Anne-Marie hits the studio with Emily Warren, Chris Loco for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Anne-Marie has teamed up with Emily Warren and Chris Loco for a new collaboration.

Recent songwriting credits by Warren include Little Mix’s “No More Sad Songs,” Charli XCX’s “Boys,” Dua Lipa’s “New Rules,” Molly Kate Kestner’s “Good Die Young,” Sean Paul’s “No Lie,” Alessia Cara’s “The Other Side,” Noah Cyrus’ “Stay Together,” and Naughty Boy’s “Should’ve Been Me.”

She has also contributed to the next projects by Sigrid, Liam Payne, Dua Lipa, Sigala, Ella Eyre, Tori Kelly, David Guetta, Shakira, Grace Mitchell, Dagny, Liza Owen, Phoebe Ryan, and Ella Henderson.

Meanwhile, Loco is responsible for co-writing and producing Raleigh Ritchie’s “Stronger than Ever,” Emeli Sande’s “Garden,” Kevin Garrett’s “Little Bit of You,” Justine Skye’s “U Don’t Know,” Etta Bond’s “Kiss My Girlfriend,” Sinead Harnett’s “Rather Be with You,” and Professor Green’s “Lullaby.”

Fans of the Loco’s works should also keep an eye on the next releases by Kamille, Diana Gordon, Louisa Johnson, Molly Kate Kestner, Erik Hassle, WENS, Kiana Lede, Raye, Jessie Reyez, Melissa Steel, Kenzie May, Becky Hill, Yebba, Tamera Foster, Kara Marni, Ray BLK, and Jojo.

Anne-Marie’s upcoming debut album – featuring singles “Ciao Adios,” “Alarm” and “Heavy” – is expected to arrive later this year via Major Tom’s Music in partnership with Asylum Records (UK) and Atlantic Records (US).

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers further productions from TMS, Fraser T. Smith, Bless Beats, Justin Parker, Greg Wells, Rick Nowels, Jesse Shatkin, Knox Brown, Digital Farm Animals, Moon Willis, Jamie Scott, Adriano Buffone, Jonas Jeberg, Fred Cox, and Mojam Music.

On the songwriting front, Anne-Marie has worked with Raye, Amy Wadge, Stacy Barthe, Chelcee Grimes, Natasha Bedingfield, Jin Jin, Sasha Sloan, Eyelar, Negin Djafari, Kamille, Jennifer Decilveo, Tash Phillips, Wayne Hector, Ed Sheeran, Iain James, Jean Baptiste Kouame, Levi Lennox, and JHart.

Louisa Johnson registers new song title with ASCAP

Louisa Johnson has registered a new song title with ASCAP – The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers.

“Feeling It” was written by Alexandra “Ali” Tamposi (Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato), Chloe Angelides (Lily Allen, Jason Derulo) and Steven “Steve Mac” McCutcheon (Ed Sheeran, Rita Ora).

The track is slotted for inclusion on Johnson’s upcoming debut album under Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music.

Current promotional single “Best Behaviour” – which was written by Shungudzo “Alexandra Govere” Kuyimba and Daniel “Danny” Parker alongside the song’s producers Thomas “Froe” Barnes, Benjamin Kohn and Peter “Merf” Kelleher of TMS – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

For her first studio collection, Johnson has also worked with producers Tobias “Toby” Gad (Madonna), Matthew “BURNS” Burns (Kacy Hill), Dallas Austin (Ciara), Tre Jean-Marie (Mabel McVey), Arnthor Birgisson (RAYE), Joseph “Joe” Janiak (Britney Spears) and Nicholas “Digital Farm Animals” Gale (Little Mix).

Among the songwriters expected to appear on the album are Diane Warren (Andra Day), Caroline Ailin (Dua Lipa), Negin Djafari (Liza Owen), Ina Wroldsen (Leona Lewis), Maureen “MoZella” McDonald (Tinashe), Priscilla Renea (Kelly Clarkson), Marlon Roudette (Sinead Harnett), Jacob “JKash” Kasher (Charlie Pith) and Samuel “Sam” Romans (Jonas Blue).

