Mic Lowry deliver new mini-album “Mood”

British vocal harmony boy band Mic Lowry – composed of members Delleile Ankrah, Akia Jones, Kaine Ofoeme, Ben Sharples, and Michael Welch – have delivered their new mini-album online.

“Mood” – featuring 7 new songs, including promotional singles “Don’t Tempt Me” and “Can’t Lie” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Among the musicians backing Mic Lowry on “Mood” are The Stereotypes (Bruno Mars), Youthonix (Raleigh Ritchie), Patrik Patrikious (Ella Henderson), MNEK (Craig David), Shungudzo Kuyimba (Alina Baraz), Harmony Samuels (Chris Brown), Ryan Toby (Usher) and Shift K3Y (Becky Hill).

Becky Hill has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The British singer-songwriter – real name Rebecca Claire Hill – posted the visual clip for “Warm” to her YouTube channel on Thursday (December 01, 2016).

“Warm” – now available via iTunes and all other digitial streaming outlets – was written by Hill alongside regular collaborators MNEK (Beyonce, Little Mix) and Shift K3Y (Craig David, Tinie Tempah).

On the songwriting front, Hill has contributed to the next projects by Professor Green, Ella Eyre, Imani Williams, DAKOTA, KStewart, and Chloe Leone.

Her previous credits include “False Alarm” (Matoma), “All My Love” (Watermat), “Piece of Me” (Marc Kinchen), “Freak Like Me” (Katy B), “Love’s Just a Feeling” (Lindsey Stirling), “Touch” (Tough Love) and “Afterglow” (Wilkinson).

Becky Hill has announced the details of her new single.

The British singer-songwriter christened “Warm” as the next promotional single from her upcoming first studio collection.

“Warm” was written by Becky Hill alongside regular collaborators MNEK (Olly Murs, Zara Larsson) and Shift K3Y (Craig David, Tinie Tempah).

Hill’s debut album – featuring previous single “Back to My Love” – is expected to arrive later this year via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

On the songwriting front, Hill has contributed to the next projects by Chloe Leone [Black Butter], Ella Eyre [Virgin EMI], Imani Williams [Sony Music UK], DAKOTA [70Hz] and KStewart [Warner Brothers].

Craig David has recorded new music with Shift K3Y and Jamie Scott.

It is yet to be known whether the session was intended for a future Shift K3Y release or David’s upcoming sixth album.

On the production front, Shift K3Y – real name Lewis Jankel – is responsible for Tinie Tempah’s “Not Letting Go” f/ Jess Glynne [Parlophone], KStewart’s “Keeping You Up” [Warner Brothers] and Lion Babe’s “Impossible” [Polydor].

Meanwhile, Scott’s songwriting resume boasts works with Christina Perri (“Be My Forever”), The Vamps (“Wild Heart”), Enrique Iglesias (“Heartbeat”), Little Mix (“Towers”), Marsha Ambrosius (“Love”) and One Direction (“Home”).

David, on the other hand, is expected to release his next studio collection “Following My Intuition” – featuring lead single “When the Bassline Drops” – later this year through Sony Music UK in partnership with Insanity Records.

Among the reported album contributors are Toby Gad, Ed Drewett, Fraser T. Smith, Lindy Robbins, TMS, Carmen Reece, MNEK, Jin Jin, Bless Beats, Rachel Furner, Tre Jean-Marie, Grace Tither, Alan Sampson, Sam Romans, and Jim Duguid.

KStewart has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “Be Without You” has been posted the New Look’s YouTube channel on Thursday (February 04, 2016).

Production duties on “Be Without You” were handled by MNEK, who previously teamed up with Stewart on Oliver Heldens’ “Last All Night (Koala).” The Becky Hill-assisted track peaked to number five on the UK Singles Chart.

Some of MNEK’s other notable credits include Kylie Minogue’s “Feels So Good” [Parlophone], Karen Harding’s “Say Something” [Capitol], Tanika’s “Bad 4 U” [Virgin EMI], and Little Mix’s “Nothing Feels Like You” [Columbia].

KStewart has unleashed her new single online.

The British singer/songwriter – born Kate Stewart – posted the audio clip for “Ain’t Nobody” to her YouTube channel on Friday (October 02, 2015).

Production duties on “Ain’t Nobody” – now available for download via iTunes – were collectively handled by Sam “TCTS” O’Neill (Ella Eyre, Jessie Ware) and Sam “Karma Kid” Knowles (Laura Mvula, Craig David).

As mentioned in earlier posts, KStewart is expected to release her upcoming collection – featuring previous singles “Close Enough” and “Keeping You Up” – later this year through Cherry Jam Records.

Lion Babe have recruited Mark Ralph for their upcoming debut album.

The record producer and songwriter is known for helming Years & Years’ “Take Shelter” [Polydor], Clean Bandit’s “Extraordinary” f/ Sharna Bass [Atlantic] and Blonde’s “All Cried Out” f/ Alex Newell [Parlophone Records].

He also collaborated with top musicians including Kid Harpoon (Shakira, Florence Welch), Two Inch Punch (Sam Smith, Ella Eyre), Lucas Secon (Trey Songz, Jordin Sparks) and Cass Lowe (Gabrielle Aplin, Sinead Harnett).

Meanwhile, Lion Babe are expected to release their first studio collection later this year through Outsiders Recorded Music in partnership with Polydor Records (UK) and Interscope Records (UK).

Current single “Impossible” – out now via iTunes – was written group members Jillian Hervey and Lucas Goodman along with Amanda Ghost, Joel Compass, Fred Cox, Linden Jay, and Lewis “Shift K3Y” Jankel.

Jean Baptiste Kouame has hinted at a new collaboration with KStewart.

“@K_Stewart_Music is like a monster! I was blown away!” the songwriter and record producer tweeted on Friday (August 14, 2015).

Baptiste recently co-produced and co-wrote “Talk About It” for Dr. Dre along with DJ Dahi and regular collaborators Ryan Buendia and Michael McHenry. The track is now available via iTunes in partnership with Interscope Records.

Furthermore, Baptiste’s resume boasts additional works with Madonna (“I’m a Sinner”), Rihanna (“Photographs”), Tulisa (“Damn”), Sevyn Streeter (“It Won’t Stop”), Kelis (“Scream”) and Chris Brown (“Don’t Be Gone Too Long”).

Meanwhile, KStewart is expected to release her first studio collection – featuring hit single “Keeping You Up” – later this year through Cherry Bomb Records.

Shift K3Y has unveiled a new song online.

The British singer, songwriter and record producer posted the audio clip for “Still Love You” to his Vevo channel on Thursday (August 13, 2015).

“Still Love You” – now available for download via iTunes – features vocals from James Fauntleroy, whose songwriting resume boasts works for Jordin Sparks (“No Air”), Chris Brown (“Superhuman”) and Beyonce (“Blow”).

Meanwhile, Shift K3Y is currently putting the final touches on his upcoming debut studio collection under Sony Music UK. The still-untitled project will include previous singles “Touch,” “Off the Record” and “I Know.”
