Kamille teams up with Klas Ahlund for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Camille Purcell, professionally known as Kamille, has teamed with Klas Ahlund for a new collaboration.

The Swedish songwriter, record producer, and guitarist is responsible for Robyn’s “Konichiwa Bitches,” Britney Spears’ “Piece of Me,” Madonna’s “Some Girls,” Kylie Minogue’s “Speakerphone,” Charli XCX’s “Roll with Me,” Jordin Sparks’ “See My Side,” Tove Lo’s “Timebomb,” Kesha’s “Sleazy,” Usher’s “Numb,” Ellie Goulding’s “Devotion,” and Katy Perry’s “Walking on Air.”

Ahlund’s extensive resume boasts further works with songwriters and fellow producers including Bloodshy & Avant, Cathy Dennis, Max Martin, Ali Payami, Dr. Luke, Benny Blanco, Arnthor Birgisson, Kool Kojak, Chiara Hunter, Alex Purple, William Orbit, Mr. Bangladesh, Adam Baptiste, Eric Bellinger, Martin Kierszenbaum, Clarence Coffee Jr., Andrea Martin, and Wrabel.

Meanwhile, Kamille is expected to release her debut studio collection later this year via Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly boasts productions from Chris Loco (Jessie Reyez, Emeli Sande), Two Inch Punch (Amber Mark, Elijah Blake), MNEK (Dua Lipa, Becky Hill) and Goldfingers (Fleur East, John Newman).

On the songwriting front, Purcell has contributed to the next releases by The Script, David Guetta, Louis Tomlinson, Jess Glynne, Ella Henderson, Rita Ora, Tamera Foster, Sigala, Era Istrefi, Calum Scott, Wiz Kid, and Ella Eyre.

Her previous credits include Little Mix’s “Black Magic,” Olly Murs’ “Grow Up,” Fleur East’s “Sax,” Leona Lewis’s “Mr. Right,” Sam Bailey’s “Treasure,” Jessie J’s “Hero,” The Saturdays’ “What About Us,” and Sigma’s “Find Me.”

Daye Jack joins forces with Donmonique for new single “Supernatural”

American hip hop artist Daye Jack has released his new single online.

“Supernatural” – featuring up and coming Brooklyn rapper Donmonique – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Supernatural” were handled by Klas Ahlund, whose credits include Charli XCX’s “Roll With Me,” Ellie Goulding’s “Devotion,” Tove Lo’s “Timebomb,” Katy Perry’s “Walking on Air,” Madonna’s “Some Girls,” Britney Spears’ “Piece of Me,” and Kylie Minogue’s “Speakerphone.”

As mentioned in various media outlets, Jack’s first studio collection “No Data” – featuring previous singles “Casino,” “Raw,” “Deep End” and “Finish Line” – will arrive on March 24 via Warner Brothers Records.

The British singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “Something In The Way You Move” to her Vevo channel on Tuesday (February 23, 2016).

“Something In The Way You Move” was co-written and produced by Greg Kurstin, whose recent credits include Adele (“Hello”), Carly Rae Jepsen (“Boy Problems”), Sia (“Cheap Thrills”) and James Newman (“Come and Get It”).

Goulding’s latest studio collection “Delirium” – featuring previous singles “On My Mind” and “Army” – is now available for download via Interscope Records (US) and Polydor Records (UK).

The British singer/songwriter posted the Conor McDonnell-directed clip for “Army” to her Vevo channel on Thursday (January 14, 2016).

“Army” was co-written by Savan Kotecha, whose other credits include Ariana Grande’s “Focus” [Republic], Tori Kelly’s “Nobody Love” [Capitol], and The Vamps’ “Somebody to You” [Virgin EMI].

Ellie Goulding has confirmed the details for her new album.

The British singer/songwriter christened her third studio collection “Delirium” and will release it on November 6 through Polydor (UK) and Interscope (US).

Lead single “On My Mind” – out now via iTunes – was written by Goulding along with Savan Kotecha (Prince Royce, The Weeknd), Ilya Salmanzadeh (Ella Eyre, Tori Kelly) and Max Martin (Tinashe, Kelly Clarkson).

The follow-up to 2013’s “Halcyon Days” boasts further songwriting contributions from Mozella (Charlie Puth), Nicole Morier (Sky Ferreira), Laleh (Demi Lovato), Tove Lo (Hilary Duff) and Wrabel (Katharine McPhee).

Album producers include Greg Kurstin (Sia), Jimmy Napes (Sam Smith), Ryan Tedder (Adele), Noel Zancanella (Olly Murs), Carl Falk (Nicki Minaj), Klas Ahlund (Robyn), Jim Eliot (Emeli Sande) and Guy Lawrence (Eliza Doolittle).
