Louis Tomlinson delivers new single “Back to You” with Bebe Rexha, Digital Farm Animals

Louis Tomlinson has delivered his new single online.

“Back to You” – featuring fellow recording artist Bebe Rexha and UK record producer Digital Farm Animals – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Tomlinson alongside Sarah Blanchard (Imani Williams, Jasmine Thompson), Pablo Bowman (Zak Abel, Becky Hill) and Richard Boardman (Clean Bandit, Gorgon City).

Production duties on “Back to You” were handled by Digital Farm Animals, who also contributed to the next projects by Chromeo, Fifth Harmony, Liam Payne, Anne-Marie, Conrad Sewell, KStewart, Louisa Johnson, Kat Dahlia, Grace Carter, Noah Cyrus, John Newman, Taya, Rita Ora, and Marlon Roudette.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Tomlinson’s first studio collection is expected to arrive later this year via Syco Music (UK) and Epic Records (US).

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts additional productions and songwriting contributions from TMS (Rihanna), Kamille (The Script), Sam Romans (Kristian Galva), Hayley Warner (Jojo), LunchMoney Lewis (Charlie Puth), Skylar Grey (Kehlani) and Jason Evigan (Nick Jonas).

Ella Henderson teams with Naughty Boy for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Ella Henderson has teamed up with Naughty Boy (born Shahid Khan) for a new collaboration.

It is yet to be known whether the session was intended for a future Naughty Boy release or Henderson’s upcoming sophomore album under Syco Music.

Naughty Boy’s current promotional single “Should’ve Been Me” – featuring Kyla and Popcaan – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

His upcoming still-untitled album, which follows 2013’s “Hotel Cabana,” reportedly boasts further guest appearances from Mike Posner, Raye, Bibi Bourelly, MNEK, Ella Eyre, DNCE, Tamera Foster, Ava Lily, Marsha Ambrosius, Kiesza, Sam Romans, Bebe Rexha, and Miguel.

Meanwhile, Henderson’s next studio collection, which follows 2014’s “Chapter One,” is expected to arrive later this year.

Among the producers set to appear on the album are Isa Machine, Jordan Riley, Youthonix, Fred Ball, TMS, Electric, Jez Ashurst, KIN, Fraser T. Smith, GRADES, Jonny Coffer, Robopop, Dallas Austin, Mojam Music, Warren Felder, Cutfather, Jason Evigan, Goldfingers, Noel Zancanella, Kuya, Johan Carlsson, Fred Ball, Cass Lowe, Parker Ighile, Josh Record, and Mac & Phil.

Louis Tomlinson has announced the details for his new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “Back to You” – featuring guest vocals from fellow recording artist Bebe Rexha – as the second promotional cut from his upcoming debut album under Syco Music and RCA Records.

The track was co-written by Sarah Blanchard (Imani Williams, Jasmine Thompson), Pablo Bowman (Zak Abel, Becky Hill) and Richard Boardman (Clean Bandit, Gorgon City).

Production duties on “Back to You” were handled by Digital Farm Animals, who is also responsible for Dua Lipa’s “Be the One,” Noah Cyrus’ “Stay Together,” Alex Newell’s “Devilish,” JONES’ “Wild,” Rudimental’s “All That Love,” Cash Cash’s “Millionaire,” Galantis’ “No Money,” and Sigala’s “Only One.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Tomlinson’s first studio collection reportedly boasts further contributions from TMS (Olly Murs), Kamille (Louisa Johnson), Sam Romans (Alicia Keys), Hayley Warner (John Legend), LunchMoney Lewis (Fifth Harmony), Skylar Grey (Kehlani) and Jason Evigan (Madonna).

Fleur East enlists Youthonix, Gavin Jones for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Fleur East has enlisted Hanni “Youthonix” Ibrahim and Gavin Jones for a new collaboration.

Notable songwriting/production credits by Youthonix include Little Mix’s “Touch,” Tanika Bailey’s “Uphill Battle,” Conor Maynard’s “Talking About,” Ria Ritchie’s “Something About You,” Mali Music’s “Contradiction,” Professor Green’s “Forever Falling,” Raleigh Ritchie’s “I Can Change,” Prose’s “Run with Faith,” and Digital Farm Animals’ “Wanna Know.”

