Tegan and Sara have unveiled their upcoming seventh album online.

The Canadian duo will release “Heartthrob” in the United States on January 29 via Warner Music Group / Sire Records.

In addition to lead single “Closer,” the new collection – which serves as the follow-up to 2009’s “Sainthood” – boasts contributions from Greg Kurstin (Sia Furler, Britney Spears), Mike Elizondo (Gwen Stefani, Regina Spektor) and Justin Meldal-Johnsen (Tori Amos, Michelle Branch).

Tegan and Sara have unveiled a new song online.

“Now I’m All Messed Up” will be included on the Canadian duo’s upcoming seventh album, “Heartthrob,” which is due in the United States on January 29 and United Kingdom on February 11 via Warner Music Group / Sire Records.

The track was produced by Greg Kurstin, who is also responsible for singles “People Like Us” by Kelly Clarkson [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], “Not Fair” by Lily Allen [EMI Music Group / Capitol Records] and “Catch You” by Sophie Ellis Bextor [Universal Music Group / Polydor Records].

He also confirmed placements on the next albums by Dido [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], Neon Hitch [Warner Music Group / Reprise Records], Katy Perry [EMI Music Group / Capitol Records] and Charli XCX [Warner Music Group / Asylum Records].

Meanwhile, “Heartthrob” serves as the follow-up to 2009’s “Sainthood.” That release debuted at number four on the Canadian Albums Chart. It also delivered two hit singles in the shape of “Hell” and “Alligator.”
