Tori Kelly shares new promotional single “Help Us to Love”

American singer, songwriter, and record producer Tori Kelly has teamed up with the HamilTones for her new promotional single.

“Help Us to Love” – which was collectively produced by Kirk Franklin alongside Ricky “Slikk Muzik” Offord and Ronald Hill – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Kelly’s upcoming sophomore studio collection and follow-up to 2015’s “Unbreakable Smile” is scheduled to arrive later this year via Schoolboy Records in partnership with Capitol Records.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly delivers contributions from Knightstarr, Jimmy Napes, Fabienne Holloway, Wayne Hector, Kyle Shearer, Nate Campany, Tayla Parx, Fred Cox, Pawws, Warren Felder, Noel Zancanella, JHart, Daniel Nigro, Natasha Bedingfield, Stephan Moccio, and Mojam.

Ellie Goulding reunites with Maureen “MoZella” McDonald for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Ellie Goulding has reunited with fellow recording artist Maureen “MoZella” McDonald for a new collaboration.

Mozella previously co-penned “Don’t Panic,” “We Can’t Move to This” and “Holding On for Life,” taken from Goulding’s 2015 album, “Delirium.”

MoZella’s songwriting resume boasts additional works with Kelly Clarkson (“Love So Soft”), Charlie Puth (“One Call Away”), Mary Lambert (“Secrets”), Tinashe (“Feels Like Vegas”), Miley Cyrus (“Wrecking Ball”), Rihanna (“Dancing in the Dark”) and Madonna (“Living for Love”).

Meanwhile, Goulding is scheduled to release her fourth studio collection later this year via Interscope Records (US) and Polydor Records (UK).

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further contributions from Starsmith, The 23rd, Jamie Hartman, BloodPop, Ilsey Juber, Andrew Jackson, Raye, Nate Campany, Justin Tranter, Noel Zancanella, and TMS.

Sabrina Carpenter teams up with Jonas Blue for new single “Alien”

American singer/songwriter Sabrina Carpenter has teamed up with British DJ/record producer Jonas Blue for his new single “Alien,” which will arrive on March 16 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The track was co-written by Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, whose other credits include Jess Glynne’s “Hold My Hand,” Sigala’s “Lullaby,” Raye’s “Decline,” Yebba Smith’s “Evergreen,” Kiesza’s “Don’t Want You Back,” Tinie Tempah’s “Not Letting Go,” and Jax Jones’ “You Don’t Know Me.”

Meanwhile, Carpenter is expected to release her upcoming third album and follow-up to 2016’s “Evolution” later this year via Hollywood Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers productions and songwriting contributions from The Futuristics, Steph Jones, Trevor Brown, Ido Zmishlany, Madison Love, Warren “Oak” Felder, Sasha Sloan, Delacey, Alex Hope, Stargate, Nate Campany, Bastian Langebaek, JHart, and The Monsters & Strangerz.

Paloma Faith teams up with Sigala for new single “Lullaby”

British singer/songwriter Paloma Faith has teamed up with DJ and record producer Sigala (real name Bruce Fielder) for his new promotional single “Lullaby,” which is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Atlantic recording artist Jess Glynne alongside Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett (Yebba Smith, Janelle Monae) and Andrew “BullySongs” Bullimore (Louisa Johnson, Ella Henderson).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Faith’s latest album “The Architect” – featuring promotional singles “Cry Baby,” “Guilty,” “‘Til I’m Done” and the John Legend-assisted “I’ll Be Gentle” – is out now via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Charli XCX reunites with Stargate for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Charlotte Aitchison, professionally known as Charli XCX, has reunited with Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen of Stargate for a new collaboration.

Having previously collaborated with XCX on her own songs “Break the Rules,” “After the Afterparty” and “Track 10,” Stargate have also worked with XCX songs performed by other artists including Camila Cabello (“OMG”), Selena Gomez (“Same Old Love”) and James Blunt (“If I Find Love Again”).

Stargate’s songwriting and production resume boasts additional works with Tinashe (“No Drama”), Sam Smith (“Too Good at Goodbyes”), Daya (“New”), Rachel Platten (“Broken Glass”), Majid Jordan (“Body Talk”), Julia Michaels (“Issues”), Bebe Rexha (“I Got Time”) and OneRepublic (“No Vacancy”).

Meanwhile, XCX’s upcoming project – featuring further productions and songwriting contributions from Fred Ball, Noonie Bao, Andrew Watt, Nate Campany, and Ali Tamposi – is expected to arrive later this year via Atlantic Records (US) and Asylum Records (UK).

British singer/songwriter Ella Eyre (real name Ella Mary McMahon) has drafted Banx & Ranx for a new collaboration.

Composed of Zacharie Raymond and Yannick Rastogi; the Canadian songwriting/production duo are known for helming singles performed by Olly Murs (“Kiss Me”), KStewart (“Sex for Breakfast”), Lady Leshurr (“OMW”), Stylo G (“Under Construction”), Kevin Lyttle (“Slow Motion”), Alx Veliz (“Duele”) and Paris & Simo f/ Karen Harding (“Come as You Are”).

Banx & Ranx have also worked with songwriters and fellow producers including Supa Dups, Ayak Thiik, Di Genius, Raye, Arnthor Birgisson, Chelcee Grimes, Arnthor Birgisson, Cleo Tighe, Lil Eddie, Angela Hunte, Steve Robson, Lindy Robbins, Billboard, Grace Tither, Adam Baptiste, and Ina Wroldsen.

Sabrina Carpenter drafts Sasha Sloan for new collaboration

American singer/songwriter Sabrina Carpenter has drafted fellow recording artist Sasha Sloan for a new collaboration.

Born Alexandra Yatchenko, Sloan recently co-wrote “Never Be the Same” for Camila Cabello alongside Noonie Bao and the song’s producer Adam “Frank Dukes” Feeney. The track appears on Cabello’s debut album, “Camila,” which will arrive on January 12 via Syco Music and Epic Records.

In between releasing her own promotional singles “Runaway” and “Ready Yet,” Sloan has also co-penned songs for other artists including Ella Henderson (“Ugly”), Niia Rocco (“Nobody”), Alma (“Phases”), Maggie Lindemann (“Pretty Girl”), Kygo (“This Town”) and Louis Tomlinson (“Just Hold On”).

Meanwhile, Carpenter’s third studio collection – featuring the Leland-penned / Jonas Jeberg-produced lead single “Why” – is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Hollywood Records.
