Banks reveals tracklisting for new studio collection “III”

American singer/songwriter Jillian Banks, known mononymously as Banks, has revealed the tracklisting for her upcoming third studio collection, “III,” which will arrive on July 12 via Harvest Records.

New promotional single “Look What You’re Doing to Me” – featuring Francis and the Lights – will drop on June 14 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project boasts contributions from Hudson Mohawke (Kanye West, Christina Aguilera), Kito (Tinashe, Jorja Smith), BJ Burton (Lizzo, Miley Cyrus), Trey Campbell (VanJess, Bebe Rexha), Kevin Garrett (Beyonce, Justine Skye) and Buddy Ross (Frank Ocean, Vampire Weekend).

Banks unveils artwork for new album “III”

Banks has unveiled the artwork for her upcoming third album.

The American singer/songwriter (born Jillian Banks) has christened her third studio collection “III” and will release it on July via Harvest Records.

Lead promotional single “Gimme” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project boasts contributions from Hudson Mohawke (Kanye West, Christina Aguilera), Kito (Tinashe, Jorja Smith), BJ Burton (Lizzo, Francis & The Lights), Trey Campbell (VanJess, Bebe Rexha), Kevin Garrett (Beyonce, Justine Skye) and Buddy Ross (Frank Ocean, Vampire Weekend).

Banks’ most recent studio collection, 2016’s “The Altar,” peaked to number seventeen on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “Fuck with Myself,” “Gemini Feed,” “Mind Games” and “To the Hilt.”

Tinashe enlists Kito, Whitney Phillips for new collaboration

American singer/songwriter Tinashe Kachingwe, known mononymously as Tinashe, has enlisted Kito and Whitney Phillips for a new collaboration.

Born Maaike Lebbing, Kito’s songwriting and production resume boasts works with Banks (“Gimme”), Jorja Smith (“The One”), Mabel (“Low Key”), Tara Carosielli (“Money”) and M.O (“Man Enuff”).

Meanwhile, Phillips is responsible for co-writing Zara Larsson’s “Don’t Worry Bout Me,” Christina Aguilera’s “Like I Do,” Era Istrefi’s “Origami,” Fifth Harmony’s “Deliver,” and Destiny Rogers’ “Tomboy.”

Tinashe’s upcoming project – which reportedly features further contributions from Kaytranada and Mayila Jones – is expected to arrive later this year.

Her last studio collection, 2018’s “Joyride,” peaked to number twenty-nine on the US Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and spawned singles “No Drama,” “Faded Love” and “Me So Bad.”

Jorja Smith premieres music video for new single “The One”

Jorja Smith has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The Hector Dockrill-directed clip for “The One” was posted the British singer/songwriter’s YouTube channel on Friday (December 07, 2018).

“The One” was written by Smith alongside Amanda Ghost (Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez), Maaike “Kito” Ebbing (Normani, Lianne La Havas), Ed Thomas (Kiah Victoria, Zak Abel) and Joel Compass (Tinashe, FKA twigs).

Smith’s debut album “Lost & Found” – featuring previous singles “Blue Lights,” “Where Did I Go?,” “Teenage Fantasy” and “On Your Own” – is out now via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Kamille teases new collaboration with Lianne La Havas

Kamille has teased a new collaboration with Lianne La Havas.

“Me n Lianne vibing @liannelahavas,” the British singer/songwriter posted to her InstaStory on Monday (October 15, 2018).

Kamille’s recent credits include Clean Bandit’s “Solo,” Louisa Johnson’s “Yes,” Jess Glynne’s “I’ll Be There,” Mist’s “Wish Me Well,” James Arthur’s “You Deserve Better,” and Don Diablo’s “Give Me Love.”

Her current single “Emotional” – which was co-written and produced by Peter “Merf” Kelleher, Benjamin Kohn and Thomas “Froe” Barnes of TMS – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Meanwhile, Havas is expected to release her third studio collection – featuring further contributions from Jeff Gitty and Maaike “Kito” Lebbing – later this year via Warner Brothers Records and Nonesuch Records.

The still-untitled project follows 2015’s “Blood,” which peaked to number two on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles “Unstoppable” (produced by Paul Epworth) and “What You Don’t Do” (produced by Matt Hales and Al Shux).

Fans of Kamille’s songwriting works should also look out for the next releases by Little Mix, Ellie Goulding, Nick Jonas, Olly Murs, Marina Diamandis, Louis Tomlinson, Mali-Koa, John Newman, Mullally, and Rihanna.

Jorja Smith has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The Rashid Babiker-directed clip for “On Your Own” was posted to the British singer/songwriter’s Vevo channel on Wednesday (September 20, 2018).

“On Your Own” was co-written by Smith alongside Joel Compass (Tinashe, John Legend), Amanda Ghost (Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez), Ed Thomas (Kiah Victoria, Purple Ferdinand) and Maaike “KiTo” Ebbing (Normani, Lianne La Havas).

Smith’s debut album “Lost & Found” – featuring previous singles “Blue Lights,” “Where Did I Go?,” “Teenage Fantasy” and “February 3rd” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Normani has tapped Ester Dean for new a collaboration.

Dean’s extensive songwriting resume boasts works with Rihanna (“Say My Name”), Katy Perry (“Peacock”), Britney Spears (“Selfish”), Christina Aguilera (“Not Myself Tonight”), Nicole Scherzinger (“Right There”), Beyonce (“Start Over”), Keri Hilson (“Lose Control”) and Nicki Minaj (“By My Side”).

Her debut EP “Miss Ester Dean” – featuring productions from Polow Da Don (“That Girl”), DJ Mustard (“New Shit”), Kane Beatz (“Any Other Way”), Cook Classics (“Fuck It”) and The Featherstones (“Jealous”) – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Meanwhile, Normani is currently working on her debut project under Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.
