Dua Lipa reveals tracklisting for new album “Future Nostalgia”

British singer/songwriter Dua Lipa has revealed the tracklisting for her upcoming sophomore studio album, “Future Nostalgia,” which will arrive on April 3 via Warner Music Group / Warner Bros. Records.

Current single “Physical” – which was written by Dua Lipa alongside Sarah Hudson, Clarence Coffee Jr., and Jason Evigan – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

“Future Nostalgia” boasts additional songwriting contributions from Emily Warren, Caroline Ailin, Kamille, Tove Lo, Shakka Philip, Ali Tamposi, Sophie “Frances” Cooke, and Chelcee Grimes.

On the production front, Dua Lipa has worked with Stephen “Koz” Kozmeniuk, Ian Kirkpatrick, Stuart Price, TMS, Jeff Bhasker, SG Lewis, Andrew Watt, and The Monsters & Strangerz.

Alina Baraz releases new single “Trust”

American singer/songwriter Alina Baraz has released her new single online.

“Trust” – which was co-written by Mary Weitz and collectively produced by Spencer Stewart and Lophiile – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in various media outlets, Baraz’s upcoming project (and follow-up to 2018’s “Color of You”) is scheduled to arrive later this year via Mom+Pop Music.

The still-untitled collection reportedly features additional contributions from Grades, Hayley Gene Penner, Elof Loelv, SG Lewis, Oak Felder, Mayila Jones, Jeff Gitty, Skylar Grey, Jason Evigan, Michael Pollack, and The Stereotypes.

Kamille teases new collaboration with Pharrell Williams

British singer/songwriter Camille Purcell, known mononymously as Kamille, has teased a new collaboration with Pharrell Williams.

“When @pharrell likes a song u wrote but u never got to tell him thank u,” Kamille posted to Instagram on Monday (March 18, 2019).

Williams’s recent songwriting and production credits include Ariana Grande’s “The Light is Coming,” Travis Scott’s “Skeletons,” Janelle Monae’s “I Got the Juice,” Camila Cabello’s “Sangria Wine,” Justin Timberlake’s “Man of the Woods,” and The Carters’ “Apeshit.”

Meanwhile, Kamille is expected to release her upcoming project and follow-up to 2017’s “My Head’s a Mess” later this year via Virgin EMI Records.

She has also contributed to the next releases by Sam Smith, Tiesto, Lianne La Havas, Dan Caplen, Ellie Goulding, John Newman, Dua Lipa, Mullally, Nick Jonas, Ray BLK, Stormzy, Liam Tomlinson, and Years & Years.

Besides Pharrell Williams, Kamille has also been in the studio with producers Goldfingers, Steve Mac, Fraser T. Smith, Invisible Men, Cass Lowe, Jamie Scott, T-Collar, Nana Rogues, Diztortion, Naughty Boy, Louis Bell, SG Lewis, Al Shux, Levi Lennox, Shama Joseph, and Sons of Sonix.

American singer/songwriter Alina Baraz has teamed up with Hayley Gene Penner and Elof Loelv for a new collaboration.

Penner’s songwriting resume boasts works with Charlotte Lawrence (“Keep Me Up”), Sabrina Claudio (“Cross Your Mind”), Lennon Stella (“Feelings”), Victoria Justice (“Shake”), Cody Simpson (“Paradise”), Magic (“Red Dress”), Snow Tha Product (“Nights”) and Prince Royce (“My Problem Is”).

Meanwhile, Loelv is responsible for co-writing and producing Rihanna’s “Stay,” Katy Perry’s “Save As Draft,” Zara Larsson’s “Carry You Home,” Phoebe Ryan’s “Dark Side,” Tove Stryke’s “Say My Name,” Galantis’ “Call If You Need Me,” Backstreet Boys’ “New Love,” and Pentatonix’s “Can’t Sleep Love.”

The British record producer and songwriter (born Samuel George Lewis) has previously worked with G-Eazy (“No Less”), Nylo (“I Keep On”), JP Cooper (“Shivers”), Raye (“Yours”), Paloma Faith (“Sirens”), Frances (“Warm”), Ray BLK (“Chill Out”), AlunaGeorge (“Hurting”), Zak Abel (“Higher Ground”), Rae Morris (“Convoluted Love”) and Liv Dawson (“All or Nothing”).

Lewis’s current promotional single “Blue” – which was co-written by Finlay Robson and Sophie “Frances” Cooke – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Zak Abel hits the studio with Marlon Roudette for new collaboration

Zak Abel has teamed up with Marlon Roudette for a new collaboration.

Roudette previously co-wrote “Finders Keepers” and “Fine Line” for his sister Mabel McVey. The JD Reid-produced tracks peaked to numbers eight and eleven on the UK Singles Chart, respectively.

In addition to prepping his third studio collection under Universal Music Group / Island Records UK, Roudette has also penned songs on the next projects by Sinead Harnett, Louisa Johnson, Dan Caplen, and Liam Payne.

Meanwhile, Abel is expected to release his next project and follow-up to 2017’s “Only When We’re Naked” – featuring current promotional single “Love Song” – later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.

British singer/songwriter Zak Abel has recorded new music with Mustafa Omer and James Murray of Mojam Music and Clarence Coffee Jr.

Mojam have previously produced songs for Plan B (“In the Name of Man”), Tom Walker (“Heartland”), James Arthur (“Get Down”), Conor Maynard (“Talking About”), Sam Smith (“Like I Can”), Naughty Boy (“Should’ve Been Me”), Professor Green (“Monster”) and Tinie Tempah (“A Heart Can Save the World”).

Meanwhile, Coffee Jr.’s songwriting resume boasts works for Bebe Rexha (“The Way I Are”), Dua Lipa (“Genesis”), Carly Rae Jepsen (“Tonight I’m Getting Over You”), Olly Murs (“Deeper”), Kylie Minogue (“Sexercize”), Lea Michele (“On My Way”), Justin Bieber (“The Feeling”) and Selena Gomez (“Forget Forever”).

Abel, on the other hand, is expected to release his next project later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.
