Lily Allen releases fourth studio collection “No Shame”

Lily Allen has released her fourth studio collection online.

“No Shame” – featuring singles “Trigger Bang” and “Higher” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2014’s “Sheezus” delivers songwriting contributions from Tim Rice-Oxley, Jenna Andrews, Sam Duckworth, Eliza Caird, Tim Deal, Liana Banks, and Ari PenSmith.

On the production front, Allen has teamed up with Mark Ronson, BloodPop, Ezra Koening, Starsmith, Cass Lowe, Fryars, Emre Ramazanoglu, P2J, Seb Chew, Dre Skull, Jack Nichols-Marcy, and Show N Prove.

Paloma Faith reunites with Starsmith for new collaboration

Paloma Faith has reunited with Starsmith for a new collaboration.

The British record producer and songwriter previously teamed up with Faith on “Crybaby,” “I’ll Be Gentle,” “Still Around” and “My Body,” taken from the artist’s 2017 album, “The Architect.”

Starsmith’s recent credits also include Jess Glynne’s “I’ll Be There,” Jessie Ware’s “First Time,” Cloves’ “Bringing the House Down,” Molly Kate Kestner’s “I Don’t Know,” and Rae Morris’ “Dancing with Character.”

For her next project under Sony Music Entertainment UK / RCA Records, Faith has also teamed up with Grades (Nao, Alina Baraz), Clarence Coffee Jr. (Dua Lipa, Olly Murs), Stephan Moccio (Maty Noyes, The Weeknd), RuthAnne (Jojo, Niall Horan) and George Moore (All Saints, Yebba Smith).

Jess Glynne shares music video for new single “I’ll Be There”

Jess Glynne has shared the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “I’ll Be There” was posted to the British singer/songwriter’s YouTube channel on Friday (May 04, 2018).

Co-written with fellow recording artist Kamille and collectively produced by Starsmith alongside Edvard Erfjord and Henrik Michelsen of The Electric; “I’ll Be There” is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Glynne is scheduled to release her second studio collection later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly boasts further productions from Ryan Tedder, Knox Brown, Carassius Gold, Toby Gad, Jonny Coffer, Grades, Steve Mac, Cass Lowe, Jax Jones, Mag, and Louis Schoorl.

On the songwriting front, Glynne has worked with Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, Talay Riley, Sam Romans, Carla Marie Williams, Ed Sheeran, Shungudzo Kuyimba, Jamie Scott, Frances, James Newman, Priscilla Renea, and Raye.

Jess Glynne has confirmed the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter – born Jessica Hannah Glynne – christened “I’ll Be There” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming sophomore album and will release it on May 4 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The track was co-written and produced by Starsmith, who previously teamed up with Glynne on “I Cry When I Laugh” cuts “Gave Me Something,” “Hold My Hand,” “Ain’t Got Far to Go,” “You Can Find Me” and “It Ain’t Right.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Glynne’s second studio collection is scheduled to arrive later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.

Ellie Goulding reunites with Maureen “MoZella” McDonald for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Ellie Goulding has reunited with fellow recording artist Maureen “MoZella” McDonald for a new collaboration.

Mozella previously co-penned “Don’t Panic,” “We Can’t Move to This” and “Holding On for Life,” taken from Goulding’s 2015 album, “Delirium.”

MoZella’s songwriting resume boasts additional works with Kelly Clarkson (“Love So Soft”), Charlie Puth (“One Call Away”), Mary Lambert (“Secrets”), Tinashe (“Feels Like Vegas”), Miley Cyrus (“Wrecking Ball”), Rihanna (“Dancing in the Dark”) and Madonna (“Living for Love”).

Meanwhile, Goulding is scheduled to release her fourth studio collection later this year via Interscope Records (US) and Polydor Records (UK).

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further contributions from Starsmith, The 23rd, Jamie Hartman, BloodPop, Ilsey Juber, Andrew Jackson, Raye, Nate Campany, Justin Tranter, Noel Zancanella, and TMS.

Cloves announces new promotional single “Bringing the House Down”

Cloves has announced the details for her new single.

The Australian singer/songwriter, real name Kaitlyn Dunstan, christened “Bringing the House Down” as her next promotional cut and will release it on February 1st via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The track was co-written by Cloves alongside regular collaborator Justin Parker, whose resume boasts additional works with Lana Del Rey (“Video Games”), Ellie Goulding (“I Know You Care”), Rihanna (“Stay”), Keith Urban (“Shame”), Kwabs (“Fight for Love”) and Nikka Costa (“Arms Around You”).

Production duties on “Bringing the House Down” were handled by Starsmith, who is also responsible for Paloma Faith’s “Crybaby,” Mika’s “Staring at the Sun,” Jess Glynne’s “Hold My Hand,” Ella Eyre’s “Don’t Follow Me,” Jessie Ware’s “First Time,” and Kylie Minogue’s “Put Your Hands Up.”

As mentioned in various media outlets, CLOVES’ upcoming debut album is scheduled to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

JONES enlists George Reid of AlunaGeorge for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Cherie Jones-Mattis, known mononymously as JONES, has enlisted George Reid of AlunaGeorge for a new collaboration.

Reid’s songwriting and production resume boasts works with Taya (“Sweet Waste of Time”), Raleigh Ritchie (“A Moor”), Charlotte OC (“Meet Again”), Molly Rainford (“Bad Friend”) and NAO (“Talking Drum”).

Among the fellow songwriters Reid has worked with are Cathy Dennis, Karen Poole, Fiona Bevan, Dee Adams, Cleo Tighe, Bryn Christopher, Chiara Hunter, Andrew “BullySongs” Bullimore, Caroline Ailin, and Glen Roberts.

Meanwhile, JONES is expected to release her upcoming sophomore album and follow-up to 2016’s “New Skin” some time next year via 37 Adventures.

Current promotional single “Something Bout Our Love” – which was co-written by Isabella “Isa Machine” Summers and Mark “TIEKS” Tieku – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

For her second studio collection, JONES has also teamed up with Invisible Men, Lucy “Pawws” Taylor, Sky Adams, Danny Shah, Lostboy, Arnthor Birgisson, Wayne Hector, Lauren Aquilina, Tom Havelock, Laconic, Max McElligott, Starsmith, Ollie Green, Rachel Furner, Martin Sjolie, and Laura Dockrill.