Louisa Johnson has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The British singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “Best Behaviour” to her Vevo channel on Friday (March 31, 2017).

The track – now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms – was co-written by Johnson alongside Shungudzo “Shungudz” Kuyimba (Jessie Ware, Ella Henderson) and Daniel “Danny” Parker (Shawn Mendes, Jasmine Thompson).

Production duties on “Best Behaviour” were handled by Thomas “Froe” Barnes, Benjamin Kohn and Peter “Merf” Kelleher of TMS, who reportedly contributed to the next projects by Craig David, Taya, Nick Jonas, Ellie Goulding, Madcon, Fleur East, Mollie King, Aloe Blacc, The Vamps, Imani Williams, Era Istrefi, Dua Lipa, Liv Dawson, RAYE, Paloma Faith, Hey Violet, and Bebe Rexha.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Johnson’s upcoming debut studio collection – featuring previous promotional single “So Good” – will arrive later this year via Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music.

Craig David teams up with Max McElligott for new collaboration

Craig David has teamed up with Max McElligott for a new collaboration.

McElligott’s songwriting credits include Kylie Minogue’s “Your Body,” Tom Chaplin’s “Bring the Rain,” Rudimental’s “Lay it All on Me,” and The Naked and Famous’ “What We Want.”

The former lead vocalist of British alternative and symphonic rock band Wolf Gang has also contributed to the next projects by Astrid S, Jessie Ware, Ella Eyre, John Newman, Rita Ora, Kiah Victoria, Jonas Blue, Moxie, The Beach, Tala, Ella Henderson, and Blonde.

Meanwhile, David is reportedly working on his next studio collection and follow-up to 2016’s “Following My Intuition,” which topped the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Change My Love,” “All We Needed,” “One More Time” and “When the Bassline Drops.”

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers contributions from Tre Jean-Marie (Brayton Bowman), Martin Solveig (Whinnie Williams), Talay Riley (Khalid Robinson), Dave Tozer (John Legend) and TMS (Nick Jonas).

Liv Dawson has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The British singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “Searching” to her Vevo channel on Tuesday (February 28, 2017).

“Searching” – now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming outlets – was written by Jimmy Napes alongside the song’s producers Guy and Howard Lawrence of Disclosure.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Dawson is currently working on her upcoming debut album under Method Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further productions from TMS, Knightstarr, Phairo, Richard “Biffco” Stannard, Nexus, Two Inch Punch, GRADES, Fred Cox, Chris Leonard, and Mojam.

Craig David has teamed up with Martin Solveig for a new collaboration.

“Great hitting the studio with Martin Solveig and Tre Jean-Marie,” the British singer-songwriter posted to Instagram on Saturday (February 04, 2017).

Solveig previously teamed up with Madonna on international hit singles “Give Me All Your Luvin'” and the Whinnie Williams-penned “Turn Up the Radio,” taken from the artist’s 2012 album under Interscope Records, “MDNA.”

Jean-Marie, on the other hand, co-wrote/produced seven songs on David’s latest album “Following My Intuition” including “Couldn’t Be Mine,” “One More Time,” “What If,” “Don’t Go,” “Here with Me,” and “Sink or Swim.”

He also contributed to the next projects by Christina Aguilera, Mabel McVey, Fleur East, Imani Williams, Louisa Johnson, Taya, and Becky Hill.

Meanwhile, David is reportedly working on his next studio collection with the likes of TMS (Paloma Faith, Zak Abel), Dave Tozer (Ella Eyre, John Legend) and Talay Riley (Usher, Nick Jonas).

Solveig’s current single “Places” – featuring vocals from Norwegian singer/songwriter Ina Wroldsen – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Emeli Sande has unleashed the music video for her new single online.

The Scottish singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “Highs & Lows” to her Vevo channel on Tuesday (January 31, 2017).

The track was co-written by Sande alongside Wayne Hector, whose credits include Olly Murs’ “Grow Up,” The Veronicas’ “On Your Side,” Birdy’s “Hear You Calling,” Carly Rae Jepsen’s “First Time,” and Anne-Marie’s “Alarm.”
