Chloe x Halle enlist Scott Storch for new collaboration

American contemporary R&B duo Chloe x Halle – composed of sisters Chloe and Halle Bailey – have enlisted Scott Storch for a new collaboration.

“Thank you @beyonce for giving me the chance to work with your artists @chloexhalle !! They are so talented and we made a smash,” Storch posted to his Instagram profile on Thursday (February 28, 2019).

Storch’s extensive production resume boasts works with Beyonce (“Baby Boy”), Christina Aguilera (“Fighter”), Pink (“Family Portrait”), Janet Jackson (“Island Life”), Mario (“Let Me Love You”), Kelly Rowland (“Work”), Toni Braxton (“Please”), Mya (“Lock You Down”) and Chris Brown (“Undecided”).

Meanwhile, Chloe x Halle are expected to release their upcoming sophomore album later this year via Parkwood Entertainment/Columbia Records.

Their debut studio collection, 2018’s “The Kids Are Alright,” peaked to number four on the US Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart and spawned contributions from Diana Gordon, Tayla Parx, Isa Machine, Sad Money, Malay, and The Messengers (aka Nasri Atweh and Adam Messenger).

Chloe x Halle confirm details for debut album “The Kids Are Alright”

Chloe x Halle have confirmed the details for their upcoming debut album.

The American contemporary R&B duo – composed of sisters Chloe and Halle Bailey – dubbed their first studio collection “The Kids Are Alright” and will release it on March 23 via Parkwood Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The title track – which was co-written alongside fellow recording artists Diana Gordon and Tayla Parx – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly delivers productions from NOVA WAV, Mike Dean, Nasri Atweh, Sounwave, Happy Perez, Malay, Benny Cassette, Naughty Boy, MeLo-X, and Kane “KIN” Parfitt.

On the songwriting front, Chloe x Halle have also worked with Katie Pearlman, Natalie Sims, Chelsea Lena, Bibi Bourelly, James Fauntleroy, Kirby Lauryen, Shane Stevens, Lisa Scinta, Emeli Sande, and Michelle Buzz.

American R&B duo Chloe x Halle, composed of twins Chloe and Halle Bailey, have released their new promotional single.

The self-penned and produced “Grown” – taken from the upcoming American sitcom series “Grown-ish” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Chloe x Halle’s upcoming debut album is expected to arrive some time next year via Parkwood Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts contributions from Benny Cassette (Noah Cyrus), Diana Gordon (Rita Ora), Tayla Parx (Cassie), Happy Perez (Frank Ocean) and Nova Wav (Britney Spears).

Chloe x Halle have drafted Happy Perez for their upcoming debut album.

The hitmaker – real name Nathan Perez – is responsible for producing Mariah Carey’s “#Beautiful” [Def Jam], Ella Henderson’s “The First Time” [Syco Music] and K. Michelle’s “Pay My Bills” [Atlantic].

He also contributed to the next projects by Kehlani [Atlantic Records], Demi Lovato [Safehouse Records] and Tamera Foster [Syco Music].

Meanwhile, Chloe x Halle are expected to release their debut album later this year via Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records.

NOVA WAV’s resume boasts additional credits with Beyoncé [Columbia], Rihanna [Roc Nation], Ariana Grande Republic], Mariah Carey [Epic], Charlie Puth [Atlantic] and Jason Derulo [Warner Brothers].

Meanwhile, Chloe x Halle are expected to release their debut album later this year via Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records.

Beyonce unleashes standalone music video for “Sorry”

Beyonce has unleashed a new music video online.

The singer-songwriter posted the Dikayl Rimmasch-directed clip for “Sorry” to her Vevo channel on Wednesday (June 22, 2016).

“Sorry” was written by Beyonce along with the song’s producers Diana “Wynter” Gordon and Sean “MeLo-X” Rhoda.

The track – featuring additional production duties from Hit-Boy and Stuart White – also appears on Beyonce’s latest album “Lemonade,” now available for download via Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records.

Chloe x Halle release debut mini-collection “Sugar Symphony”

Chloe x Halle have released their debut mini-collection online.

“Sugar Symphony” – featuring lead single “Drop” – is now available for download via Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records.

Other songs included on the mini-collection are “Red Lights,” “Lazy Love,” “Thunder” and “Fall.”

The project also boasts contributions from Chauncey “Hit-Boy” Hollis, Samir “Happa” Alikhanizadeh, and Philip Plested of Chasing Grace.

Beyoncé releases new album “Lemonade”

Beyonce has released her sixth album online.

“Lemonade” is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records.

The follow-up to 2013’s “Beyonce” boasts guest appearances from The Weeknd (“6 Inch”), Jack White (“Don’t Hurt Yourself”), Kendrick Lamar (“Freedom”) and James Blake (“Forward”).

Album producers include Diplo (Madonna), Mike Dean (Kanye West), Ezra Koenig (Vampire Weekend), Hit-Boy (Jennifer Hudson), Jonathan Coffer (Emeli Sande), Boots (FKA twigs), Just Blaze (Mariah Carey), Ben Billions (Travis Scott) and Mike WiLL Made It (Kelly Rowland).

On the songwriting front, Beyonce has teamed up with Wynter Gordon (Jennifer Lopez), The-Dream (Kehlani), Ilsey Juber (Charlie Puth), MNEK (Kylie Minogue), Carla Marie Williams (Britney Spears), Kevin Cossom (Mary J. Blige), Emile Haynie (Bruno Mars) and Rock City (Miley Cyrus).

“Lemonade” is also accompanied by a 60-minute short film of the same name, featuring visuals directed by Khalil Joseph, Malcolm Nichols, Melina Matsoukas, Todd Tourso, Dikayl Rimmasch, Jonas Åkerlund, and Mark Romanek.

Beyonce unleashes music video for new single “7/11”

Beyonce has unleashed the music video for her new single online.

The singer/songwriter posted the visual clip for “7/11” to her official YouTube page on Friday (November 21, 2014).

“7/11” was produced by Bobby Johnson and Noel “Detail” Fisher, who previously teamed up with the artist on “Drunk in Love” and “Jealous.”

The track is lifted from the upcoming project, “Beyonce: Platinum Edition,” out on November 24 via Parkwood Entertainment / Columbia Records.

Other album contributors include Mike Caren (Wynter Gordon, Bruno Mars), Sia (David Guetta, Mikky Ekko), Greg Kurstin (Sky Ferreira, Charli XCX), Hit-Boy (Ciara, Keri Hilson) and Pharrell Williams (Usher, Jennifer Hudson).

Beyonce confirms new single “Pretty Hurts”

Beyoncé has confirmed the details for her new single.

The singer/songwriter christened “Pretty Hurts” as the next promotional single from her fifth studio album, “Beyoncé,” out now via Columbia Records.

The track was co-written by Sia Furler, who also teamed up with the artist on “God Made You Beautiful” and “Standing on the Sun.”

Production duties were handled by Joshua “Ammo” Coleman, who is also responsible for Jason Derulo’s “The Other Side” [Warner Bros. Records] and Mike Posner’s “The Way It Used to Be” [RCA Records].

Beyonce’s latest album – which also features previous singles “XO” and “Drunk in Love” – debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.