Meanwhile, Jones is known for co-writing Rox’s “I Don’t Believe,” Alexandra Burke’s “Daylight Robbery,” Sweetbox’s “We Can Work it Out,” Pixie Lott’s “Raise Up,” Zara Larsson’s “Uncover,” Tinchy Stryder’s “I’m Landing,” Mohombi’s “Universe,” and Stefani Heinzman’s “No Substitute.”

East, on the other hand, is expected to drop her second album and follow-up to 2015’s “Love, Sax and Flashbacks” later this year via Syco Music.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further productions from Mac & Phil, Tre Jean-Marie, Laconic, DJ Freedo, M-Phazes, Leland, Mojam Music, Red Triangle, LOSTBOY, and Goldfingers.

On the songwriting front, East has worked with Maegan Cottone, Dayo Olatunji, Grace Tither, Tayla Parx, Fiona Bevan, Chiara Hunter, Hannah Wilson, Lauren Aquilina, Jessica Morgan, Sam Romans, Jacob Attwooll, Bryn Christopher, JHart, Talay Riley, BullySongs, and Philip Plested.

Ina Wroldsen signs record deal with Syco Music

Ina Wroldsen has signed a new record deal with Syco Music.

The Norwegian singer/songwriter previously wrote songs for current and former Syco recording artists including Leona Lewis (“My Hands”), Alexandra Burke (“Before the Rain”), Little Mix (“We Are Who We Are”), One Direction (“I Should Have Kissed You”), Rebecca Ferguson (“My Best”), James Arthur (“Recovery”), Fleur East (“Like That”) and Louisa Johnson (“Almost”).

She has also provided guest vocals on Calvin Harris & the Disciples’ “How Deep is Your Love” [Columbia], Chris Loco’s “Human” [OddChild] Sigma’s “Feel Like Home” [3Beat] and Martin Solveig’s “Places” [Virgin EMI].

Among the producers Wroldsen has worked with so far include Arnthor Birgisson, Christopher Braide, Steve Mac, Rodney Jerkins, Two Inch Punch, Fraser T. Smith, Jez Ashurst, Steve Robson, Tiago Carvalho, Lucas Secon, Jonas Jeberg, Carl Falk, Rami Yacoub, Shellback, and TMS.

Louisa Johnson registers new song title with ASCAP

Louisa Johnson has registered a new song title with ASCAP – The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers.

“Feeling It” was written by Alexandra “Ali” Tamposi (Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato), Chloe Angelides (Lily Allen, Jason Derulo) and Steven “Steve Mac” McCutcheon (Ed Sheeran, Rita Ora).

The track is slotted for inclusion on Johnson’s upcoming debut album under Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music.

Current promotional single “Best Behaviour” – which was written by Shungudzo “Alexandra Govere” Kuyimba and Daniel “Danny” Parker alongside the song’s producers Thomas “Froe” Barnes, Benjamin Kohn and Peter “Merf” Kelleher of TMS – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

For her first studio collection, Johnson has also worked with producers Tobias “Toby” Gad (Madonna), Matthew “BURNS” Burns (Kacy Hill), Dallas Austin (Ciara), Tre Jean-Marie (Mabel McVey), Arnthor Birgisson (RAYE), Joseph “Joe” Janiak (Britney Spears) and Nicholas “Digital Farm Animals” Gale (Little Mix).

Among the songwriters expected to appear on the album are Diane Warren (Andra Day), Caroline Ailin (Dua Lipa), Negin Djafari (Liza Owen), Ina Wroldsen (Leona Lewis), Maureen “MoZella” McDonald (Tinashe), Priscilla Renea (Kelly Clarkson), Marlon Roudette (Sinead Harnett), Jacob “JKash” Kasher (Charlie Pith) and Samuel “Sam” Romans (Jonas Blue).

Little Mix have premiered the music video for their new single online.

The British quartet posted the visual clip for “Power” – featuring Stormzy – to their Vevo channel on Thursday (June 08, 2017).

The track was co-written by Camille “Kamille” Purcell (Ella Henderson, Tamera Foster), James “JHart” Abrahart (Dua Lipa, Molly Kate Kestner) and Daniel “Robopop” Omelio (Lana Del Rey, James Blunt).

Production duties on “Power” were collectively handled by Daniel “Robopop” Omelio alongside Matthew “Matt Rad” Radosevich (Demi Lovato, Lea Michele) and Steve James (Justin Bieber, Martin Garrix).

Little Mix’s latest album “Glory Days” – featuring previous singles “Shout Out to My Ex,” “Touch” and “No More Sad Songs” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.
