Natalie La Rose teases new collaboration with Mike Dean

Natalie La Rose has teased a new collaboration with Mike Dean.

“When I laid my eyes on @therealmikedean precious Grand, I just couldn’t keep my hands off of it,” the Dutch singer/songwriter posted on Instagram.

Dean is known for his production works with Kanye West (“Ultralight Beam”), Beyonce (“Love Drought”), The Weeknd (“Tell Your Friends”), Madonna (“Inside Out”), Justin Bieber (“No Sense”) and Rihanna (“FourFiveSeconds”).

In addition to launching a record label by the name of M.W.A. (an acronym for Dean’s DJ name Mexican Wrestling Association), the American record producer has also contributed to Sky Ferreira’s sophomore album “Masochism.”

Meanwhile, La Rose is expected to release her debut album later this year via Dreams World/Sony RAL.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further productions from Jarrad Rogers (Rita Ora), Shama Joseph (Rihanna), GRADES (Jess Glynne), Tommy Brown (Ariana Grande), Detail (Jhene Aiko), The Stereotypes (Bruno Mars), DJ Marley Watters (Justine Skye), and T-Minus (Kelly Rowland).

On the songwriting front, La Rose has worked with Caroline Ailin (Dua Lipa), Scott Harris (Phoebe Ryan), Courtney Harrell (Fantasia Barrino), Talay Riley (Keri Hilson), Whitney Phillips (Sabrina Ddumba), Breyan Isaac (Charlie Puth), Rosina Russell (David Guetta) and Jacob Luttrell (Tori Kelly).

Lana Del Rey reveals new album “Lust for Life” tracklisting

American singer/songwriter Elizabeth Grant, professionally known as Lana Del Rey, has revealed the tracklisting for her upcoming album, “Lust for Life,” which will arrive on July 21 via Interscope Records (US) and Polydor Records (UK).

Current promotional singles “Groupie Love” and “Summer Bummer” are now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2015’s “Honeymoon” boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Max Martin (Adele, Katy Perry), Benny Blanco (Sia, The Weeknd), Boi-1da (Rihanna, Nicole Scherzinger), T-Minus (Bryson Tiller, Kelly Rowland) and Jahaan Sweet (Kehlani, Jessie Reyez).

For the highly-anticipated project, Del Rey has also reunited with Rick Nowels (FKA twigs, Charli XCX), Kieron Menzies (Dido, Nelly Furtado), Justin Parker (Kiiara, Mikky Ekko), Emile Haynie (Dua Lipa, Bruno Mars) and Tim Larcombe (Celeste Waite, Gabriella Cilmi).

Taya collaborates with Starsmith, Al Shux for debut project

British singer/songwriter Taya has added Starsmith and Al Shux to the list of contributors for her upcoming project.

Starsmith – born Finlay Dow-Smith – recently co-wrote and / or produced songs for Kwabs (“Fight for Love”), Jess Glynne (“Hold My Hand”), M.O (“Preach”), Ella Eyre (“Don’t Follow Me”) and Mika (“Staring at the Sun”).

Meanwhile notable songwriting and production credits by Al Shux include Ella Henderson’s “Mirror Man” [Syco], Ginny Blackmore’s “Under My Feet” [Sony] and Lianne La Havas’ “What You Don’t Do” [Atlantic].

Taya’s upcoming first project – featuring lead single “Got Me Wondering” – is expected to be released later this year through Atlantic Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers further alliances with Snakehips (Vanessa White), Nicola Roberts (Joel Compass), T- Minus (Kelly Rowland), Ina Wroldsen (Britney Spears) and James Newman (Little Mix).

Taya has recorded new music with James Newman.

Newman recently co-wrote “Lay It All On Me” for Rudimental along with Jonny “Ghostwriter” Harris. The Ed Sheeran-assisted track is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Atlantic Records.

Other notable songwriting credits by Newman include Little Mix’s “Love Me Like You” [Syco Music], Calvin Harris’ “Blame” f/ John Newman [Columbia Records] and Jess Glynne’s “No Rights, No Wrongs” [Atlantic Records].

Meanwhile, Taya is expected to release her first project – featuring lead single “Got Me Wondering” – later this year through Atlantic Records.

Taya has unveiled the music video for her new single online.

The British singer/songwriter posted the visual clip for “Got Me Wondering” to her official YouTube channel on Tuesday (July 28, 2015).

Production duties on “Got Me Wondering” were handled by Toddla T, whose other credits include Roll Deep [Relentless Records], Roots Manuva [Big Dada Recordings] and Tinchy Stryder [Island Records].

Meanwhile, Taya’s upcoming EP is scheduled to be released later this year through Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

Elijah Blake hits the studio with Pharrell Williams for debut album

Singer/songwriter Elijah Blake – real name Sean Fenton – has enlisted Pharrell Williams of The Neptunes for his upcoming debut album, scheduled for release later this year via Universal Music Group / Def Jam Records.

Williams is known for producing hit singles such as “I’m a Slave 4 U” by Britney Spears [Sony Music Entertainment / Jive Records], “Hella Good” by No Doubt [Universal Music Group / Interscope Records] and “Like I Love You” by Justin Timberlake [Sony Music Entertainment / Jive Records].

He also confirmed placements on the next albums by Beyonce Knowles [Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records], Lauriana Mae [Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records] and Leah LaBelle [Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records].

Kelly Rowland confirms new album title ‘Talk a Good Game’

Kelly Rowland has renamed her upcoming fourth album.

Originally christened as “Year of the Woman,” the follow-up to 2011’s “Here I Am” is now entitled “Talk a Good Game.” The new project will be released later this year via Universal Music Group / Republic Records.

New single “Kisses Down Low” was co-written by Planet 6: Theron & Timothy Thomas (Miley Cyrus, Keri Hilson) and produced by Michael “Mike WiLL Made It” Phillips (Brandy Norwood, Lana Del Rey).

Other producers backing Rowland on “Talk a Good Game” are Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis (Janet Jackson, Usher Raymond), Noel “Detail” Fisher (Christina Aguilera, Lil Wayne), Tyler “T-Minus” Williams (Ciara, Melanie Fiona) and Kenneth “Soundz” Coby (Justin Bieber, LeToya Luckett).
