Lana Del Rey unleashes new single “Lust for Life”

Lana Del Rey has unleashed her new single online.

“Lust for Life” – featuring Canadian singer, songwriter and record producer The Weeknd – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Max Martin, born Martin Sandberg, whose recent credits include Katy Perry’s “Chained to the Rhythm,” Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling,” Ariana Grande’s “Side to Side,” and Nick Jonas’ “Under You.”

Production duties on “Lust for Life” were collectively handled by Del Rey alongside Rick Nowels (FKA twigs, Charli XCX), Kieron Menzies (Nelly Furtado, John Legend) and Dean Reid (Lykke Li, Marina Diamandis).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Del Rey’s upcoming album of the same name – featuring previous single “Love” – will arrive later this year via Interscope Records (US) and Polydor Records (UK).

The follow-up to 2015’S “Honeymoon” delivers further alliances with Benny Blanco (Ed Sheeran), John Hill (Rihanna), Emile Haynie (Bruno Mars), Jeff Bhasker (Alicia Keys), Mark Ronson (Lily Allen) and Justin Parker (Ellie Goulding).

American singer/songwriter Tinashe has unleashed her new single online.

“Flame” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Ilsey Juber (Noah Cyrus, Ellie Goulding), Simon Wilcox (Gallant, Betty Who) and Nasri Atweh (Shakira, Tove Lo).

Production duties on “Flame” were handled by Sir Nolan, whose other credits include Louis Tomlinson’s “Just Hold On,” Nick Jonas’ “Jealous,” Selena Gomez’s “Good for You,” Rita Ora’s “Poison,” Demi Lovato’s “Body Say,” Rachel Platten’s “Speechless,” and Fifth Harmony’s “All in My Head (Flex).”

As mentioned in various media outlets, Tinashe’s sophomore studio collection “Joyride” – featuring previous single “Supelove” – will arrive later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The follow-up to 2014’s “Joyride” reportedly delivers additional songwriting contributions from Julia Michaels (Gwen Stefani), Ester Dean (Charli XCX), Justin Tranter (Britney Spears) and Sam Hook (Miley Cyrus).

Among the producers expected to appear on the highly-anticipated album are Max Martin (Camila Cabello), Jonas Jeberg (Zara Larsson), BloodPop (Madonna), Benny Cassette (Keri Hilson), GRADES (Dua Lipa), Komi Hakam (Tamera Foster) and Stargate (Bebe Rexha).

Camila Cabello has reportedly drafted Savan Kotecha, Ilya Salmanzadeh, and Max Martin for her upcoming debut album.

The Swedish songwriting and production trio are responsible for Ariana Grande’s “Everyday,” Jennifer Lopez’s “First Love,” Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood,” Ellie Goulding’s “On My Mind,” Demi Lovato’s “Confident,” Jessie J’s “Bang Bang,” and Natalie La Rose’s “Around the World.”

Meanwhile, Cabello will release her first solo studio collection later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records.

The still-untitled project is said to deliver further contributions from Pharrell Williams (Beyonce), Andrew “Pop” Wansel (Rihanna), Bibi Bourelly (Selena Gomez), Frank Dukes (Drake), Ammar Malik (Kesha), Amy Wadge (Ed Sheeran), Ryan Tedder (Adele) and Billy Walsh (Majid Jordan).

Ariana Grande has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The singer/songwriter posted the Chris Marrs Piliero- directed clip for “Everyday” to her YouTube channel on Sunday (February 26, 2017).

The Future-featuring track was co-written by regular collaborator Savan Kotecha, whose recent credits include Skip Marley’s “Lions,” Katy Perry’s “Rise,” The Weeknd’s “Love to Lay,” G-Eazy’s “Saw it Coming,” Sage the Gemini’s “Now and Later,” and Nick Jonas’ “Under You.”

Production duties on “Everyday” were handled by Ilya Salmanzadeh (Jennifer Lopez, Ellie Goulding) and Max Martin (Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera).

As mentioned in various media outlets, Grande is currently working on her upcoming fourth studio collection under Republic Records.

The still-untitled project serves as the follow-up to 2016’s “Dangerous Woman,” which peaked to number two on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Into You” and “Side to Side.”

The singer/songwriter posted the Mathew Cullen-directed clip for “Chained to the Rhythm” to her Vevo channel on Tuesday (February 21, 2017).

The Skip Marley-featuring track was co-written by Australian singer/songwriter Sia Furler, who previously teamed up with Perry on the Greg Kurstin-produced “Double Rainbow” and Britney Spears’ “Passenger.”

Production duties on “Chained to the Rhythm” were collectively handled by Swedish hitmakers Max Martin (Pink, Taylor Swift) and Ali Payami (Ariana Grande, The Weeknd).

Perry’s fourth studio collection, on the other hand, is scheduled to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Capitol Records.

The still-untitled project serves as the follow-up to 2013’s “Prism,” which topped the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Roar,” “Unconditionally,” “Dark Horse,” and “Birthday.”
