Mali-Koa shares new promotional single “Sorry”

Australian singer/songwriter Mali-Koa Hood, known mononymously as Mali-Koa, has shared her new promotional single online.

“Sorry” – which was written by Mali-Koa alongside Joe Garrett, Levi Lennox and Robert Garvey – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Mali-Koa’s upcoming project – featuring previous promotional single “Pretend” – is expected to arrive later this year via Honest Records in partnership with Universal Music Group / Island Records UK.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers additional alliances with Freedo, Charlotte Haining, Tofer Brown, Liz Rose, Maestro Tha Baker, Emma Rohan, Liam Howe, Hannah Yadi, Jez Ashurst, Fiona Bevan, and Grades.

Pixie Geldof releases debut album “I’m Yours”

Pixie Geldof has released her debut studio collection online.

“I’m Yours” – featuring singles “Sweet Thing,” “Escape Route,” “Woman Go Wild” and “So Strong” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The album boasts productions from Liam Howe, whose resume boasts further credits with Foxes (“All I Need”), Laura Welsh (“Soft Control”), Marina Diamandis (“Fear and Loathing”) and Lana Del Rey (“Lolita”).

Other musicians backing Geldof on “I’m Yours” are Josh Record (Ella Henderson), Matt “Aqualung” Hales (Lianne La Havas), Bruno Major (Liv Dawson), FRYARS (Rae Morris) and Tony Hoffer (KT Tunstall).

Foxes shares “Devil Side” acoustic performance

Foxes has shared a new performance video online.

The singer-songwriter – real name Louisa Allen – posted an acoustic rendition of “Devil Side” to her Vevo channel on Sunday (February 07, 2016).

“Devil Side” was co-written and produced by Dan Wilson, whose other credits include Adele (“Someone Like You”), Taylor Swift (“Come Back … Be Here”), Pink (“The Great Escape”), and Rae Morris (“Unguarded”).

Foxes’ sophomore studio collection “All I Need” – featuring singles “Body Talk,” “Better Love” and “Amazing” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Epic Records (UK) and RCA Records (US).

Other album songwriters include Babyface (Nathan Sykes), Kid Harpoon (Shakira), Hannah Robinson (Lana Del Rey), Fransisca Hall (Icona Pop), Jonny Lattimer (Izzy Bizu), Rick Nowels (Madonna), and Mozella (Tinashe).

Foxes releases new song “Wicked Love”

Foxes has released a new song online.

“Wicked Love” – taken from the British singer-songwriter’s upcoming sophomore album “All I Need” – is now available for download via iTunes.

The track was written by Foxes along with Maureen “Mozella” McDonald (Charlie Puth, Pia Mia) and Rick Nowels (Lana Del Rey, Craig David).

Production duties were handled by Mark Ralph, whose other credits include Lion AlunaGeorge’s “I’m in Control” [Island], Lion Babe’s “Where Do We Go” [Polydor], and Years & Years’ “Eyes Shut” [Interscope].

As mentioned in earlier posts, “All I Need” – featuring previous singles “Body Talk,” “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now,” “Amazing” and “Better Love” – will hit stores on February 5 through Sign of the Times / RCA Records.

Laura Welsh writes new music with Fiona Bevan

Laura Welsh has written new music with Fiona Bevan.

“Back in the studio with Fiona Bevan,” the British singer/songwriter posted to her official Instagram account on Tuesday (July 28, 2015).

Bevan is a multi-platinum selling British singer/songwriter from Suffolk, who lives in Hackney, London. She is known for penning One Direction’s “Little Things” along with Ed Sheeran, which topped the UK Singles Chart.

Furthermore, she co-wrote “Voodoo Doll” for Australian band 5 Seconds Of Summer along with record producer and songwriter Adam Argyle. The track appears on 5S0S’ self-titled debut album under Capitol Records.

Meanwhile, Welsh is reportedly working on her yet-to-be-titled second studio collection with Outsiders Recorded Music and Polydor Records.

Her debut album “Soft Control” spawned singles including “Break the Fall,” “Cold Front” and the Greg Kurstin-produced “Ghosts.”

“Soft Control” also delivered contributions from Amanda Ghost (Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez), Liam Howe (FKA twigs, Lana Del Rey), Emile Haynie (Bruno Mars, Nate Ruess) and Joel Compass (Lion Babe, Nicola Roberts).

Foxes releases “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now” music video

Foxes has released a new music video online.

“Feet Don’t Fail Me Know” is slotted for inclusion on the British singer/songwriter’s upcoming sophomore album.

Furthermore, the track was launched by Swedish multinational clothing line H&M as part of their H&M Loves Music campaign.

The upcoming studio collection by Foxes is scheduled for release later this year through Sign of the Times Records (UK) and RCA Records (US).

Current single “Body Talk” was co-written by Jim Eliot, whose credits include Will Young [Island Records], Ellie Goulding [Polydor Records], Olly Murs [Epic Records], Rae Morris [Atlantic Records] and Leona Lewis [Def Jam Recordings].

The follow-up to 2014’s “Glorious” features other alliances with Liam Howe (FKA twigs, Laura Welsh), Hannah Robinson (Annie, Icona Pop), The Rascals (Ariana Grande, Toni Braxton) and Jin Jin (Jess Glynne, Tinie Tempah).

Say Lou Lou have debuted their new single online.

The Australian-Swedish duo – consisting of twin sisters Miranda Anna and Elektra June Kilbey-Jansson – posted the audio clip for “Nothing But a Heartbeat” to their SoundCloud channel on Tuesday (February 03, 2015).

“Nothing But a Heartbeat” was co-written by Karen Poole, whose other credits include Giorgio Moroder’s “Right Here, Right Now” f/ Kylie Minogue [RCA Records] and Lily Allen’s “As Long As I Got You” [Parlophone Records].

Production duties were handled by Chris Loco, who is also responsible for Raleigh Ritchie’s “Stronger Than Ever” [Columbia Records] and Professor Green’s “Lullaby” f/ Tori Kelly [Virgin EMI Records].

As mentioned in previous posts, Say Lou Lou’s debut album “Lucid Dreaming” will be released later this year via Columbia Records.

The keenly-awaited LP features further productions and songwriting contributions from Richard X (Kelis, Will Young), Hannah Robinson (The Saturdays, Lana Del Rey) and Liam Howe (Sophie Ellis Bextor, FKA twigs).

Laura Welsh has confirmed the details for her debut album.

The singer/songwriter christened her first studio collection “Soft Control” and will release it on January 19, 2015 via Outsiders Recorded Music Limited in partnership with Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

Current single “Break the Fall” – which was written by Laura Welsh along with Amanda Ghost and Scott “Babydaddy” Hoffman – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Foxes has released the music video for her new single online.

“Hanging onto Heaven” marks the third promotional single from the British singer/songwriter’s upcoming debut album, “Glorious,” out on May 12 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The track was written by Foxes – born Louisa Allen – along with Jonny Harris and Toby Gad, whose recent credits include “All of Me” (performed by John Legend) and “Pornstar” (performed by Sean Paul).

Among the other musicians backing Foxes on “Glorious” are Kid Harpoon (Mayer Hawthorne, Florence Welch), Mike Spencer (John Newman, Emeli Sande) and Liam Howe (Chloe Howl, Say Lou Lou).
