Megan Rochell releases debut album “You, Me and the Radio”

Megan Rochell has released her debut album online.

Originally intended to arrive in 2006 via Universal Music Group / Def Jam Recordings, “You, Me and the Radio” – featuring singles “The One You Need,” “Floating” and “Let Go” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Album producers include Stargate (Justin Timberlake), Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins (Tamar Braxton), Needlz (Bruno Mars), Ryan Leslie (Cassie), Antonio Dixon (Kevin Gates) and Madd Scientist (Christina Milian).

On the songwriting front; Rochell has enlisted Keri Hilson (Mary J. Blige), Shaffer “Ne-Yo” Smith (Fantasia), Makeba Riddick (Jennifer Lopez), Sean “The Pen” Garrett (Brandy), Delisha Thomas (Janet Jackson), LaShawn “Big Shiz” Daniels (Ciara), Thabiso Nkhereanye (Alessia Cara), Patrick “J. Que” Smith (Kelly Rowland) and Ezekiel Lewis (Amerie).

LeToya Luckett works with Warryn Campbell for new album

LeToya Luckett has worked with Warryn Campbell for her upcoming album.

“In the studio with @WarrynCampbell tonight. Can’t wait for y’all to hear what we’ve got up our sleeve,” the singer, songwriter, and actress posted to her Instagram account on Monday (November 16, 2015).

Campbell’s extensive songwriting and production resume includes works with Mary Mary (“Praise You”), Jill Scott (“Quick”), Amerie (“Higher”), Chante Moore (“My Eyes”), Brandy (“Who I Am”) and Christina Milian (“Highway”).

He also serves as executive producer for Erica Campbell’s latest album, “Help 2.0,” now available for download via iTunes and all other online outlets.

Meanwhile, Luckett is scheduled to release her third album – featuring singles “Don’t Make Me Wait” and “I’m Ready” – next year through eOne Music.

The follow-up to 2009’s “Lady Love”, tentatively entitled “Until Then,” reportedly delivers additional alliances with Ryan Leslie (Mary J. Blige), Andre Harris (Melanie Fiona), Tank (Jennifer Hudson) and Nikeshia Briscoe (Keyshia Cole).

LeToya Luckett reunites with Ryan Leslie for third album

LeToya Luckett has reunited with Ryan Leslie for her upcoming third album.

Leslie previously co-wrote “Take Away Love” for Luckett along with British singer/songwriter Estelle Swaray.

His other songwriting and production credits include Britney Spears’ “The Answer” [Jive], Cassie’s “Me and You” [Bad Boy], Megan Rochell’s “My Mistake” [Def Jam] and Cheri Dennis’ “I Love You” [Atlantic].

Meanwhile, Luckett is expected to release her next studio collection “Until Then” – featuring singles “Don’t Make Me Wait” and “I’m Ready” – later this year through Entertainment One Music.

Among the musicians associated with highly-anticipated project are Andre Harris (Jill Scott, Melanie Fiona), Durrell “Tank” Babbs (K. Michelle, Toni Braxton) and Nikeshia Briscoe (Keyshia Cole, Cobra Starship).

Luckett’s last album, 2009’s “Lady Love,” peaked to number twelve on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including the Ne-Yo-penned “Not Anymore” and Ludacris-assisted “Regret.”

Jojo hits the studio with Da Internz

Jojo-Da Internz

Jojo has recently teamed up with Da Internz for her upcoming third album.

The still-untitled project by the Pop/R&B singer is expected to be released later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

Da Internz consist of songwriters and producers Marcos “Kosine” Palacios and Ernest “Tuo” Clark. Some of their notable credits include “Birthday Cake” by Rihanna [Island Records] and “Tip Toe” by Tamar Braxton [Epic Records].

They also worked on the next albums by Usher [RCA Records], Trey Songz [Songbook Entertainment], Elle Varner [MBK Entertainment], Jordin Sparks [RCA Records] and Sevyn Streeter [Atlantic Records].

Jojo’s new album serves as the follow-up to 2006’s “The High Road,” which debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200 Albums.

It also delivered collaborations with hitmakers Soulshock & Karlin (“Coming for You”), Beau Dozier (“Anything”), Billy Steinberg (“Too Little, Too Late”), Ryan Leslie (“Like That”), Scott Storch (“This Time”), and Stargate (“Let It Rain”).
