David Guetta previews new album “Listen”

David Guetta has previewed his upcoming sixth studio album online.

The French DJ and record producer posted mini-audio clips of “Listen” to his official SoundCloud page on Tuesday (November 18, 2014).

As previously reported, “Listen” will hit shelves and digital outlets on November 24 via Parlophone Records and Atlantic Records.

Current single “Dangerous” – which features vocals from singer/songwriter Sam Martin – is now available for download via iTunes.

The album boasts further guest appearances from Sia [RCA Records], Emeli Sande [Virgin EMI Records], Bebe Rexha [Warner Bros. Records], John Legend [Columbia Records] and Nicki Minaj [Republic Records].

On the songwriting and production front, “Listen” boasts contributions from Giorgio Tuinfort, Alicia Keys, Nicky Romero, Ester Dean, Avicii, Lindy Robbins, Afrojack, Jason Evigan, Sean Douglas, and Terius “The-Dream” Nash.

David Guetta has confirmed the details for his new album.

The French DJ and record producer christened his sixth studio collection “Listen” and will release it on November 24 via Atlantic / Parlophone Records.

Current single “Dangerous” – which features vocals from Sam Martin – is now available for download via iTunes (US). The track was written by Guetta and Martin along with Lindy Robbins, Jason Evigan and Giorgio Tuinfort.

“Listen” boasts further guest appearances from Sia [RCA Records], John Legend [Columbia Records], Emeli Sande [Capitol Records], Nicki Minaj [Republic Records] and Bebe Rexha [Warner Bros. Records].

On the songwriting front, Guetta has teamed up with Alicia Keys, Shaffer “Ne-Yo” Smith, Julie Frost, Sean Douglas, Ester Dean, Ryan Tedder, Skylar Grey, Veronica Vega, Sandy Vee, and Terius “The-Dream” Nash.

The highly-anticipated project serves as the follow-up to 2011’s “Nothing But the Beat,” which peaked at number five on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Rihanna drafts Alex Da Kid for eighth album

Rihanna has reunited with Alex Da Kid for her upcoming eighth album.

The Barbadian princess is expected to release the new collection later this year via Universal Music Group / SRP / Roc Nation / Island Def Jam Recordings.

The pair previously teamed up on Eminem’s hit single “Love the Way You Lie,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. They also teamed up on “Talk That Talk” track “Farewell,” which was co-written by Ester Dean.

Born Alexander Grant, the British songwriter and producer also worked with Nicki Minaj [Island Records], Christina Milian [Young Money Records], Livvi Franc [Warner Bros. Records] and Cheryl Cole [Polydor Records].

Some of his recent credits include “Radioactive” by Imagine Dragons [Interscope Records], “Final Warning” by Skylar Grey [KIDinaKORNER Records] and “Witch Doctor” by Tinie Tempah f/ Candice Pillay [Parlophone Records].

Rihanna’s new album is said to boast further productions from Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins (Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey), Nicky Romero (David Guetta, Calvin Harris), DJ Mustard (Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus).

Naughty Boy recently hinted at a new collaboration with Rihanna.

The pair previously teamed up on “Half of Me,” taken from the Barbadian beauty’s seventh album, “Unapologetic,” out now via Island Records.

The track was written by Naughty Boy – born Shahid Khan – along with Emeli Sande and Stargate’s Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen.

His debut album, “Hotel Cabana,” features guest appearances from Gabrielle (“Hollywood”), Ed Sheeran (“Top Floor”), Sam Smith (“La La La”), Chasing Grace (“So Strong”) and Bastille (“No One’s Here to Sleep”).

Fans of Naughty Boy’s production work should keep an eye on the next LPs by Mikky Ekko [RCA Records], Kat Dahlia [Epic Records], Tanika Bailey [Virgin Records], Lily Allen [Parlophone Records] and Ella Henderson [Syco Music].

Meanwhile, the new collection by Rihanna is expected to yield further productions from Rodney Jerkins (Leona Lewis, Janet Jackson), Nicky Romero (David Guetta, Calvin Harris) and DJ Mustard (Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lopez).

Rihanna has teamed up with DJ Mustard for her upcoming 8th studio album, out soon via Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings.

The hitmaker – born Dijon McFarlane – is known for collaborating with the likes of Tyga [Republic Records], 2 Chainz [Def Jam Recordings], B.O.B [Grand Hustle Records], and Ty Dolla Sign [Atlantic Records].

Some of his recent credits include “Na Na” by Trey Songs [Atlantic Records], “Show Me” by Kid Ink f/ Chris Brown [RCA Records] and “Feelin’ Myself” by Will.i.am f/ Miley Cyrus and French Montana [Interscope Records].

The still-untitled collection by Rihanna serves as the follow-up to 2012’s “Unapologetic,” which delivered the Sia-penned “Diamonds,” the Mikky Ekko-assisted “Stay,” and the Mike WiLL Made It-produced “Pour It Up.”

In addition to DJ Mustard, Rihanna has also collaborated with hitmakers Anjulie Persaud (Icona Pop, Kylie Minogue), Nicky Romero (David Guetta, Calvin Harris) and Kelly Sheehan (Nicki Minaj, Beyonce Knowles).

Rihanna has premiered the music video for her new single online.

“What Now” marks the sixth promotional single from the Bajan starlet’s latest studio album, “Unapologetic,” out now via Universal Music Group / SRP / Roc Nation / Island Def Jam Recordings.

The track was written by Rihanna along with Olivia “Livvi Franc” Waithe, Nathan Cassells and Parker Ighile, whose credits include “Wonderful” by Angel [Island Records] and “Do It Like a Dude” by Jessie J [Republic Records].

Vocal production duties were handled by Thaddis “Kuk” Harrell, who is also known for collaborating with the likes of Beyonce Knowles [Columbia Records], Justin Bieber [Island Records] and Cher [Warner Bros. Records].

Rihanna recently appeared on the track “The Monster,” lifted from Eminem’s eighth studio album “The Marshall Mathers LP 2,” out now via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

Eminem has premiered a new song online.

“The Monster” – which features Rihanna – is lifted from the rapper’s eighth studio album, “The Marshall Mathers LP 2,” out on November 5 via Universal Music Group / Aftermath Entertainment / Shady / Interscope Records.

The track was written by Eminem along with Jon Bellion and Bebe Rexha, whose credits include “Like  Champion” by Selena Gomez [Hollywood Records] and “Glowing” by Nikki Williams [Island Def Jam Recordings].

Production duties were handled Bryan “Frequency” Fryzel, who is also responsible for “All We Have” by MGK featuring Anna Yvette [Interscope Records] and “Chandelier” by B.o.B featuring Lauriana Mae [Atlantic Records].

Eminem previously teamed up with Rihanna on the 2010 hit single “Love the Way You Lie,” taken from the rapper’s last studio album “Recovery.”

The pair reunited again in 2012 for the Oak & Pop-produced “Numb,” lifted from Rihanna’s seventh studio album “Unapologetic.”

The Bajan starlet is currently working on the her eighth collection with Sia Furler (Beyonce, Celine Dion), Anjulie Persaud (Cassie, Nicki Minaj), Kelly Sheehan (Rita Ora, Jason Derulo) and Nicky Romero (Ne-Yo, David Guetta).
