Erik Hassle debuts new single “If Your Man Only Knew”

Erik Hassle has debuted his new single online.

The Swedish singer-songwriter posted the audio clip for “If Your Man Only Knew” to his Vevo channel on Friday (April 08, 2016).

“If Your Man Only Knew” – now available for download via iTunes – was co-written by Daniel Ledinsky (CeeLo Green, Zara Larsson) and Alexander “Al Shux” Shuckburgh (Lianne La Havas, Alicia Keys).

The track also samples Aaliyah’s 1996 single “If Your Girl Only Knew,” which was helmed by Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliot and Timothy “Timbaland” Mosley.

Meanwhile, Hassle’s next studio collection “Higher Ground” – featuring previous singles “No Words” and “Smaller” – will hit stores later this year through TEN Music Group and RCA Records.

Janet Jackson debuts new single “Unbreakable”

Janet Jackson has debuted a new song online.

The singer/songwriter posted the audio clip for “Unbreakable” to her official YouTube channel on Thursday (September 03, 2015).

“Unbreakable” – now available for download via iTunes – was written by Jackson along with Jimmy Jam (Usher, Gwen Stefani), Terry Lewis (Mariah Carey, Deborah Cox) and Thomas Lumpkins (Jordin Sparks, Nelly Furtado).

Jackson’s upcoming eleventh album “Unbreakable” – featuring previous promotional cut “No Sleeep” – will hit stores on October 2nd through Rhythm Nation Records in partnership with BMG Rights Management.

The keenly-awaited project – boasting further alliances with Missy Elliot, J. Cole, Dem Jointz, and Mickey Shiloh – serves as the follow-up to 2008’s “Discipline,” which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Monica recruits Timbaland for new album

Monica has recruited Timbaland for her upcoming album.

The super producer – born Timothy Mosley – is responsible for “Try Again” by Aaliyah [Blackground Records], “Who is She to You?” by Brandy [Atlantic Records] and “Drunk in Love” by Beyonce f/ Jay-Z [Columbia Records].

His extensive resume also includes works for Justin Timberlake [RCA Records], Rihanna [Roc Nation Records], Demi Lovato [Hollywood Records], Jason Derulo [Warner Bros. Records] and Drake [Republic Records].

Meanwhile, Monica’s next studio collection is expected to be released later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The still-untitled project serves as the follow-up 2012’s “New Life,” which peaked at number four on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Other musicians backing the “Love All Over Me” star on the highly-anticipated LP are Nathaniel “Danja” Hills, Keri Hilson, Polow Da Don, Missy Elliot, Jermaine Dupri, Bryan Michael Cox, Warren Felder and Andrew Wansel.

Keri Hilson and Danja have graced the upcoming studio album by Monica.

The songwriting and production duo previously helmed songs for other artists including Britney Spears (“Gimme More”) and Danity Kane (“Want It”).

They’ve also collaborated on hit single “Knock You Down,” taken from Hilson’s debut album “In a Perfect World.” The Ne-Yo & Kanye West-assisted track peaked at number three on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.

Meanwhile, Monica’s next collection is expected to be released during the first quarter of 2015 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The follow-up to 2012’s “New Life” is confirmed to spawn additional contributions from Polow Da Don, Missy Elliot, Jermaine Dupri, Bryan Michael Cox, Miguel, Warren “Oak” Felder and Andrew “Pop” Wansel.

Polow Da Don previously teamed up with Monica on “Here I Am” and “Without You,” taken from the albums “Still Standing” and “New Life,” respectively.

His songwriting and production resume also includes works for Nicki Minaj (“Anaconda”), Mario (“Somebody Else”), Fergie (“London Bridge”), Ciara (“Promise”) and Jamie Foxx (“DJ Play a Love Song”).

Meanwhile, the highly-anticipated new studio collection by Monica is expected to be released later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The pair previously teamed up on singles “A Dozen Roses (You Remind Me),” “Everything to Me,” “Until It’s Gone” and “Anything (To Find You).”

Elliot is also responsible for co-writing and producing Whitney Houston’s “Things You Say” [Arista Records], Fantasia’s “Free Yourself” [J Records] and Jazmine Sullivan’s “Need U Bad” [RCA Records].

The as-yet-untitled new album by Monica is expected to be released later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.
