Chelcee Grimes hits the studio with Lindy Robbins, Future Cut

British singer/songwriter Chelcee Grimes has teamed up with Lindy Robbins and Future Cut for a new collaboration.

Recent songwriting credits by Robbins include DJ Snake’s “A Different Way,” Sam Fisher’s “This City,” Jennifer Hudson’s “Burden Down,” Dua Lipa’s “No Goodbyes,” Paloma Faith’s “Crybaby,” and Rachel Platten’s “Collide.”

Composed of Darren Lewis and Tunde Babalola, Future Cut’s production resume boasts works with Maxine Ashley (“Happy”), Lilly Ahlberg (“Bad Boys”), Whinnie Williams (“What About Me”), Matt Terry (“Heartless”), Bakar (“Small Town Girl”), Alex Adair (“Casual”) and Matt Wills (“Marry You”).

Grimes, on the other hand, is scheduled to release her upcoming debut project later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Label Group UK.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers further contributions from RedOne, Negin Djafari, Knightstarr, Phil Cook, Jonas Blue, Sam Romans, Fiona Bevan, Wayne Wilkins, Shelly Peiken, Ed Drewett, Richard “Biff” Stannard, Ash Howes, Kara DioGuardi, Jamie Hartman, Stuart Crichton, and Cutfather.

British singer/songwriter Chelcee Grimes has drafted Moroccan-Swedish record producer Nadir Khayat (professionally known as RedOne) for her upcoming debut album under Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Label Group UK.

RedOne’s credits include Lady GaGa’s “Alejandro,” Jennifer Lopez’s “On the Floor,” Enrique Iglesias’ “I Like It,” Nicki Minaj’s “Starships,” Nicole Scherzinger’s “Poison,” Kelly Rowland’s “Down 4 Whatever,” Stanaj’s “The Way I Love Her,” Roya’s “Lie,” and Skyler Stecker’s “Bring Me to Life.”

His extensive resume boasts additional works with fellow songwriters Cathy Dennis, Evan “Kidd” Bogart, Simon Wilcox, Justin Tranter, Andrea Martin, Sean Douglas, Frankie Storm, Wayne Hector, Makeba Riddick, Talay Riley, Ester Dean, Bilal Hajji, Angela Hunte, Prince Charlez, and Sia Furler.

Grimes’ first studio collection, on the other hand, reportedly yields further productions and songwriting contributions from Steve Robson, Claude Kelly, Wayne Wilkins, Kara DioGuardi, Cutfather, Shelly Peiken, Jamie Hartman, Stuart Crichton, Richard “Biff” Stannard, and Ed Drewett.

Chelcee Grimes has teased a new collaboration with American singer/songwriter Kara DioGuardi and Danish producer Mich “Cutfather” Hansen.

“Back on the road. Travelling to Copenhagen in the morning to write with my faves @cutfather & Co & @kara_dioguardi for my album,” the British singer/songwriter tweeted on Sunday (March 05, 2017).

DioGuardi previously teamed with Cutfather on tracks performed by Raven Symone / Peter Andre (“What is Love?), Olly Murs (“Unpredictable”) and Matoma & Becky Hill (“False Alarm”).

The former American Idol judge’s songwriting resume boasts further works with Kelly Clarkson (“Heartbeat Song”), Melanie Martinez (“Pity Party”), Colbie Caillat (“Begin Again”), Hilary Duff (“Come Clean”), Katy Perry (“I Do Not Hook Up”), Christina Aguilera (“Ain’t No Other Man”) and Pink (“Sober”).

Meanwhile, Cutfather is also responsible for producing Kylie Minogue’s “Get Outta My Way,” Little Mix’s “Nothing Else Matters,” Calum Scott’s “Rhythm Inside,” Alex Newell’s “Keep it Moving,” Fleur East’s “Know Your Name,” Melanie C’s “Think About It,” and Digital Farm Animals’ “Digital Love.”

LeAnn Rimes confirms details for new album “Remnants”

LeAnn Rimes has confirmed the details for her upcoming album.

The singer-songwriter christened her twelfth studio collection “Remnants” and will release it in October via RCA Label Group UK.

Lead single “The Story” – now available for download via iTunes – was produced by Rimes along with Darrell Brown and Mark Batson.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly delivers additional alliances with Toby Gad (Beyonce), Diane Warren (Mary J. Blige), Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran), Chris Leonard (Shania Twain), and Taylor Parks (Alicia Keys).

Rimes’ last studio collection, 2013’s “Spitfire,” debuted at number nine on the US Billboard Top Country Albums Chart and spawned singles including “What Have I Done,” “Borrowed” and “Gasoline and Matches.”

Imani enlists TMS for debut album

British singer-songwriter Imani has enlisted Peter “Merf” Kelleher, Thomas “Froe” Barnes, and Benjamin Kohn of TMS for her upcoming debut album.

The songwriting and production team are known for their works with G-Eazy (“Me, Myself & I”), Jess Glynne (“Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself”), Kwabs (“Walk”), The Vamps (“Last Night”) and Little Mix (“Wings”).

They have also contributed to the next projects by Craig David [Insanity], Olly Murs [Epic], Ella Henderson [Syco Music], Dua Lipa [Warner Brothers] and Sinead Harnett [Virgin EMI].

Meanwhile, Imani’s first studio collection is expected to be drop later this year through Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Label Group UK.

The still-untitled project reportedly boasts additional productions and songwriting contributions from Electric, Becky Hill, Tre Jean-Marie, Red Triangle, Bless Beats, Joy Deb, and The Invincible Men.
