Trey Songz liberates new album “Tremaine”

Trey Songz has liberated his new album online.

“Tremaine” – featuring singles “Animal,” “She Lovin’ It,” “Nobody Else But You,” “Song Goes Off” and “Playboy” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Among the songwriters backing Songz – real name Tremaine Neverson – on the follow-up to 2014’s “Trigga” are Ester Dean (David Guetta), Prince Charlez (Mary J. Blige), Jason Boyd (Sam Smith), Nate Cyphert (Florida Georgia Line), Jacob Kasher (Charlie Puth), Micah Powell (Omarion) and Rock City (Nicki Minaj).

On the production front, Songz has reunited with Troy Taylor (Keyshia Cole), Rico Love (Usher) and Christopher “C4” Umana (Kelly Rowland).

Other album producers include The Audibles (Mike Posner), Dwayne Nesmith (Keri Hilson), Cook Classics (Jamie Foxx), Sermstyle (Fleur East), Pip Kembo (Sean Paul), JMIKE (Kehlani), CIRKUT (The Weeknd), Ryan Ogren (Jake Miller), Cardiak (DJ Khaled) and Sons of Sonix (Tanika Bailey).

Trey Songz unwraps tracklisting for new album “Tremaine”

American R&B singer/songwriter Trey Songz has unwrapped the tracklisting for his seventh album, “Tremaine,” out on March 24 via Atlantic Records.

Current single “Animal” – which was collectively produced by Henry “Cirkut” Walter and Jeremy “JMike” Coleman – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

On the follow-up to 2014’s “Trigga,” Songz has reunited with Troy Taylor (Tank), Rico Love (Usher) and Christopher “C4” Umana (Teyana Taylor).

The highly-anticipated album delivers additional alliances with Ester Dean (Rihanna), Breyan Isaac (Charlie Puth), Sermstyle (Sean Paul), Prince Charlez (Mary J. Blige), Jason Boyd (Sam Smith), Cook Classics (Kehlani), Pip Kembo (Dua Lipa), Jeff “Gitty” Gitelman (J. Cole), Frank “Nitty” Brim (Kevin Gates), Johnny Yukon (Gnash) and Alex Isaac (Paris Jones).

Trey Songz has confirmed the details for his upcoming album.

The American singer/songwriter christened his seventh studio collection “Tremaine” and will release it on March 24 via Atlantic Records.

On the follow-up to 2014’s “Trigga,” Songz – real name Tremaine Neverson – has worked with Troy Taylor (Kehlani), Ester Dean (Chris Brown), Rico Love (Sean Paul), Jason Boyd (Kelly Rowland) and Prince Charlez (Mary J. Blige).

Current single “Nobody Else But You” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Sevyn Streeter reunites with Eric Bellinger

Sevyn Streeter has reunited with Eric Bellinger on new material.

The pair previously teamed up on hit singles “B.A.N.S” and “Sex on the Ceiling,” taken from Sevyn’s 2013 EP “Call Me Crazy, But…”

Bellinger is also responsible for co-writing Brandy’s “Without You” [RCA Records], Trey Songz’s “Disrespectful” featuring Mila J [Atlantic Records] and Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” [Republic Records].

It is yet to be known whether this new material will be included on Sevyn’s upcoming debut album, which is expected to be released later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The still-untitled project is said to feature further contributions from Babyface (Ariana Grande, Tamar Braxton), Da Internz (Omarion, Chris Brown) and Dem Jointz (Love Dollhouse, Christina Aguilera).

Trey Songz has unleashed the music video for his new single online.

“Foreign” marks the third promotional single from the singer/songwriter’s sixth studio album, “Trigga,” out on July 1 via Songbook / Atlantic Records.

The track was co-written and produced by Kenneth “Soundz” Coby, whose credits include Ciara’s “DUI” [Epic Records], Rihanna’s “Skin” [Def Jam Recordings] and LeToya Luckett’s “Lazy” [Capitol Records].

Video treatment was handled by Gil Green, who is also responsible for Jason Derulo’s “Stupid Love” [Warner Bros. Records], Cher Lloyd’s “I Wish” [Epic Records] and Tamar Braxton’s “The One” [Streamline Records].

As previously reported, the highly-anticipated new album by Songz – born Tremaine Neverson – will be executively produced by Troy Taylor.

Other contributors on the follow-up to 2012’s “Chapter V” are Brandon “B.A.M.” Hodge (Tank, Marsha Ambrosius), Antwan “Amadeus” Thompson (Chris Brown, Keyshia Cole) and Da Internz (Elle Varner, Jazmine Sullivan).

Trey Songz has unleashed a new song online.

The R&B singer/songwriter – born Tremaine Neverson – posted “What’s Best for You” to his official YouTube page on Monday (June 2nd, 2014).

The track is slotted for inclusion on the artist’s upcoming sixth studio album, “Trigga,” out on July 1 via Songbook / Atlantic Records.

“What’s Best for You” was produced by Brandon “B.A.M.” Hodges, whose resume boasts works for Ne-Yo [Motown Records], Marsha Ambrosius [RCA Records] and Kandace Springs [Blue Note / Capitol Records].

As previously reported, “Trigga” is confirmed to boast further productions from Christopher “C4” Umana (Tank, Bridget Kelly), Da Internz (Ciara, Tamar Braxton) and Kenneth “Soundz” Coby (Usher, LeToya Luckett).

Trey Songz has premiered the music video for his new single online.

“SmartPhones” – produced by Bryan “Composer” Nelson and Alvin Isaacs –marks the second promotional single from the singer/songwriter’s upcoming sixth studio album, “Trigga,” out on June 30 via Songbook / Atlantic Records.

The track was co-written by Sam Hook, whose resume includes works for Mary J. Blige [Matriarch Records], Ne-Yo [Motown Records], Miley Cyrus [RCA Records] and Keri Hilson [Interscope Records].

Video treatment was handled by Gil Green, whose credits also include Jason Derulo’s “Stupid Love” [Warner Bros. Records], Cher Lloyd’s “I Wish” [Epic Records] and Flo Rida’s “Tell Me When You Ready” [Atlantic Records].
