Mack Wilds liberates new project “AfterHours”

Singer, songwriter, and actor Mack Wilds has liberated his new project online.

“AfterHours” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Lead promotional “Explore” was co-written by Cameron Wallace, whose previous credits include Sevyn Streeter’s “Fallen,” Ciara’s “Keep on Looking,” Christina Milian’s “Video Model,” and Beyonce’s “Upgrade U.”

Other musicians backing Wilds on the follow-up to 2013’s “New York: A Love Story” are Deputy (“Senses”), Kevin Garrett (“Crash”), D’Mile (“Go Crazy”), The MeKanics (“Stingy”), Darnell Shawn (“Choose”), Key Wane (“Obsession”) and Darhyl “DJ” Camper (“Bonnie & Clyde”).

Mack Wilds has confirmed the details for his upcoming music project.

The American singer, songwriter, and actor – born Tristan Wilds – has christened his new collection “AfterHours” and will release it on April 7 via The Ninety Five Percent / EMPIRE.

Lead promotional single “Explore” – now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms – was co-written by Cameron Wallace, whose credits include Sevyn Streeter’s “Fallen,” Ciara’s “Keep on Looking,” and Beyonce’s “Upgrade U.”

Other musicians backing Wilds on “AfterHours” are Darhyl “DJ” Camper (Mary J. Blige, Tamar Braxton), Key Wane (Jhene Aiko, Ariana Grande), Deputy (RAYE, Bibi Bourelly), The MeKanics (K. Michelle, Chris Brown), D’Mile (Diana Gordon, Jorin Sparks) and Kevin Garrett (Justine Skye, Alessia Cara).

Wilds’ debut studio collection, 2013’s “New York: A Love Story,” peaked to number twenty-eight on the US Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and spawned contributions from Salaam Remi (“Henny”), Ne-Yo (“Own It”), James Fauntleroy (“You Can Cry to Me”), Bink (“My Crib”), James Poyser (“Sober Up”), Rico Love (“Magic”) and DJ Premier (“Keepin’ it Real”).

K. Michelle schedules release date for new album “More Issues Than Vogue”

K. Michelle has scheduled the release date for her upcoming third album.

The singer-songwriter – real name Kimberly Pate – will release “More Issues Than Vogue” on March 25 through Atlantic Records.

The highly-anticipated collection follows 2014’s “Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart?,” which debuted at number six on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Current single “Ain’t You” – now available for download via iTunes – was co-written by Hitmaka, Jeremih, Chi Hoover, Arin Ray and Drew Love. Production is credited to The Mekanics, Hitmaka, OZ and UC.

Other album contributors include Shep Crawford (Tamia), Diane Warren (Beyonce), Troy Taylor (Trey Songz), Sevyn Streeter (Chris Brown), Knox Brown (Usher), Priscilla Renea (Rihanna), and Pop & Oak (Kehlani).

Jason Derulo enlists K. Michelle for new song “Love Like That”

Jason Derulo has debuted a new song online.

The singer and songwriter posted the audio clip for “Love Like That” – featuring K. Michelle – to his official YouTube channel on Monday (June 01, 2015).

“Love Like That” was co-written by Derulo along with Lyrica Anderson, Arin Ray, Ben Shapiro, Floyd “A1” Bentley, and Jordan Hollywood.

Production duties were handled by Christian “Hitmaka” Ward (Nicki Minaj, Tamar Braxton) and Michael “The Mekanics” Hernandez (Tyga, Chris Brown).

Derulo’s latest album “Everything is 4” – featuring hit single “Want to Want Me” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Beluga Heights and Warner Music Group imprint Warner Bros Records.

Furthermore, Derulo has contributed to the upcoming debut project by newcomer Alyxx Dione. The still-untitled collection is scheduled to hit stores later this year under RCA Records and Derulo’s label Future History Records.
