Alina Baraz delivers new single “More Than Enough”

Alina Baraz has delivered her new single online.

“More Than Enough” – which was written by Baraz alongside Hayley Gene Penner, Dante Jones and Spencer Stewart – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Baraz’s upcoming debut album “It Was Divine” – featuring previous singles “Morocco” and “To Me” – is scheduled to arrive on May 5th via Mom+Pop Music.

The follow-up to 2018’s “The Color of You” reportedly featuring additional songwriting contributions from Shea Taylor, Grades, Mary Weitz, Stint, Elof Loelv, SG Lewis, Oak Felder, Mayila Jones, Jeff Gitty, Skylar Grey, Jason Evigan, Michael Pollack, R8DIO, Trey Campbell, Akil King, and The Stereotypes.

Alina Baraz confirms title for debut album “It Was Divine”

Alina Baraz has confirmed the details for her upcoming debut album.

The American singer/songwriter christened her first studio collection “It Was Divine” and will release it on 05 May 2020 via Mom+Pop Music.

Current promotional single “Morocco” – which was was co-written by Baraz alongside Hayley Gene Penner, Dante Jones, and Spencer Stewart – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

Arlissa teams up with Carmen Reece, Andre Harris for new collaboration

American-German singer/songwriter Arlissa has enlisted Carmen Reece and Andre Harris for a new collaboration.

Reece is responsible for co-writing Craig David’s “I Know You,” Tamar Braxton’s “Blind,” K. Michelle’s “Make the Bed,” Teyana Taylor’s “Put Your Love On,” Michelle Williams’ “Say Yes,” and Ariana Grande’s “Right There.”

Meanwhile, Harris’ songwriting and production resume boasts works with Usher (“Caught Up”), Destiny’s Child (“T-Shirt”), Ciara (“Oh”), Mariah Carey (“Lullaby”), Chris Brown (“Hold Up”) and Alicia Keys (“So Simple”).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Arlissa has signed a new deal with Def Jam Recordings and is currently working on her upcoming debut project.

The still-untitled collection reportedly yields additional alliances with Lostboy, Pip Kembo, Martin Sjolie, Patrick Patrikious, Anita Blay, Jonny Hockings, Martin Terefe, Bastian Langebaek, Malay, Ari PenSmith, Shea Taylor, and Fred Ball.

Arlissa signs new record deal with Def Jam Recordings

American-German singer/songwriter Arlissa has signed a new record deal with Def Jam Recordings, which is also home to artists including Justin Bieber, Teyana Taylor, Kanye West, Jhene Aiko, Big Sean, and Alessia Cara.

Arlissa’s current promotional single “Hearts Ain’t Gonna Lie” – which was remixed by Jonas Blue and co-written by fellow recording artist Senai Tedros – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

For her upcoming project, Arlissa has reportedly teamed up with Lostboy, Pip Kembo, Martin Sjolie, Patrick Patrikious, Anita Blay, Jonny Hockings, Martin Terefe, Bastian Langebaek, Malay, Ari PenSmith, Shea Taylor, and Fred Ball.

Arlissa also co-wrote “Just Us” for Kara Marni alongside Jonathan Clare and James Tadgell of UK songwriting/production duo All About She. The track is slotted for inclusion on Marni’s next project under Access Records.

Lianne La Havas unveils new single “Green and Gold” music video

Lianne La Havas has unveiled the music video for her new single online.

The British singer/songwriter posted the visual clip for “Green & Gold” to her YouTube channel on Monday (November 02, 2015).

“Green & Gold” was written and produced by Havas and Jamie Lidell along with Matthew Hales, whose other credits include Sara Bareilles (“Islands”), Rebecca Ferguson (“I Choose You”) and Andreya Triana (“Giants”).

Havas’ latest studio collection “Blood” – featuring previous singles “Unstoppable” an “What You Don’t Do” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Nonesuch Records and Warner Bros Records.

Other album contributors include Shea Taylor (Mack Wilds), Mark Batson (India Arie), Di Genius (Maverick Sabre), Al Shux (Lana Del Rey), Sam Dew (Alicia Keys) and Howard Lawrence of Disclosure (Sam Smith).

Pixie Lott reunites with Christopher J. Baran for new album

Pixie Lott has reunited with Christopher J. Baran for her new album.

The pair previously teamed up on the “Everybody Hurts Sometimes” and “Till the Sun Comes Up,” taken from the deluxe edition of Lott’s sophomore studio collection “Young Foolish Happy.”

Baran is also responsible for co-writing and producing songs with Pentatonix (“Cracked”), Melanie Martinez (“Pity Party”), Bea Miller (“Dracula”), Hilary Duff (“Rebel Hearts”) and Carly Rae Jepsen (“E.MO.TION”).

Meanwhile, Lott is scheduled to release her fourth album next year through Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.

The still-untitled LP reportedly features further collaborations with Shea Taylor (Janet Jackson), Nate Campany (Christina Aguilera), Ammo (Jason Derulo), RedOne (Prince Royce) and Fred Ball (Little Mix).

Alyxx Dione teams up with Shea Taylor for debut album

Alyxx Dione has teamed up with record producer and songwriter Shea Taylor for her upcoming debut album.

Taylor is known for his work with Ne-Yo (“Lazy Love”), Beyonce (“Love on Top”), Bridget Kelly (“Thinking About Forever”), Janet Jackson (“Discipline”), Paula DeAnda (“When it Was Me”) and Nicole Scherzinger (“Happily Never After”).

His resume includes further works with Rihanna [Roc Nation], Frank Ocean [Def Jam], Chrisette Michele [Capitol], K. Michelle [Atlantic], Chris Brown [RCA], Sia [Monkey Puzzle], Daley [Republic] and Rita Ora [Columbia].

Meanwhile, Dione is expected to release her first studio collection later this year through RCA Records in partnership with Future History Records.

Lead single “Chingalinga” – now available for download via iTunes – features vocals from singer/songwriter Jason Derulo.

Other musicians backing Dione on the still-untitled project are Jonas Jeberg (Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony), Sean Douglas (Madonna, Nick Jonas), Jason Evigan (Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato) and Dem Jointz (Brandy, Sevyn Streeter).
