Halsey confirms details for third album “Manic”

Halsey has confirmed the details for her upcoming third album.

The American singer/songwriter dubbed her next studio collection “Manic” and will release it on 17 January 2020 via Capitol Records.

Current single “Graveyard” – which was co-written by Halsey and Amy Allen and collectively produced by Jon Bellion, Louis Bell, Ojivolta, and The Monsters & Strangerz – is now available via all digital streaming outlets.

The highly-anticipated project serves as the follow-up to 2017’s “Hopeless Foundation Kingdom,” which topped the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “Now or Never,” “Bad at Love” and “Alone.”

Camila Cabello unleashes two new songs, “Shameless” and “Liar”

Camila Cabello has unleashed two new singles online.

“Shameless” and “Liar” are now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Both tracks were collectively produced by Andrew Watt (Charlie Puth, Justin Bieber) and The Monsters & Strangerz (Zara Larsson, Ellie Goulding), while “Liar” was co-written by Ali Tamposi (Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato) and Jon Bellion (Halsey, Christina Aguilera).

As mentioned in various media outlets, Cabello’s upcoming project “Romance” is expected to arrive later this year via Syco Music / Epic Records.

Bebe Rexha confirms details for new single “Not 20 Anymore”

Bebe Rexha has confirmed the details for her new single.

The American singer/songwriter christened “Not 20 Anymore” as her next promotional cut and will release it on August 30 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Rexha alongside Michael Pollack (Alina Baraz, Dinah Jane), Oliver “German” Peterholf (Raye, Zara Larsson) and Stefan Johnson & Jordan Johnson of The Monsters & Strangerz (Ellie Goulding, Miley Cyrus).

Rexha’s upcoming sophomore album – featuring previous single “Last Hurrah” – is expected to arrive early next year via Warner Bros. Records.

Her debut studio collection, 2018’s “Expectations,” peaked to number thirteen on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “I’m a Mess,” “I Got You” and “Meant to Be.”

As a songwriter, Rexha has penned songs for Tinashe (“All Hands on Deck”), Nick Jonas (“Under You”), Iggy Azalea (“Team”), Selena Gomez (“Like a Champion”) and Eminem (“The Monster”).

Ellie Goulding unleashes Juice WRLD-assisted single “Hate Me”

Ellie Goulding has unleashed her new promotional single online.

“Hate Me” – featuring Juice WRLD – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Goulding alongside Starrah (Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry) and Andrew Watt (Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes).

Production duties on “Hate Me” were handled by Jason Evigan and The Monsters & Strangerz, who are also responsible for Fifth Harmony’s “Lonely Night,” Jason Derulo’s “Cheyenne,” Selena Gomez’s “Forget Forever,” Demi Lovato’s “Never Been Hurt,” and Zendaya’s “Butterflies.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Goulding’s upcoming fourth studio collection – featuring previous singles “Close to Me” (with Diplo) and “Sixteen” – later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The follow-up to 2015’s “Delirium” reportedly yields additional alliances with Steve Mac, Kamille, Jamie Hartman, MoZella, Nate Campany, Starsmith, Ilsey Juber, Justin Tranter, Noel Zancanella, and The 23rd.

Zara Larsson has unleashed her new single online.

“Ruin My Life” – which was produced by The Monsters & Strangers and Jackson Foote and co-written by Brittany “Delacey” Amaradio, Michael Pollack, and Jamie “Sermstyle” Sanderson – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Larsson is currently working on her upcoming studio collection under TEN Music Group / Epic Records.

The follow-up to 2017’s “So Good” reportedly delivers further productions from Max Martin, William Wiik Larsen, Jordan Riley, Goldgfingers, Rami Yacoub, Carassius Gold, Grades, Cass Lowe, Digital Farm Animals, and Electric.

On the songwriting front, Larsson has worked with Caroline Ailin, Max Wolfgang, Dayo “Dyo” Olatunji, Erik Hassle, Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, Marlon Roudette, Natalie Dunn, Brett “Leland” McLaughlin, and Whitney Phillips.

Meghan Trainor teams up with The Monsters and the Strangerz

Meghan Trainor has teamed with The Monsters and the Strangerz on new music.

The production and songwriting team – composed of Alexander Izquierdo, Stefan Johnson, Jordan Johnson, Marcus Lomax and Clarence Coffee Jr. – recently helmed “Hey Everybody!” for 5 Seconds of Summer.

Their resume includes further works with Joe Jonas (“Levels”), Isac Elliot (“Lipstick”), Rita Ora (“Body on Me”), Austin Mahone (“Dirty Work”), Jason Derulo (“Cheyenne”) and Bebe Rexha (“I Can’t Stop Drinking About You”).

Meanwhile, Trainor is expected to release her upcoming sophomore album next year through Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records.

The still-untitled LP reportedly features alliances with Babyface (Madonna, Janet Jackson), Antonio Dixon (Beyonce, Colbie Caillat), Taylor Parks (Prince Royce, Mollie King) and The Rascals (Fleur East, Ariana Grande).

Trainor’s first studio collection “Title” – featuring singles “All About the Bass,” “Lips Are Movin,” “Dear Future Husband” and “Like I’m Gonna Lose You” – is now available for download via iTunes and all other online outlets. .

Rita Ora - I Will Never Let You Down

British singer/songwriter Rita Ora has registered a new song title with ASCAP – The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers.

“Last Love” was written Chantal Kreviazuk along with Clarence Coffee Jr., Marcus Lomax, Stefan Johnson and Jordan Johnson of production and songwriting team The Monsters & the Strangerz.

The track is expected to appear on Rita Ora’s highly-anticipated second album, which will be released next year via Roc Nation and Columbia Records.

Kreviazuk’s resume includes works for Lea Michele (“Burn with You”), Shakira (“You Don’t Care About Me”), Jennifer Lopez (“Emotions”), Kelly Clarkson (“Walk Away”), Drake (“Over My Dead Body”) and Gwen Stefani (“Rich Girl”).

Meanwhile, The Monsters & the Strangerz are responsible for helming Bebe Kylie Minogue’s “Sexercize” [Parlophone], Maroon 5’s “It Was Always You” [Interscope] and Bebe Rexha’s “I Can’t Stop Drinking About You” [WBR].

The follow-up to 2012’s “ORA” reportedly spawns further collaborations with will.i.am (Usher, Mariah Carey), Devonte Hynes (Tinashe, FKA twigs), Tommy Brown (Jhene Aiko, Ariana Grande) and Diplo (Madonna, Katy Perry).
