Liam Payne delivers new promotional single “Bedroom Floor”

Liam Payne has delivered his new promotional single online.

“Bedroom Floor” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by fellow recording artists Charlie Puth and Lil Aaron alongside Jacob “JKash” Kasher (Zara Larsson), Ammar Malik (Jessie Ware), Noel Zancanella (Shawn Mendes) and Steve Mac (Jess Glynne).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Payne’s upcoming debut album – featuring the Ed Sheeran-penned “Strip That Down” and Hailee Steinfeld-assisted “Call You Mine” – is expected to arrive later this year via Hampton Records in partnership with Capitol Records (UK) and Republic Records (US).

The still-untitled project reportedly boasts further songwriting contributions from Ali Tamposi, Bibi Bourelly, Emily Warren, Andrew Watt, Sean “The Pen” Garrett, Marlon Roudette, Jean Baptiste Kouame, Scott Harris, Jaramye Daniels, Marlin “Hookman” Bonds, Talay Riley, and Samuel Preston.

On the production front, Payne has teamed up with Soulshock & Karlin, Pharrell Williams, Digital Farm Animals, Warren “Oak” Felder, Zaire Koalo, Nick Monson, DannyBoyStyles, and Ben Billions.

Rita Ora delivers new promotional single “Anywhere”

Rita Ora has delivered her new promotional single online.

“Anywhere” – which was collectively produced by Alesso alongside Sir Nolan and Andrew Watt – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was also co-written by Alexandra “Ali” Tamposi (Liza Owen, Troye Sivan) and Brian Lee (Jason Derulo, Selena Gomez).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Ora’s upcoming sophomore album – featuring the Ed Sheeran-penned / Steve Mac-produced “Your Song” – is expected to arrive next year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further productions from Stargate, Jonny Coffer, Digital Farm Animals, Jimmy Napes, Leon Thomas, Jake Gosling, Mike Dean, Jason Evigan, Emile Haynie, and RITUAL.

Chris Loco has teased a new collaboration with Jojo.

“Me today when @iamjojo laid the ‘scratch’ vocals,” the British record producer and songwriter posted to his InstaStory on Wednesday (October 04, 2017).

Born Christopher Crowhurst, Loco’s credits include Raleigh Ritchie’s “Stronger than Ever,” Emeli Sande’s “Garden,” Kevin Garrett’s “Little Bit of You,” Justine Skye’s “U Don’t Know,” Etta Bond’s “Kiss My Girlfriend,” Sinead Harnett’s “Rather Be with You,” and Professor Green’s “Lullaby.”

Fans of his works should also keep an eye on the next releases by Kamille, Diana Gordon, Louisa Johnson, Molly Kate Kestner, Erik Hassle, WENS, Kiana Lede, Raye, Jessie Reyez, Melissa Steel, Kenzie May, Becky Hill, Yebba, Anne-Marie, Tamera Foster, Kara Marni, and Ray BLK.

Jojo drafts Big Taste for fourth album

American singer/songwriter Joanna Noëlle Levesque, known professionally as JoJo, has teamed up with Big Taste for a new collaboration.

Born Leroy Clampitt, the Los Angeles-based record producer’s credits include Bebe Rexha’s “Small Doses,” Jake Miller’s “Overnight,” Maty Noyes’ “Falling Out of Love,” Dua Lipa’s “Genesis,” Adam Lambert’s “Two Fux,” Phoebe Ryan’s “Forgetting All About You,” and Justin Bieber’s “Company.”

In addition to contributing to the next projects by Raye, Jess Kent, Sabina Ddumba, Era Istrefi, Alma, Dagny, and Marina Diamandis; Big Taste has signed a record deal with Universal Music Group imprint Island Records.

“Mint session with @lostboy_uk,” the British singer/songwriter posted to Instagram on Tuesday (September 5th, 2017).

The UK record producer and songwriter (real name Peter Rycroft) has previously helmed singles for Gabrielle Aplin (“Waking Up Slow”), Sarah Close (“Call Me Out”), Lauren Faith (“Let Them Talk”), KLOE (“Liability”), Gavin James (“Bitter Pill”), Skinny Living (“Why”) and MAAD (“Wonderland”).

Born Daniel Thomas Omelio; Robopop’s songwriting and production resume boasts further works with Lana Del Rey (“Video Games”), Prince Royce (“Stuck on a Feeling”), Maroon 5 (“Payphone”), Little Mix (“Power”), Jojo (“When Love Hurts”), Marina Diamandis (“How to be a Heartbreaker”), James Blunt (“When I Find Love Again”) and Hey Violet (“Hoodie”).

Having signed a publishing deal with Universal Music’s Lava Records, Owen is expected to release her debut project – featuring the Skyler Stonestreet-penned/Goldfingers-produced “Better with Me” – later this year.

The UK record producer and songwriter is responsible for Jacob Banks’ “Monster,” Vanessa White’s “Don’t Want You Back,” Kaytranada’s “Got it Good,” Tom Grennan’s “Praying,” Brayton Bowman’s “Skin Deep,” Monsieur Adi’s “Stay Up Late,” and Craig David’s “Couldn’t Be Mine.”

Jean-Marie’s resume boasts additional works with fellow musicians including Ali Tennant, Caroline Ailin, Ed Drewett, Jin Jin, Iain James, Karen Poole, Sebastian Kole, Chelcee Grimes, Talay Riley, Maegan Cottone, Bryn Christopher, Negin Djafari, Andrew Jackson, Celetia Martin, and Jacob Attwooll.
