Liv Dawson shares new promotional single “Hush”

British singer/songwriter Olivia Ellen Dawson, professionally known as Liv Dawson, has shared her new promotional single online.

“Hush” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written and produced by Jimmy Napes, whose other credits include Sam Smith’s “Too Good at Goodbyes,” Alicia Keys’ “Hallelujah,” Madonna’s “Best Night,” Gregory Porter’s “Holding On,” Ray BLK’s “Doing Me,” Ellie Goulding’s “Heal,” and Kwabs’ “Father Figure.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Dawson’s upcoming project – featuring previous singles “Painkiller,” “Somewhere Good,” “Last Time,” and “Searching” – is expected to arrive early next year via Method Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts additional alliances with Lostboy (Mabel McVey), Nataliya Phillips (Anne-Marie), Fraser T. Smith (Raye), Max McElligott (John Newman), Knightstarr (Tori Kelly), Jordan Riley (Nina Nesbitt), Frances (Ella Henderson) and Sam Romans (John Legend).

Anne-Marie hits the studio with Emily Warren, Chris Loco for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Anne-Marie has teamed up with Emily Warren and Chris Loco for a new collaboration.

Recent songwriting credits by Warren include Little Mix’s “No More Sad Songs,” Charli XCX’s “Boys,” Dua Lipa’s “New Rules,” Molly Kate Kestner’s “Good Die Young,” Sean Paul’s “No Lie,” Alessia Cara’s “The Other Side,” Noah Cyrus’ “Stay Together,” and Naughty Boy’s “Should’ve Been Me.”

She has also contributed to the next projects by Sigrid, Liam Payne, Dua Lipa, Sigala, Ella Eyre, Tori Kelly, David Guetta, Shakira, Grace Mitchell, Dagny, Liza Owen, Phoebe Ryan, and Ella Henderson.

Meanwhile, Loco is responsible for co-writing and producing Raleigh Ritchie’s “Stronger than Ever,” Emeli Sande’s “Garden,” Kevin Garrett’s “Little Bit of You,” Justine Skye’s “U Don’t Know,” Etta Bond’s “Kiss My Girlfriend,” Sinead Harnett’s “Rather Be with You,” and Professor Green’s “Lullaby.”

“Heavy” – which was co-written by Anne-Marie alongside Nataliya “Tash” Phillips and Iain James – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Heavy” were collectively handled by The Invisible Men (Iggy Azalea, Bebe Rexha), Nana Rogues (Drake, Tinie Tempah), MNEK (Kara Marni, Zara Larsson) and Team Salut (Rita Ora, Emeli Sande).

Little Mix draft G-Eazy for new single “No More Sad Songs”

Little Mix have annnounced the details for their new single.

The British girl group – consisting of Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jesy Nelson- dubbed “No More Sad Songs” as the third promotional cut from their latest album “Glory Days” and will release it on March 3 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The G-Eazy featuring track was co-written by Emily Warren (Shawn Mendes, The Chainsmokers) and Nataliya “Tash” Phillips (Victoria Duffield, Tori Kelly).

Production duties on “No More Sad Songs” were handled by Edvard Erfjord and Henrik Michelsen of Electric, who previously teamed up with Little Mix on “Shout Out to My Ex” and “Black Magic.”

The Norwegian duo also contributed to the next projects by Taya, Mollie King, Jasmine Thompson, KStewart, Imani Williams, Tamera Foster, Ella Henderson, Karen Harding, John Newman, and Tiggs Da Author.

Tori Kelly unveils new song title “Expensive”

Tori Kelly has unveiled a new song title from her upcoming debut album.

“Expensive” is slotted for inclusion on the singer/songwriter’s first studio collection, “Unbreakable Smile,” out soon under Capitol Records.

The track was written by Tori Kelly along with Joleen Belle, Nataliya Phillips, Savan Kotecha, Alexander Kronlund and Lukas Loules.

Current single “Nobody Love” – which was produced by Max Martin – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

“Unbreakable Smile” serves as the follow-up to 2013’s EP “Foreword,” which delivered international hit singles “Dear No One” and “Paper Hearts.”

Other album contributors include Pharrell Williams (Usher, Britney Spears), Ed Sheeran (Taylor Swift, Hilary Duff), Toby Gad (Beyonce, Alicia Keys), Fraser T. Smith (Adele, Sam Smith) and Rodney Jerkins (Ciara, Mary J. Blige).
