Katharine McPhee has shared a new performance video online.

The actress, singer, and songwriter posted an exclusive acoustic performance clip for “Only One” to her Vevo channel on Friday (October 09, 2015).

“Only One” was written by McPhee along with Kelly “Madame Buttons” Sheehan (Rita Ora, Jason Derulo) and Chris Loco (Emeli Sande, Leona Lewis).

McPhee’s latest studio album “Hysteria” – featuring previous promotional cuts “Lick My Lips” and “Stranger Than Fiction” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Entertainment One Music.

The collection boasts further contributions from Chris Braide (Beyonce), Sia (Rihanna), Ryan Tedder (Adele), Isa Machine (Ella Henderson), Rob Wells (Selena Gomez) and Ginny Blackmore (Christina Aguilera).

Katharine McPhee has released a new song online.

The actress, singer, and songwriter posted the audio clip for “Love Strikes” to her Vevo channel on Friday (August 28, 2015).

“Love Strikes” – now available for download via iTunes – was co-written by McPhee along with Virginia “Ginny” Blackmore (Nicole Scherzinger, Pixie Lott) and the song’s producer Rob Wells (Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez).

McPhee’s upcoming studio collection “Hysteria” – featuring previous singles “Lick My Lips” and “Stranger Than Fiction” – is slated to hit stores and digital outlets on September 18 through Entertainment One Music.

The singer, songwriter, and actress posted the audio clip for “Stranger Than Fiction” to her Vevo channel on Tuesday (August 18, 2015).

“Stranger Than Fiction” – now available for download via iTunes – was written by McPhee along with Ali Tamposi (Ciara, Kelly Clarkson), Smith Carlson (Taylor Swift, Ella Henderson) and Ryan Tedder (Leona Lewis, Gwen Stefani).

Katharine McPhee has unwrapped the tracklisting for her upcoming album.

The actress, singer and songwriter will release “Hysteria” on September 18 through Entertainment One Music.

Lead single “Lick My Lips” – which was co-written by fellow recording artist Sam Sparrow and produced Isabella “Isa Machine” Summers of Florence and the Machine – is now available for download via iTunes.

Other songwriters backing McPhee on the follow-up to 2010’s “Christmas is the Time to Say I Love You” are Sia Furler (Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez), Kelly Sheehan (Beyonce, Rita Ora) and Ali Tamposi (Ciara, Kelly Clarkson).

On the production front, McPhee has teamed up with Chris Loco (Emeli Sande, Kylie Minogue), Jon Bellion (Eminem, CeeLo Green), Ryan Tedder (Ella Henderson, Leona Lewis) and Chris Braide (Britney Spears, Lana Del Rey).

Kelly Clarkson drafts Sia for new album “Piece By Piece”

Kelly Clarkson has drafted Sia for her upcoming album “Piece By Piece,” out on March 3 via Sony Music Entertainment imprint RCA Records.

The Australian singer/songwriter wrote “Let Your Tears Fall” for Clarkson along with regular collaborator and Grammy Nominated producer Greg Kurstin.

As mentioned in previous posts, the “Chandelier” star also contributed to the next projects by Rihanna [SRP Records], Selena Gomez [Interscope Records] and Gwen Stefani [Mad Love Records].

Her current single “Salted Wounds” is now available for download via iTunes and Republic Records. The track – which was co-written by Samuel Dixon – appears on the original motion picture soundtrack “Fifty Shades of Grey.”

Meanwhile, Clarkson’s next studio collection and follow-up to 2013’s “Wrapped in Red” will feature further songwriting contributions from Kara DioGuardi, Bonnie McKee, Audra Mae, Mozella and Kelly Sheehan.

Jordin Sparks has enlisted the songwriting and production services of Elijah Blake and Salaam Remi for her upcoming third album, which will be released in 2013 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

Recent songwriting credits by Elijah Blake – real name Sean Fenton – include “No Love Allowed” by Rihanna [Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings], “Cold War” by Marsha Ambrosius [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records] and “Enough of No Love” by Keyshia Cole featuring Lil Wayne [Universal Music Group / Geffen Records].

Meanwhile, Salaam Remi is responsible for producing hit singles “Girl on Fire” by Alicia Keys [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], “Our Day Will Come” by Amy Winehouse [Universal Music Group / Island Records] and “Beautiful Surprise” by Tamia [EMI Music Group / Plus1 Music Group].

The new collection by Jordin Sparks serves as the follow-up to 2009’s “Battlefield.” That release debuted at number seven on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart. It also delivered three hit singles in the shape of “Battlefield,” “S.O.S. (Let the Music Play)” and “Don’t Let It Go to Your Head.”

Priyanka Chopra has confirmed a new song title from her debut album.

“Relax Me” is slotted for inclusion on the Indian actress and recording artist’s upcoming collection, which is scheduled for release in early 2013 via Universal Music Group / Island Records / DesiHits Records / Interscope Records.

The track was produced by Moroccan hitmaker Nadir “RedOne” Khayat, who previously teamed up with the artist on her debut single “In My City.”
