Tinashe reveals “Songs for You” tracklisting, release date

Tinashe has announced the release date and tracklisting for her new album.

The American singer/songwriter will release “Songs for You” on November 21 via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

Current promotional single “Touch and Go” – featuring 6LACK – was written by Tinashe alongside Lisa Scinta, Elliott Trent and Dimitri McDowell.

Other album contributors include Kaytranada, Mayila Jones, Kito, Whitney Phillips, Mackenzie Johnson, Rook Monroe, Killah B, Max Levin, and Trackside (aka Parrish Warrington and Diederik van Elsas of Trackside).

Tinashe delivers new single “Touch & Go” with 6LACK

American singer/songwriter Tinashe Kachingwe, known mononymously as Tinashe, has delivered her new single online.

“Touch & Go” – which was written by Tinashe alongside Lisa Scinta, Elliott Trent and Dimitri McDowell – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The 6LACK-featuring/Killa B-produced track will appear on Tinashe’s upcoming project, “Songs for You,” which is scheduled to arrive later this year.

The follow-up to 2018’s “Joyride” – which also features previous single “Die A Little” – reportedly boasts additional contributions from Kaytranada (Alicia Keys, Craig David), Mayila Jones (Alina Baraz, Lauren Jauregui), Kito (Banks, Empress Of) and Whitney Phillips (Christina Aguilera, Nick Jonas).

Tinashe releases new single “Die a Little Bit”

Tinashe has teamed up with Ms Banks for her new single “Die a Little Bit,” which is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The track was co-written by Krystin “Rook Monroe” Watkins (Rihanna, Arin Ray) and produced by Parrish Warrington and Diederik van Elsas of Trackside (Selena Gomez, Ryan Destiny).

Tinashe’s upcoming full-length project “Songs for You” – featuring further productions and songwriting contributions from Kaytranada, Mayila Jones, Kito, and Whitney Phillips – is expected to arrive later this year.

Normani premieres music video for new single “Motivation”

Normani has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The Dave Meyers and Daniel Russel-directed clip for “Motivation” was posted to the American singer/songwriter’s Vevo channel on Friday (August 16, 2019).

“Motivation” – which was co-written by Ariana Grande alongside Savan Kotecha, Ilya Salmanzadeh and Max Martin – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Normani’s upcoming debut album – featuring previous single “Waves” (produced by Jonah Christian and co-written by Felicia Ferraro and Mary Weitz) – is expected to arrive later this year via Keep Cool / RCA Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further contributions from Pharrell Williams, Ester Dean, Teddy Geiger, Kito, Joel Little, Nova Wav, Jahaan Sweet, Kaydence, The-Dream, Caroline Ailin, Justin Tranter, Tayla Parx, Boi-1da, August Rigo, Vinylz, Jocelyn Donald, and Sons of Sonix.

Normani has confirmed the details for her new single.

The American singer/songwriter christened “Motivation” as her new promotional cut and will release it on August 16 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Ariana Grande alongside regular collaborators Savan Kotecha (Tori Kelly, Christina Aguilera), Ilya Salmanzadeh (Beyonce, Ellie Goulding) and Max Martin (Taylor Swift, Sam Smith).

Normani’s upcoming debut album – featuring previous single “Waves” (which was produced by Jonah Christian and co-written by Felicia Ferraro and Mary Weitz) – is expected to arrive later this year via Keep Cool / RCA Records.

American singer/songwriter Jillian Banks, known mononymously as Banks, has released her new promotional single online.

“Contaminated” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Trey Campbell (Adam Lambert, Ella Henderson) and produced by Kevin Garrett (Justine Skye, Mack Wilds).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Banks’ upcoming third album “III” – featuring previous singles “Gimme” and “Look What You’re Doing To Me” – is scheduled to arrive on July 12 via Harvest Records / Capitol Records.

The highly-anticipated project yields additional alliances with Hudson Mohawke (Kanye West, Christina Aguilera), Kito (Tinashe, Jorja Smith), BJ Burton (Lizzo, Miley Cyrus) and Buddy Ross (Frank Ocean, Vampire Weekend).
