Grace Mitchell delivers new promotional single “Riiich”

Grace Mitchell has delivered her new promotional single online.

“Riich” – which was written by Mitchell alongside Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic and Noel Zancanella – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Riiich” were collectively handled by Tedder and Zach Skelton, who are also responsible for Rachel Platten’s “Labels,” Hailee Steinfeld’s “Most Girls,” and James Blunt’s “Love Me Better.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Mitchell’s upcoming project – featuring the Martin Johnson-produced “Come Back for You,” Cara Salimando-penned “French Becky” and Teddy Geiger-assisted “Capital Letters” – is expected to arrive early next year via Universal Music Group / Republic Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Mattman & Robin, Julie Frost, Francis “Eg” White, Justin Tranter, Emily Warren, Jussi “Jussifer” Illmari, Alex Hope, Brett “Leland” McLaughlin, Justin Parker, Fraser T. Smith, and Jesse Shatkin.

Shawn Mendes works with Ryan Tedder for third album

Canadian singer/songwriter Shawn Mendes has worked with Ryan Tedder of American rock pop band OneRepublic for his upcoming third album.

Alongside regular collaborator Zach Skelton; Tedder recently co-wrote and produced for other artists including Rachel Platten (“Labels”), Hailee Steinfeld (“Most Girls”), James Blunt (“Lose My Number”) and Grace Mitchell (“Riiich”).

Tedder’s extensive resume boasts additional works with Kygo (“Kids in Love”), Jessie Ware (“Selfish Love”), Ed Sheeran (“Happier”), MØ (“Nights With You”), Ellie Goulding (“Keep on Dancing”), Demi Lovato (“Wildfire”), Adele (“Remedy”) and Taylor Swift (“I Know Places”).

Meanwhile, Mendes is expected to release his next studio collection – featuring further contributions from Teddy Geiger, Scott Harris, and Geoffrey Warburton – early next year via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

The still-untitled project serves as the follow-up to 2016’s “Illuminate,” which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Mercy” and “Treat You Better.”

Kehlani works with Jermaine Dupri, Bryan Michael Cox for new project

American singer/songwriter Kehlani Parrish, known mononymously as Kehlani, has worked with Jermaine Dupri and Bryan Michael Cox for a new project.

The R&B songwriting and production duo recently worked on Mariah Carey’s latest promotional single “I Don’t,” which peaked to number thirty-five on the US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart.

Dupri and Cox have also helmed songs for Usher (“Burn”), Faith Evans (“Tru Love”), 3LW (“Feeling You”), Tamia (“Still”), Janet Jackson (“Nothing”), Nivea (“Parking Lot”), Leah LaBelle (“What Do We Got to Lose”), Christina Milian (“A Girl Like Me”), Nodesha (“That’s Crazy”), Chante Moore (“Straight Up”), Whitney Houston (“Never Give Up”) and Monica (“Love All Over Me”).

Meanwhile, Kehlani is expected to release the follow-up to “SweetSexySavage” – featuring contributions from Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Geoffro Cause, and Khristopher Riddick-Tynes – early next year via Atlantic Records.

Current promotional single “Touch” – which was co-written by Ryan Tedder, Noel Zancanella, Brent Kutzle, and Jeremy “JMIKE” Coleman – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

Camila Cabello has reunited with Billy Walsh of electronic music duo Somewhere Else and “Havana” co-writer Louis Bell and for a new collaboration.

Bell’s resume boasts additional works with Selena Gomez (“Wolves”), Post Malone (“Rockstar”), Justine Skye (“Lost Me”), Madalen Duke (“Hitlist”), Watt (“Burning Man”), DJ Snake (“Let Me Love You”), Kygo (“It Ain’t Me”), Conrad Sewell (“Remind Me”) and Justin Bieber (“Hit the Ground”).

Meanwhile, Walsh is responsible for co-writing Alicia Keys’ “In Common,” Elijah Blake’s “Live Till We Die,” The Weeknd’s “Die for You,” Post Malone’s “I Fall Apart,” and Majid Jordan’s “Something About You.”

Camila Cabello has unveiled the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “Havana” was posted to the Cuban-American singer/songwriter’s YouTube channel on Tuesday (October 24, 2017).

The Young Thug-featuring track was written by Cabello alongside Brittany “Starrah” Hazzard, Alexandra “Ali” Tamposi, Brian Lee, Andrew Watt, Louis Bell, Pharrell Williams, and Adam “Frank Dukes” Feeney.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Cabello is expected to release her upcoming debut album “The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving” – featuring previous promotional singles “Crying in the Club,” “I Have Questions” and “OMG” – later this year via Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music and Epic Records.

“Collide” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Cameron Jaymes of Christian music band Jaymes Reunion alongside Lindy Robbins (Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato), Busbee (Gwen Stefani, Maren Morris) and Jason Evigan (Rita Ora, Britney Spears).

Platten’s upcoming studio collection “Waves” – featuring previous promotional singles “Broken Glass” and “Perfect for You” – will arrive on October 27th via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The follow-up to 2016’s “Wildfire” boasts further songwriting contributions from Sean Douglas (Jason Derulo), Nate Cyphert (Kenzie May), Leland (Troye Sivan), Sam Martin (Colbie Caillat) and Mitch Allan (Jasmine Thompson).

On the production front, Platten has worked with StarGate (Pink), Jarrad Rogers (Ella Eyre), Ian Kirkpatrick (Dua Lipa), Jon Levine (Bebe Rexha), Ryan Tedder (Adele), Jonas Jeberg (Kylie Minogue) and Zach Skelton (Hailee Steinfeld).
