Sinead Harnett liberates new single “Leo Bear”

Sinead Harnett has liberated her new promotional single online.

“Leo Bear” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was produced by Maths Time Joy (born Timothy Worthington), who is also responsible for Mahalia’s “Grateful,” Jaz Karis’ “Doubt My Love,” Bebe Rexha’s “Gateway Drug,” and Gallant’s “Jupiter.”

Harnett’s upcoming debut album – which reportedly features further contributions from Future Cut, Loxe, Doc McKinney, Illangelo, Alan Sampson, Steve Mostyn, P2J, Ari PenSmith, Stint, Rodney Jerkins, Autumn Rowe, Hue Strother, and Marlon Roudette – is expected to arrive later this year.

Blaque unleashes shelved third album “Torch”

American girl group Blaque – composed of members Shamri Devoe, Brandi Williams and the dearly departed Natina Reed – have unleashed their shelved third studio collection online.

“Torch”  is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Originally set to release in 2003, Torch delivers productions from Missy Elliott, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, Fred “Uncle Freddie” Jerkins, Linda Perry, Warryn Campbell, Jazz Nixon, Nisan Stewart, and Craig Brockman.

On the songwriting front, Blaque worked with Tweet, LaShawn “Big Shiz” Daniels, Wirlie Morris, Tamara Savage, Patrick “J. Que” Smith, Harold Lilly, Traci Hale, Dante Nolan, Ethan Farmer, Kenny and Charlie Bereal.

H.E.R. reunites with MNEK for new collaboration

American singer/songwriter Gabi Wilson, known professionally as H.E.R., has reunited with fellow recording artist MNEK for a new collaboration.

MNEK previously produced and co-wrote “2” for H.E.R. alongside regular collaborator Ryan Ashley. The track appears on H.E.R’s self-titled project, which was released in 2017 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

MNEK’s debut studio collection “Language” – featuring singles “Paradise,” “Tongue,” “Colour,” “Crazy World,” “Correct” and “Girlfriend” – is out now via Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.

Meanwhile, H.E.R. is expected to release her upcoming debut album – featuring current promotional single “Hard Place” (which was produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins – later this year via RCA Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers additional alliances with Stint (Alina Baraz, Kiah Victoria), Trey Campbell (Bebe Rexha, Ella Mai), Bryan Michael Cox (Mary J. Blige, Toni Braxton) and Darhyl Camper (Brandy, Kelly Rowland).

American singer, songwriter Ciara Princess Harris, known mononymously as Ciara, has liberated her seventh studio collection online.

“Beauty Marks” – featuring singles “Level Up,” “Dose,” Greatest Love,” “Thinkin Bout You” and “Freak Me” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project boasts productions from Benny Cassette, Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, Maejor, Tricky Stewart, Pierre Medor, Jasper Cameron, and Skylar Grey.

On the songwriting front, Ciara has worked with Ester Dean, Carmen Reece, Theron Thomas, Janine the Machine, Rosina “Soaky Siren” Russell, Kaveh Rastegar, Tiwa Savage, Kimberly Perry of The Band Perry.

Ciara reunites with Rodney Jerkins for new single “Dose”

Ciara has confirmed the details for her new single.

The American singer/songwriter christened “Dose” as her next promotional cut and will release it on September 14 via all digital streaming outlets.

The track was written by Carmen Reece and Sam Fischer alongside producer Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, who previously teamed up with Ciara on “Can’t Leave Him Alone,” “Making it Last Forever,” the Kalenna Harper-assisted “Pucker Up,” and Livvi Franc-penned “Read My Lips.”

Ciara’s upcoming seventh album and follow-up to 2015’s “Jackie” – featuring the Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem-produced lead singles “Level Up” and “Freak Me” – is expected to arrive later this year via Warner Brothers Records.

British singer/songwriter Sinead Harnett has delivered her new single online.

“Body” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was produced by Grades, who previously teamed up with Harnett on “If You Let Me,” “Still Miss You” and the Louis Mattrs-assisted “Ally.”

Born Daniel Traynor, the UK record producer’s resume boasts additional works with Ady Suleiman (“Longing for Your Love”), Tinie Tempah (“Text from Your Ex”), Fantasia (“Wait for You”), M.O (“Bad Vibe”), Khalid (“Winter”), H.E.R. (“Lights On”), Tove Lo (“Lies in the Dark”) and Maad (“New Religion”).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Harnett’s upcoming project – featuring alliances with Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, P2J, Marlon Roudette, Ari PenSmith, Michael Angelo, Ladun Thompson, Autumn Rowe, Maths Time Joy, Stint, Hue Strother, and Monro – is scheduled to arrive later this year via Rinse FM.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Harnett’s upcoming project – featuring alliances with Rodney Jerkins, P2J, Marlon Roudette, Ari PenSmith, Michael Angelo, Ladun Thompson, Autumn Rowe, Maths Time Joy, Stint, Hue Strother, and Monro – is scheduled to arrive later this year.

On the songwriting front, Harnett has contributed to Little Mix’s forthcoming fifth album under Syco Music (UK) and Columbia Records (US).
