Keri Hilson announces new album “L.I.A.R.”

Keri Hilson has announced the details for her new album.

The singer-songwriter christened her third studio collection “L.I.A.R.” and will release it later this year through Zone 4 / Mosley Music Group.

Lead single “Again” – available for download from March 18 via iTunes – was co-written by siblings Theron and Timothy Thomas of R. City, who previously teamed up with Hilson on “Bahm Bahm (Do It Once Again).”

Production duties on “Again” were handled by Mike WiLL Made It, whose other credits include Beyonce’s “Formation” [Columbia], Kelly Rowland’s “Kisses Down Low” [Republic] and Rihanna’s “Pour it Up” [Def Jam].

“L.I.A.R.” – an acronym for “Love is a Religion” – follows 2010’s “No Boys Allowed,” which peaked to number eleven on the US Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Pretty Girls Rock” and the Stargate-produced “Lose Control.”

In addition to regular collaborators Polow Da Don, Timbaland, Danja, Chris Brown and J. Que, “L.I.A.R.” reportedly boasts further alliances with Babyface, Ne-Yo, Tiffany Fred, Mansur Zafr, Benny Cassette, and The Rascals.

Sevyn Streeter has shared a new performance video online.

The singer-songwriter posted an acoustic rendition of “Just Being Honest” to her YouTube channel on Tuesday (February 23, 2016).

“Just Being Honest” was co-written by Tiffany Fred (Zendaya, Tamar Braxton) and Mansur Zafr (Monica, Jessica Mauboy).

Sevyn’s latest mini-collection “Shoulda Been There, Part 1” – featuring “Boomerang” and the Chris Brown-assisted “Don’t Kill the Fun” – is now available for download via iTunes and all other online outlets.

Sevyn Streeter has shared a new live performance video online.

The singer/songwriter posted the acoustic rendition for “Love in Competition” to her YouTube channel on Tuesday (January 05, 2016).

“Love in Competition” was co-written by J-Doe, whose other credits include Jennifer Lopez’s “Acting Like That” [Capitol], Ariana Grande’s “Right There” [Republic], and Kelly Rowland’s “Keep it Between Us” [Motown].

Production duties on the original version were handled by Da Internz, who are also behind Tamar Braxton’s “If I Don’t Have You” [Epic], John Legend’s “Made to Love” [Columbia], and Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” [Cash Money].

Streeter’s latest mini-collection “Shoulda Been There, Pt. 1” is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Atlantic Records.

Other EP contributors include Dem Jointz (Dr. Dre), Candice Pillay (Rihanna), Hit-Boy (Beyonce), Micah Powell (Tank), B.A.M. (K. Michelle), Count Justice (Chris Brown), Tiffany Fred (Zendaya), and Mansur Zafr (Ashanti).

Sevyn Streeter unveils tracklist for new EP “Shoulda Been There (Part 1)”

Sevyn Streeter has unveiled the track list for her upcoming EP.

The singer/songwriter is scheduled to release “Shoulda Been There – Part 1” on July 17 through iTunes in partnership with Atlantic Records.

Lead single “Shoulda Been There” was produced by B.A.M. (K. Michelle, Chris Brown) and Count Justice (Wiz Khalifa, Alesha Dixon).

Other producers backing Streeter on the EP are Mansur Zafr (Ashanti, Keri Hilson), Dem Jointz (Marsha Ambrosius, Janet Jackson), Hit-Boy (Ciara, Selena Gomez) and Cameron Wallace (Beyonce, Christina Milian).

On the songwriting front, Sevyn has teamed up with J-Doe (Rita Ora, Jennifer Lopez), Candice Pillay (Rihanna, Christina Aguilera), Michah Powell (Omarion, Chris Brown) and Tiffany Fred (Zendaya, Tamar Braxton).

Sevyn Streeter has unveiled the music video for her new single online.

The singer/songwriter – real name Amber Streeter – posted the visual clip for “4th Street” to her official YouTube channel on Tuesday (April 29, 2015).

“4th Street” appears on the artist’s debut album, “On the Verge,” out soon under Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The keenly-awaited project will feature previous promotional cut “Don’t Kill the Fun,” as well as guest appearances from Chris Brown [RCA Records], August Alsina [Def Jam Recordings] and B.o.B [Atlantic Records].

On the production front, “Verge” boasts contributions from Hit-Boy (Brandy, Selena Gomez), Polow Da Don (Rihanna, Kelly Rowland), Mansur Zafr (Ashanti, Keri Hilson) and Da Internz (Tamia, Christina Aguilera).

