Raye enlists Chris Loco for new song “Bet U Wish”

Raye has unveiled a new song online.

The up and coming singer/songwriter posted the audio clip for “Bet U Wish” to her official SoundCloud page on Tuesday (November 25, 2014).

Production duties on “Bet U Wish” were handled by Chris Loco, whose recent credits include The Veronicas’ “Always” [Sony Music Entertainment Australia] and Professor Green’s “Lullaby” f/ Tori Kelly [Virgin EMI Records].

The track is lifted from Raye’s debut mini-album, which can be downloaded for free from her website (www.rayesongs.com).

The Veronicas collaborate with Michael Busbee on new album ‘Life on Mars’

VeronicasAustralian pop duo The Veronicas are scheduled to collaborate Michael Busbee for their upcoming third album, “Life on Mars,” which will hit the stores and online outlets in early 2013 via Warner Music Group / Sire Records.

Recent songwriting and production credits by Michael Busbee include “Empty Words” by Christina Aguilera [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], “Here We Go” by Keyshia Cole [Universal Music Group / Geffen Records] and “Try” by Pink [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records].

Meanwhile, the new collection by The Veronicas is confirmed to boast further productions and songwriting contributions from Dreamlab: Leah Haywood & Daniel Pringle (Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez), Sophie Stern (Conor Maynard, Britney Spears) and Toby Gad (Alicia Keys, John Legend).

“Life on Mars” serves as the follow-up to 2008’s “Hook Me Up.” That release debuted at number two on the Australian Albums Chart. It also spawned hit singles “Hook Me Up,” “Untouched,” “This Love” and “Take Me on the Floor.”

The Veronicas have collaborated with Leah Haywood and Daniel Pringle of Dreamlab Productions for their upcoming third album, “Life on Mars,” scheduled for release in early 2013 via Warner Music Group / Sire Records.

The Australian songwriting and production duo are responsible for tracks such as “Glowing” by Nikki Williams [Universal Music Group / Chameleon Entertainment / Island Def Jam Recordings], “Blonde” by Bridgit Mendler [Disney Music Group / Hollywood Records] and “Marilyn Monroe” by Nicki Minaj [Universal Music Group / Cash Money Records / Republic Records].

Meanwhile, “Life on Mars” serves as the follow-up to 2007’s “Hook Me Up.” That release debuted at number one on the Australian ARIA Albums Chart. It also spawned four hit singles in the shape of “Hook Me Up,” “Untouched,” “This Love” and “Take Me on the Floor.”
