Jessie Ware enlists NAO, GRADES for new collaboration

Jessie Ware has enlisted the songwriting and production services of NAO and GRADES for a her upcoming third album.

“No filter can hide how tired I am but what an absolute TREAT to be in the studio with @this_nao & @grades,” the British singer/songwriter posted to her Instagram profile on Tuesday (March 28, 2017).

NAO’s debut studio collection, 2016’s “For All We Know,” peaked to number seventeen on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Bad Blood,” “Fool to Love,” “Girlfriend” and “In the Morning.”

Meanwhile, GRADES is responsible for producing singles including NAO’s “Bad Blood,” Tinie Tempah’s “Text from Your Ex,” Aanysa’s “Burn Break Crash,” Sinead Harnett’s “If You Let Me,” and WENS’ “Bleed.”

Ware, on the other hand, is expected to release her third studio collection later this year via PMR Records and Island Records.

The follow-up to 2014’s “Tough Love” reportedly delivers further productions from Jamie Scott, Benny Blanco, Two Inch Punch, Julian Bunetta, Andrew “Pop” Wansel, Emile Haynie, John Henry Ryan, Stephan Moccio, Fred Ball, Sam Dixon, Bastian Langebaek, and Ajay “STINT” Bhattacharyya.

Among the songwriters expected to appear on the album are Danny Parker, Maureen “MoZella” McDonald, Ed Drewett, Julia Michaels, Ammar Malik, Rachel “Maiday” Moulden, James Newman, Amy Wadge, Max McElligott, Shungudzo “Shungudz” Kuyimba, Tobias Jesso Jr., and Sam Romans.

Jessie Ware hits the studio with Shungudzo Kuyimba, Danny Parter, Stint

British singer/songwriter Jessie Ware has teamed up with Shungudzo Kuyimba, Danny Parker, and Stint for a new collaboration.

Kuyimba and Parker are responsible for co-writing “Bad Behaviour” for Louisa Johnson alongside the song’s producers Thomas “Froe” Barnes, Peter “Merf” Kelleher and Benjamin Kohn of TMS.

Meanwhile, Stint’s songwriting and production resume boasts works with Zara Larsson (“Make That Money Girl”), AlunaGeorge (“Jealous”), NAO (“Girlfriend”), Santigold (“Walking in a Circle”), BANKS (“In Your Eyes”), Gallant (“Skipping Stones”) and Carly Rae Jepsen (“LA Hallucinations”).

Jessie Ware has recorded new music with Starsmith for her upcoming album.

The British record producer and songwriter is known for helming Clean Bandit’s “Real Love”, Ellie Goulding’s “Starry Eyed,” Kylie Minogue’s “Put Your Hands Up,” Jess Glynne’s “Gave Me Something,” and Cheryl’s “Yeah Yeah.”

Starsmith’s extensive resume boasts further works with Tom Aspaul (“New Moon”), Joel Compass (“Vanilla”), Betty Who (“Better”), Kwabs (“Fight for Love”), M.O (“Preach”) and Ella Eyre (“Don’t Follow Me”).

Meanwhile, Ware is expected to release her third studio collection later this year via PMR Records and Island Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further productions from Benny Blanco, Two Inch Punch, Julian Bunetta, Andrew “Pop” Wansel, Emile Haynie, John Henry Ryan, Stephan Moccio, Fred Ball, and Samuel Dixon.

Taya teams up with Redlight for new single “Here With Me”

Singer/songwriter Taya has teamed up with producer-composer Redlight for his new single “Here With Me.”

The track is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Lobster Boy Limited and Atlantic Records.

It was co-written by Taya – real name Taylor Fowlis – along with Eyelar Mirzazadeh and Jonathan “Jonny” Coffer.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Taya is expected to release her first studio collection later this year.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers songwriting contributions from Laura Dockrill, Ina Wroldsen, Karen Poole, Nicola Roberts, Maiday, Tom Havelock, and James Newman.

On the production front, Taya has enlisted Chris Loco, Starsmith, Al Shux, George Reid, Howard Lawrence, Parker Ighile, and Digital Farm Animals.

Taya has recorded new music with Chris Loco.

The British record producer and songwriter – real name Christopher Crowhurst – recently helmed “Stronger Than Ever” and “Cowards” for Raleigh Ritchie. Both tracks appear on the Ritchie’s debut album, “You’re a Man Now, Boy.”

Other notable by Loco include Rita Ora’s “Shine Ya Light” [Roc Nation], Katherine McPhee’s “Only One” [eOne], Ella Eyre’s “Two” [Virgin EMI], Leona Lewis’ “I to You” [Syco] and Kylie Minogue’s “Fine” [Parlophone].

Meanwhile, Taya is expected to release her first studio collection – featuring singles “Got Me Wondering,” “Fingerprints” and “Sweet Waste of Time” – later this year through Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

British singer-songwriter Taya has snagged Eyelar Mirzazadeh and Digital Farm Animals for her upcoming debut album.

Eyelar recently provided guest vocals on Sigma’s new single “Stay,” taken from the UK drum and bass duo’s first studio album, “Life.”

She also co-wrote “Drowning in Champagne” for Dutch DJ trio Yellow Claw. The Maty Noyes-assisted track is now available for download via iTunes.

Meanwhile, Digital Farm Animals – real name Nick Gale – is known for producing / co-writing Dua Lipa’s “Be the One” [Warner Brothers], Alex Newell’s “Devilish” [Big Beat] and Rudimental’s “All That Love” f/ Anne-Marie [Atlantic].

Taya, on the other hand, will release her first studio collection – featuring singles “Got Me Wondering,” “Fingerprints” and “Sweet Waste of Time” – later this year through Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

Taya has added Maiday and Parker Ighile to the list of contributors for her upcoming debut album.

“Lovely little day w @ParkerIghile and @IamMaiday today,” the British singer-songwriter tweeted on Tuesday (February 09, 2016).

Ighile is known for co-writing / co-producing Grace’s “You Don’t Own Me” [RCA], Rihanna’s “What Now” [Def Jam], Angel’s “Wonderful” [Island], Jessie J’s “Do It Like a Dude” [Lava] and Nicki Minaj’s “Four Door Aventador” [Republic].

Meanwhile, notable songwriting credits by Maiday – real name Rachel Moulden – include Leona Lewis’s “Stop the Clocks” [Syco Music], Naughty Boy’s “One Way” [Virgin EMI], and Girls Aloud’s “Beautiful ‘Cause You Love Me” [Polydor].