Sevyn Streeter has confirmed the title for her upcoming debut album.

The singer/songwriter christened her first studio collection “On the Verge” and will release it later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

Current single “Don’t Kill the Fun” – which features guest vocals from regular collaborator Chris Brown – is now available for download via iTunes.

On the production front, “On the Verge” boasts alliances with Cameron Wallace (Beyonce, Christina Milian), Polow Da Don (Ciara, Keyshia Cole), Mansur Zafr (Monica, Keri Hilson) and Da Internz (Usher, Nicki Minaj).

Sevyn Streeter has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The singer/songwriter posted the Chris Brown-directed clip for “Don’t Kill the Fun” to her official YouTube channel on Tuesday (February 10, 2015).

“Don’t Kill the Fun” – now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets – was produced by Cameron Wallace, who previously teamed with Streeter on “Call Me Crazy, But…” track “Shattered.”

Other production credits by Wallace include Beyonce’s “Upgrade U” f/ Jay-Z [Columbia Records], Ciara’s “Keep on Looking” [Epic Records] and Christina Milian’s “Video Model” [Cash Money Records].

As mentioned in earlier posts, Streeter’s debut album under Warner Music Group imprint Atlantic Records will be released later this year.

The still-untitled project is said to feature further collaborations with Polow Da Don (Usher, Jamie Foxx), Tiffany Fred (Zendaya, Melanie Fiona), Mansur Zafr (Monica, Keri Hilson) and Babyface (Madonna, Nicole Scherzinger).

Sevyn Streeter reveals artwork for Chris Brown-assisted single “Don’t Kill the Fun”

Sevyn Streeter has revealed the official artwork for her new single.

“Don’t Kill the Fun” marks the first promotional cut from the singer/songwriter’s upcoming debut album under Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The Chris Brown-assisted track will be available for download from January 13 via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Streeter’s previous project, 2013’s EP “Call Me Crazy, But…,” debuted at number five on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and spawned four singles in the shape of “It Won’t Stop,” “nEXt,” “Sex on the Ceiling” and “B.A.N.S.”

As for the new LP, Sevyn has teamed with Da Internz (Tinashe, Elle Varner), Babyface (Brandy, Tamar Braxton), Mansur Zafr (Monica, Keri Hilson), Tiffany Fred (Zendaya, Jennifer Hudson) and Polow Da Don (Ciara, Nicki Minaj).

Sevyn Streeter has confirmed the title for her new single.

The R&B songbird christened “Don’t Kill the Fun” as the first promotional cut from her debut album, which will be released next year via Atlantic Records.

“Don’t Kill the Fun” features guest vocals from Chris Brown, who previously teamed with Streeter on several singles including “Fine China,” “Yeah 3x,” “Next to You,” “Wet the Bed” and “It Won’t Stop.”

Other musicians backing Streeter on the highly-anticipated LP are Mansur Zafr (Ashanti, Keri Hilson), Tiffany Fred (Zendaya, Jennifer Hudson), Da Internz (Ciara, Nicki Minaj) and Eric Bellinger (Usher, Teyana Taylor).

On the songwriting front, Streeter recently co-wrote “Keep Us Together” for Jessie J along with Cory Rooney and Louis Biancaniello. The track appears on the British artist’s third album, “Sweet Talker,” out now via iTunes.

Her other credits include Ariana Grande (“The Way”), Kelly Rowland (“Put Your Name On It”), Alicia Keys (“New Day”), Trey Songz (“International Serious”), Brandy (“Slower”), Fantasia (“Get it Right”) and Tamar Braxton (“Pieces”).

Sevyn Streeter has added Tiffany Fred and Mansur Zafr to the list of collaborators for her upcoming debut album on Atlantic Records.

Fred is responsible for co-writing “Replay” by Zendaya [Hollywood Records], “Supernatural Love” by Fantasia Barrino [RCA Records] and “Pick Up the Pieces” by Jason Derulo [Warner Bros. Records].

Meanwhile, Zafr’s production resume includes works for Monica (“Without You”), Ashanti (“Never Should Have”) and Jessica Mauboy (“Fight for You”).

As previously reported, Streeter’s first LP – which serves as the follow-up to 2013’s “Call Me Crazy, But…” – is expected to be released later this year.

The still-untitled project reportedly boasts additional collaborations with Pop & Oak (Tamia, Nicki Minaj), Hit-Boy (Teyana Taylor, Frank Ocean), Da Internz (Ciara, Elle Varner) and Babyface (Colbie Caillat, Ariana Grande).
