Carvalho (James Arthur, Elijah Blake).

On the songwriting front, “Home” features alliances with Ester Dean (Selena Gomez, Nicki Minaj), Mozella (Tinashe, Miley Cyrus), Alicia Renee (Ariana Grande, Havana Brown) and Nate Ruess (Ke$ha, Ellie Goulding).

Gorgon City, Jennifer Hudson release new single “Go All Night”

Gorgon City have released their new single online.

“Go All Night” – featuring Jennifer Hudson – is now available for download via iTunes (UK) in partnership with Black Butter Records and Virgin EMI Records.

The track – which was co-written by Canadian singer/songwriter Kiesza – follows previous promotional cuts “Ready for Your Love (featuring MNEK),” “Here for You (featuring Laura Welsh)” and “Unmissable (featuring Zak Abel).”

Gorgon City’s debut album “Sirens” boasts further collaborations with Jonny Coffer (Tinie Tempah, James Arthur), Emeli Sande (Rihanna, Katy Perry), Jimmy Napes (Jessie Ware, Mary J. Blige) and Mojam (Sam Smith, Leona Lewis).

The production duo – consisting of Kye Gibbon and Matthew Robson-Scott – also teamed up with Hudson on “I Still Love You.” The Andrea Martin–assisted track appears on Hudson’s latest album, “JHUD,” out now via RCA Records.

The Canadian singer/songwriter posted the audio clip for “Losin’ My Mind” to her official Vevo page on Monday (October 13, 2014).

“Losin’ My Mind” – featuring Mick Jenkins – was co-written and produced by regular collaborator Rami Samir Afuni, whose resume also includes works for Miley Cyrus [RCA Records] and Pixie Lott [Virgin EMI Records].

Kiesza’s upcoming firth studio collection “Sound of a Woman” will hit stores and digital outlets on October 21 via Lokal Legend / Island Records.

The highly-anticipated project features previous cuts “Hideaway” and “Giant in My Heart,” as well as a cover of Haddaway’s hit single “What is Love.”

The British electronic music production duo – consisting of members Kye Gibbon and Matthew Robson-Scott – posted the audio clip for “Go All Night” to their official SoundCloud page on Monday (September 29, 2014).

“Go All Night” – which features vocals from R&B songbird Jennifer Hudson – is lifted from the group’s debut album, “Sirens,” out in the United Kingdom on October 7 via Black Butter / Virgin EMI Records.

The track was co-written by Canadian singer/songwriter Kiesza, who’s also prepping for the release of her first studio collection “Sound of a Woman.”

Gorgon City’s current single “Unmissable” – featuring up and comer Zak Abel – is now available for download via iTunes (UK).

“Sirens” boasts further guest appearances from Maverick Sabre [Island Records], Emeli Sande [Capitol Records], Katy B [Columbia Records], MNEK [Virgin EMI Records] and Laura Welsh [Polydor Records].

Kiesza has unveiled a new song online.

The singer/songwriter posted the audio clip for “Bad Thing” – featuring Joey BadA$$ – to her official Vevo page on Monday (September 22, 2014).

The track was co-written by Kiesza and Carlos St. John along with Corey “Latif” Williams, whose credits include Cheri Dennis’ “I Love You” [Atlantic], Jojo’s “Like That” [Blackground] and Chris Brown’s “Damage” [RCA].

Kiesza’s debut studio collection “Sound of a Woman” is scheduled for release on October 21 via Lokal Legend / Island Records.

The highly-anticipated project will boast further productions and songwriting contributions from Rami Samir Afuni, Espen Berg, Jordan Orvosh, Simon Eriksrud, and Paolo “Shirazi” Prudencio.

Kiesza unwraps debut album “Sound of a Woman” tracklisting

Kiesza has unwrapped the official tracklisting for her upcoming debut album.

The singer/songwriter – born Kiesa Rae Ellestad – is scheduled to release “Sound of a Woman” on October 21 in the United States and November 17 in the United Kingdom via Lokal Legend / Island Records.

Current single “No Enemiesz” was produced by Rami Samir Afuni, who also teamed up with the artist on hit singles “Hideaway” and “Giant in My Heart.”

Kiesza also penned several songs for Barbadian starlet Rihanna that may appear on her upcoming eighth studio collection.

Her latest songwriting contribution is in the shape of “Go All Night,” which features vocals from Jennifer Hudson. The track will appear on Gorgon City’s debut album, “Sirens,” out on October 7 via Virgin EMI Records.
