Fifth Harmony unwrap tracklisting for self-titled album

Fifth Harmony have unwrapped the tracklisting for their upcoming third album, which is scheduled to arrive on August 25 via Syco Music and Epic Records.

Current promotional single “Angel” – which was co-written and co-produced by Skrillex and Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2016’s “7/27” boasts further productions from The Monsters & Strangerz, AMMO, Dallas K, Tommy Brown, Harmony Samuels, Dreamlab, Ian Kirkpatrick, Electric, Jason Evigan, and The Stereotypes.

On the songwriting front, Fifth Harmony have worked with Nate Cyphert, Jude Demorest, Ester Dean, Sebastian Kole, Candy Shields, Tayla Parx, Ryan Toby, Whitney Phillips, Dayo Olatunji, and Lisa Scinta.

Sam Smith confirms title for sophomore album

Sam Smith has confirmed the title for his upcoming sophomore album.

The British singer/songwriter (born Samuel Frederick Smith) christened his second studio collection “TPH-50HR” (which means The Pink House 50 Heydon Road) and will release it in September via Capitol Records.

The highly-anticipated project reunites Smith with regular collaborator Jimmy Napes (born James Napier), who also contributed to the next projects by Mumford and Sons, Ray BLK, Tori Kelly, Rita Ora, Liv Dawson, Eliza Caird, Raye, Clean Bandit, Etham, Ria Ritchie, and Yebba.

The follow-up to 2014’s “In the Lonely Hour” reportedly boasts additional songwriting contributions from Levi Lennox (FKA twigs), Rachel Furner (Craig David), Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd (Kelly Rowland), Sophie “Frances” Cooke (Meghan Trainor) and Iain James (Olly Murs).

Among the producers expected to appear on the album are Malay (Frank Ocean), Cass Lowe (Sinead Harnett), Two Inch Punch (Rag’n’Bone Man), Martin Sjolie (Charlotte OC), Paul Epworth (John Legend), Fred Cox (Grace Carter), Joel Little (Lorde), Timbaland (Beyonce) and Fraser T. Smith (Stormzy).

K. Michelle drafts Prince Charlez for new single “Talk to God”

K. Michelle has announced the details for her new single.

The American singer/songwriter (born Kimberly Pate) christened “Talk to God” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming fourth album under Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The track was co-written by fellow recording artist Charles Hinshaw Jr. (professionally known Prince Charlez), whose resume boasts further works with Rihanna (“Needed Me”), Grace (“Hell of a Girl”), Trey Songz (“Song Goes Off”), Beyonce (“Ring Off”), Mary J. Blige (“Love Yourself”), Ella Mai (“Who Knew”), Usher (“More”) and Zedd & Liam Payne (“Get Low”).

Other songwriters expected to appear on the follow-up to 2016’s “More Issues Than Vogue,” tentatively entitled “The People I Used to Know,” are Bianca Atterberry, Lyrica Anderson, Rosina Russell, Sevyn Streeter, Claude Kelly, Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd, and Gabrielle “Goldie” Nowee.

Fans of Prince Charlez’s songwriting works, on the other hand, should keep an eye on the next releases by Nicki Minaj, Jessie J, Tamar Braxton, Lily Allen, Starley, Conrad Sewell, Sky Ferreira, and Jazmine Sullivan.

Jason Derulo schedules release date for fifth album

Jason Derulo has scheduled the release date for his upcoming fifth album.

The follow-up to 2015’s “Everything is Four” is set to arrive on July 7th via Beluga Heights Entertainment and Warner Brothers Records.

Current promotional single “Swalla” – featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers productions from Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem, Tre Jean-Marie, Bhavik “Knightstarr” Pattani, Andrew Cedar, Jussi “Jussifer” Karvinen, Laconic, James “Gladius” Wong, Nova Wav, Andreas “Axident” Schuller, Jon Hume, and Shama “Sak Pase” Joseph.

British singer/songwriter Rita Ora has drafted James Napier, professionally known as Jimmy Napes, for her upcoming sophomore album.

The Grammy award-winning record producer and songwriter is known for his works with Sam Smith (“I’m Not the Only One”), Disclosure (“Latch”), Alicia Keys (“Hallelujah”), Mary J. Blige (“Nobody But You”), Clean Bandit (“Rather Be”), Jessie Ware (“Pieces”), Liv Dawson (“Searching”), Ellie Goulding (“Heal”), Lapsley (“Hurt Me”), Javeon (“Intoxicated”), Ria Ritchie (“In My Blood”), Lianne La Havas (“Wonderful”) and Gorgon City (“Unmissable”).
