Maroon 5 release new studio collection “Red Pill Blues”

American pop rock band Maroon 5 – composed of members Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden, James Valentine, Matt Flynn, PJ Morton, and Sam Farrar – have released their sixth studio collection online.

“Red Pill Blues” – featuring singles “Don’t Wanna Know,” “Cold,” “What Lovers Do” and “Help Me Out” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2014’s “V” was executive-produced by Jacob “JKash” Kasher, whose recent songwriting credits include Charlie Puth’s “How Long,” Bebe Rexha’s “I Got You,” Jason Derulo’s “Swalla,” Zara Larsson’s “So Good,” Kristian Galva’s “Wrong 4 This,” and PRETTYMUCH’s “Would You Mind.”

Other producers backing Maroon 5 on “Red Pill Blues” are Julian Bunetta (Niall Horan), Cirkut (Ava Max), Noah Passovoy (Katy Perry), Diplo (Madonna), John Ryan (Colbie Caillat), TMS (Emeli Sande), Ben Billions (Alina Baraz), Jason Evigan (Kehlani), Ricky Reed (Alessia Cara) and Benny Blanco (Halsey).

On the songwriting front, Maroon 5 have worked with Alexander “Eskeerdo” Izquierdo (Alex Aiono), Dayo Olatunji (Fifth Harmony), Ammar Malik (Ed Sheeran), Brittany “Starrah” Hazzard (Camila Cabello), Justin Tranter (Nick Jonas), Julia Michaels (Tinashe) and Teddy Geiger (Shawn Mendes).

Maroon 5 confirm new promotional single details

American pop rock band Maroon 5 have teamed up with R&B singer/songwriter SZA for their new promotional single “What Lovers Do,” which will arrive on September 1st via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Brittany “Starrah” Hazzard, whose recent credits include Era Istrefi’s “No I Love Yous,” Calvin Harris’ “Feels,” Nicki Minaj’s “Regret in Your Tears,” DJ Khalid’s “Don’t Quit,” Katy Perry’s “Swish Swish,” 2 Chainz’s “Realize,” Kid Ink’s “No Strings,” and Halsey’s “Now or Never.”

Production duties on “What Lovers Do,” on the other hand, were collectively handled by regular collaborator Jason Evigan (Macklemore, Rita Ora) and Ben Billion$ (The Weeknd, Kelly Rowland).

Maroon 5’s upcoming sixth studio collection – featuring previous singles “Don’t Wanna Know” and “Cold” – will arrive later this year via 222 Records in partnership with Interscope Records.

The still-untitled project serves as the follow-up to 2014’s “V,” which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Maps,” “Animal” and “Sugar.”

“Don’t Wanna Know” – featuring Kendrick Lamar – is now available for download via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Lead vocalist Adam Levine wrote the track alongside Jacob Kasher Hindlin (Charlie Puth, Selena Gomez), Ammar Malik (James Blunt, The Weeknd) and John Henry Ryan (Colbie Caillat, Louisa Johnson).

Production duties on “Don’t Wanna Know” were collectively handled by Benny Blanco (Katy Perry, Britney Spears), The Arcade (Nicola Roberts, Rita Ora) and Louie Lastic (GoldLink, Snakehips).

Maroon 5 have announced the details for their new single.

The American pop rock band christened “Don’t Wanna Know” – featuring Kendrick Lamar – as the lead single from their upcoming sixth album and will officially release it at midnight ET.

“Don’t Wanna Know” was co-written by Adam Levine alongside Jacob Kasher (Bebe Rexha), Ammar Malik (Nick Jonas), Benny Blanco (Ed Sheeran), John Henry Ryan (John Legend) and The Arcade (Rita Ora).

Maroon 5’s next studio collection is expected to arrive later this year via 222 Records and Interscope Records.

Maroon 5 have confirmed the details for their new single.

The American pop rock band – composed of Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden, James Valentine, Matt Flynn, and PJ Morton – christened “Feelings” as the sixth promotional cut from their latest album “V.”

Production duties on “Feelings” – now available for download via iTunes – were handled by Karl “Shellback” Schuster (Taylor Swift, Britney Spears) and Oscar “OZGO” Gorres (Tori Kelly, Hilary Duff).

The track also serves as the follow-up to previous international hit singles “This Summer’s Gonna Hurt…,” “Sugar,” “Animals” and “Maps.”

Commercial performance-wise, “V” [222 Records / Interscope Records] debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Furthermore, that collection delivers contributions from Benny Blanco (Rihanna, Katy Perry), Jason Evigan (Zendaya, Demi Lovato), Stargate (Sia, Emeli Sande), Jacob Kasher (Ciara, Rita Ora) and Ammo (Tinashe, Jason Derulo).

Gwen Stefani to release new album in December

Gwen Stefani is plotting to release her third studio album in December.

The singer/songwriter recently collaborated with Pharrell Williams to finalize the still-untitled LP, which will be distributed via Universal Music Group imprint Interscope Records in partnership with Mad Love Records.

The follow-up to 2006’s “The Sweet Escape” is executive produced by Benny Blanco, whose extensive resume includes works for Britney Spears [RCA Records], Katy Perry [Capitol Records] and Charli XCX [Neon Gold Records].

As previously reported, the music video for Stefani’s new single “Baby Don’t Lie” has been filmed by regular collaborator Sophie Muller.

Stefani also provided guest vocals on the track “My Heart is Open,” taken from Maroon 5’a latest album “V.” Adam Levine co-wrote the song with Sia Furler, Benjamin Levin, Andre Lindal and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins.

Gwen Stefani enlists Ryan Tedder, Benny Blanco for new single “Baby Don’t Lie”

Gwen Stefani has revealed the title for her new single.

The singer/songwriter christened “Baby Don’t Lie” as the first promotional release from her upcoming third album on Interscope Records.

The track was helmed by Ryan Tedder and Benny Blanco, who collectively worked with Ariana Grande [Republic Records], Katy Perry [Capitol Records], Carly Rae Jepsen [Interscope Records] and Sean Paul [Atlantic Records].

Stefani’s last studio collection, 2006’s “The Sweet Escape,” peaked at number two on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and delivered hit singles including “Wind it Up,” “The Sweet Escape” and “4 in the Morning.”

She recently collaborated with Maroon 5 on “My Heart is Open,” taken from their latest album “V.” The track was written by Adam Levine along with Sia Furler, Benjamin Levin, Andre Lindal and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins.
