Liza Owen reunites with Robopop for new collaboration

Liza Owen has reunited with Robopop for a new collaboration.

The pair previously teamed up on the Ali Tamposi-assisted “Don’t Call Me Baby,” which is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Born Daniel Thomas Omelio; Robopop’s songwriting and production resume boasts further works with Lana Del Rey (“Video Games”), Prince Royce (“Stuck on a Feeling”), Maroon 5 (“Payphone”), Little Mix (“Power”), Jojo (“When Love Hurts”), Marina Diamandis (“How to be a Heartbreaker”), James Blunt (“When I Find Love Again”) and Hey Violet (“Hoodie”).

Having signed a publishing deal with Universal Music’s Lava Records, Owen is expected to release her debut project – featuring the Skyler Stonestreet-penned/Goldfingers-produced “Better with Me” – later this year.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers additional productions and songwriting contributions from Mac & Phil (Emeli Sande), Luke Fitton (Amber-Simone), Diztortion (Nicola Roberts), Corey Sanders (Leona Lewis), Youthonix (Tanika Bailey), Mick Schultz (Kelly Rowland), Digital Farm Animals (Grace Carter), Knightstarr (Pixie Lott) and Maths Time Joy (Kara Marni).

Ella Henderson hits the studio with MYKL for sophomore album

Ella Henderson has added Make You Know Love (aka MYKL) to the list of contributors for her upcoming sophomore album.

The songwriting and production duo – consisting of Anthony and Michael Hannides – are known for collaborating with Zayn Malik on hit single “Pillow Talk,” which topped the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.

They also co-wrote and produced Craig David’s “Louder Than Words,” taken from the artist’s latest studio collection, “Following My Intuition,” which debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart.

Henderson, on the other hand, will release the follow-up to “Chapter One” in 2017 via Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music.

The still-untitled project reportedly boasts further songwriting contributions from Camille Purcell, Rachel Rohan, Caroline Ailin, Emily Warren, Julia Michaels, Justin Tranter, Sam Romans, Philip Plested, and Claude Kelly.

On the production front, Henderson has teamed with Dallas Austin, Cass Lowe, Parker Ighile, Fraser T. Smith, Jason Evigan, GRADES, Jez Ashurst, Electric, Jonny Coffer, Isa Machine, Steve Mac, Johan Carlsson, and Mac & Phil.

Emeli Sande has unleashed the music video for her new single online.

The Scottish singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “Garden” – featuring Jay Electronica and Aine Zion – to her Vevo channel on Monday (November 14, 2016).

Production duties on “Garden” were handled by regular collaborator, Chris Loco, who also teamed up with Sande on “Breathing Underwater,” “Somebody,” “Babe,” “Give Me Something” and “Easier in Bed.”

His extensive resume boasts further works with Rita Ora (“Shine Ya Light”), Kylie Minogue (“Fine”), Raleigh Ritchie (“Stronger Than Ever”), Leona Lewis (“I to You”), Ella Eyre (“Two”) and RAYE (“Bet U Wish”).

Emeli Sande has liberated her sophomore album online.

“Long Live the Angels” – featuring singles “Hurts,” “Garden” and “Breathing Underwater” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2012’s “Our Version of Evens” reunites Sande with regular collaborators Naughty Boy (Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith), Mojam (Fleur East, Ella Eyre) and Chris Loco (Rita Ora, Kylie Minogue).

Other album contributors include TMS (Olly Murs, Carly Rae Jepsen), Jonny Coffer (Beyoncé, All Saints), Wayne Hector (Jess Glynne, Diana Gordon) and Mac & Phil (Ava Lily, James Morrison).

The Scottish singer-songwriter christened “Breathing Underwater” as the third promotional cut from her upcoming studio collection, “Long Live the Angels,” and will release it on October 28 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Breathing Underwater” were handled by regular collaborator, Chris Loco, who also teamed up with Sande on “Garden,” “Somebody,” “Babe,” “Give Me Something” and “Easier in Bed.”

Emeli Sande reveals Japanese bonus tracks on sophomore album

Emeli Sande has revealed the Japanese bonus tracks on her upcoming album.

“Naturally” and “Dream On” will be included on the Japanese edition of Sande’s sophomore studio collection, “Long Live the Angels,” which is scheduled to arrive on November 11 via Virgin EMI Records.

“Dream On” was co-written by Jonny Coffer, whose credits also include Beyonce’s “Freedom” [Columbia], Joel Compass’s “Forgive Me” [Polydor] and Jess Glynne’s “No Rights No Wrongs”[Atlantic].

Meanwhile, “Naturally” was co-written by Wayne Hector (James Blunt, Olly Murs) alongside Thomas “Froe” Barnes, Benjamin Kohn and Peter “Merf” Kelleher of production team TMS (Craig David, Leona Lewis).

Sande’s current single “Garden” – featuring Jay Electronica and Áine Zion – is now available for download via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2012’s “Our Version of Events” delivers additional alliances with Chris Loco (Rita Ora, Kylie Minogue), Mac & Phil (Ava Lily, Cover Drive), Naughty Boy (Rihanna, Sam Smith) and Mojam (Ella Eyre, Phoebe Ryan).
