Ady Suleiman premieres “Wait for You” music video

Ady Suleiman has premiered the music video for his new single online.

The British singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “Wait for You” to his Vevo channel on Friday (September 09, 2016).

“Wait for You” was written by Suleiman along with Jamie Scott (Ed Sheeran, Jessie Ware) and Jonny Coffer (Emeli Sande, Calum Scott).

Suleiman’s self-titled mini-collection – featuring singles “Running Away,” “State of Mind” and “What’s the Score” – is now available for download via iTunes.

His upcoming first studio collection, on the other hand, is expected to drop early next year via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Imani Williams taps Richard Stannard for debut album

Imani Williams has added Richard Stannard for her upcoming debut album.

“I loved working with @imaniofficial & @LaconicUK yesterday. She’s a doll and has the best ring tone I’ve ever heard,” the British record producer and songwriter tweeted on Friday (August 12, 2016).

Stannard recently helmed songs for Medina (“We Survive”), Will Young (“Dare”), Kylie Minogue (“100 Degrees”), Ella Henderson (“Billie Holiday”), Sam Bailey (“Treasure”), and 5 Seconds of Summer (“18”).

His extensive resume boasts further works with Spice Girls (“Wannabe”), Leona Lewis (“One More Sleep”), Gabrielle (“Falling”), Ellie Goulding (“Lights”), James Arthur (“Lie Down”), and Little Mix (“These Four Walls”).

Williams, on the other hand, is expected to release her first studio project later this year through Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Lead single “Don’t Need No Money” – featuring the song’s producers Sigala and Blonde – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Other musicians backing Williams on the still-untitled project are TMS, Ali Tennant, Electric, Joy Deb, Michael Angelo, Chelcee Grimes, Bless Beats, Tre Jean-Marie, Becky Hill, Red Triangle, Natasha Bedingfield, and Parker Ighile.

Snakehips, Zayn Malik unleash music video for new single “Cruel”

Snakehips have unleashed the music video their new single online.

The visual clip for “Cruel” – featuring Zayn Malik – was posted to the electronic/R&B music duo’s Vevo channel on Tuesday (August 09, 2016).

“Cruel” – now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets – was co-written by group members Oliver Lee and James Carter along with Erik Hassle and the song’s co-producer Cass Lowe.

The track – which delivers additional production duties from Mike Spencer – is slotted from inclusion on Snakehips’ upcoming debut studio collection under Sony Music Entertainment UK.

The still-untitled project – featuring previous singles “All My Friends” and “Money on Me” – reportedly boasts further songwriting contributions from Justin Tranter, Julia Michaels, Ina Wroldsen, Jenna Andrews, and Felix Snow.

Fans of Snakehips’ productions should also listen to “Rather Be With You,” taken from Sinead Harnett’s self-titled EP, out now via Rinse Recordings. The track was helmed by Snakehips along with Chris Loco and Jonny Lattimer.

Imani Williams hits the studio with Natasha Bedingfield

Imani Williams has drafted Natasha Bedingfield for her debut project.

“So fun to write a song with this beautiful one. Imani is taking UK radio over as we speak. I can’t wait to hear what incredible Parker Ighile does with the production,” Bedingfield posted to her Instagram account.

On the songwriting front, Bedingfield’s resume boasts works with Brandy (“Fall”), Nicki Minaj (“Last Chance”), Jennifer Rush (“Betcha Never”), Charice (“Lighthouse”), and The Corrs (“Kiss of Life”).

She also teamed up with regular collaborators with Toby Gad and John Shanks on “Love Song to the Earth,” which is a special anthem for the United Nations Climate Summit 2014.

Williams, on the other hand, is expected to release her first studio project later this year through Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Video treatment was handled by Carly Cussen, who also worked with the likes of Craig David (“One More Time”), Keke Palmer (“No Enemiez”), Lady Leshurr (“Where Are You Now?”), and Karen Harding (“Say Something”).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Williams’ first studio collection is expected to be released later this year through Sony Music Entertainment UK.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers contributions from Electric, Ali Tennant, TMS, Becky Hill, Red Triangle, Chelcee Grimes, Bless Beats, Joy Deb, Tre Jean-Marie, and Michael Angelo.

Izzy Bizu hints at new collaboration with Naughty Boy

Izzy Bizu has hinted at a new collaboration with Naughty Boy.

“Jamming a bit of Marvin Gaye with @NaughtyBoyMusic,” the British singer-songwriter tweeted on Tuesday (July 20, 2016).

Naughty Boy’s debut studio collection, “Hotel Cabana,” was released in 2013 via Virgin EMI Records. That collection peaked to number two on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles including “La La La” and “Lifted.”

The hitmaker – born Shahid Khan – also co-penned and produced songs for Rihanna (“Half of Me”), Leona Lewis (“Trouble”), Mary J. Blige (“Pick Me Up”), Jess Glynne (“Saddest Vanilla”), and Emeli Sande (“Heaven”).

Meanwhile, Bizu is scheduled to release her first album “A Moment of Madness” – featuring singles “Give Me Love,” “White Together” and “Mad Behavior” – on September 22 via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

The keenly awaited project boasts contributions from Mika Barroux, Justin Broad, Paul Herman, Ian Barter, John Beck, Steven Chrisanthou, James Hogarth, Adam Argyle, Luke Juby, Jonny Lattimer, and HONNE.
