Melanie C debuts new single “Who I Am”

British singer/songwriter Melanie Chisholm, known professionally as Melanie C, has debuted her new single online.

“Who I Am” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Spotify, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Melanie C alongside Richard “Biff” Stannard (Leona Lewis, Fleur East), Ash Howes (Ellie Goulding, Kylie Minogue) and Bryn Christopher (Becky Hill, Louis Tomlinson).

As mentioned in various media outlets, Melanie C’s upcoming eighth album “Who I Am” is scheduled to arrive later this year via Red Girl Media Limited.

The highly-anticipated project serves as the follow-up to 2016’s “Version of Me,” which peaked to number twenty-five on the UK Albums Chart and spawned contributions from Rick Nowels, Adam Argyle, Peter-John Vettese, Varren Wade, and Sons of Sonix (aka Moses Samuels and Michael Akinkunmi).

Spice Girls reunite with Richard “Biff” Stannard for new collaboration

British girl group Spice Girls – composed of Melanie Brown, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Melanie Chisholm – have reunited with Richard “Biff” Stannard for a new collaboration.

The UK record producer and songwriter previously teamed up with the Spice Girls on international hit singles “Wannabe,” “2 Become 1,” “Mama,” “Spice Up Your Life,” “Viva Forever” and “Goodbye,” taken from the albums “Spice” (1996), “Spiceworld” (1997) and “Forever” (2000), respectively.

Stannard has also collaborated with group members on their solo projects, namely “Lullaby” (performed by Melanie B), “What Took You So Long” (performed by Emma Bunton), “Going Down” (performed by Melanie C) and “Generate the Flow” (performed by Victoria Beckham).

As mentioned in various media outlets, the Spice Girls are expected to release their second greatest hits compilation later this year via Virgin Records.

Their last album, 2000’s “Forever,” featuring the Rodney Jerkins-produced “Holler” and “Let Love Lead the Way,” topped the UK Albums Chart and peaked to number thirty-nine on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.
