Mae Muller announces new single “Roses”

Mae Muller has announced the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “Roses” as her next promotional cut and will release it on Thursday (23 January 2020).

The track was co-written by Francis “Eg” White, whose other credits include Adele’s “Chasing Pavements,” Mary J. Blige’s “Therapy,” Dionne Bromfield’s “Yeah Right,” Rebecca Ferguson’s “Nothing’s Real But Love,” Mutya Buena’s “Just a Little Bit,” Diana Vickers’ “Once,” and Sam Smith’s “Blind Eye.”

Muller’s upcoming project – featuring the Jimmy Napes-produced “Anticlimax” and “Dick” – is expected to arrive later this year via Capitol Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly yields additional alliances with Two Inch Punch, Eyelar Mirzazadeh, Marlon Roudette, Lostboy, Caroline Ailin, Max Wolfgang, Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, Bastian Langebaek, Ed Thomas, Invisible Men, Chiara Hunter, Jake Gosling, and Naughty Boy.

Arlissa teases first release from debut album

Arlissa has teased the first release from her upcoming debut album.

“I’m so proud of the music I have coming out in a month. Counting the days!! First release from the album!,” the American-German singer/songwriter posted to Instagram on Saturday (19 January 2020).

Arlissa’s current promotional single “Running” – which was collectively produced by Matt Schwartz and Martin Terefe – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

Her first studio collection under Def Jam Recordings reportedly features additional contributions from Mighty Mike, Shungudzo, Oak Felder, Mayila Jones, Sebastian Kole, Fredro, Natt Dunn, Malay, Sam Fischer, Jesse Shatkin, MoZella, Andre Harris, Carmen Reece, Lostboy, and Sinai Tedross.

Stacy Barthe teases new collaboration with Tiwa Savage

Stacy Barthe has teased a new collaboration with Tiwa Savage.

“@TiwaSavage it’s one thing to be a fan but to be in your presence is a whole different thing. Can’t wait for the world to hear this magic. Thank you for everything!” the American singer/songwriter posted to Instagram.

Barthe is known for co-writing Beyonce’s “Brown Skin Girl,” Rihanna’s “Cheers,” Elle Varner’s “Kinda Love,” Alicia Keys’ “Limitedless,” Katy Perry’s “Hummingbird Heartbeat,” and Britney Spears’ “Blur.”

She has also contributed to the next releases by John Legend, Brandy, Sevyn Streeter, Usher, Mary J. Blige, Jojo, David Guetta, and H.E.R.

Meanwhile, Savage’s latest promotional single “Owo Mi Da” – which was produced by Moses Philips – is now available via via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Her upcoming album is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music South Africa in partnership with Capitol Records and Motown Records.

Ella Eyre confirms new single “New Me”

Ella Eyre has confirmed the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “New Me” as her next promotional cut and will release it on January 16 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Eyre alongside Pablo Bowman of The Six (Little Mix, James Arthur) and Peter “Lostboy” Rycroft (Becky Hill, Claudia Valentina).

Eyre’s upcoming sophomore album – featuring the Banx & Ranx and Kiana Lede-assisted lead single “Mama” – is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Island Records UK.

The follow-up to 2015’s “Feline” reportedly boasts additional contributions from Supa Dups, Di Genius, Linnea Sodahl, Jay Weathers, MNEK, Tre Jean-Marie, Chiara Hunter, Laconic, Andrew Wells, Natalie Dunn, DannyBoyStyles, Hitimpulse, Invisible Men, and Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett.

Celeste releases new single “Stop This Flame”

American-English singer/songwriter Celeste Epiphany Waite, known monomymously as Celeste, has released her new single online.

“Stop This Flame” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was collectively produced by John Hill (Khalid, Demi Lovato) and Jamie Hartman (Lewis Capaldi, Rag’n’Bone Man).

Celeste’s upcoming (and yet-to-be-titled) debut album is expected to arrive later this year via Both Sides Records / Polydor Records.

Arin Ray releases new EP “Phases II”

Arin Ray has released his new EP online.

“Phases II” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The EP includes singles “Change” (featuring Kehlani) and “A Seat,” as well as three new songs in the shape of “ZZZ,” “Don’t Chase” and “The Get Down.”

Among the musicians backing Ray on “Phases II” are The Rascals (Ariana Grande, Tori Kelly), Babyface (Toni Braxton, Mariah Carey), Sir Dylan (The Weeknd, John Legend) and Lord Quest (Schoolboy Q, Talib Kweli).

On the songwriting and production front, Ray is known for helming K. Michelle’s “Ain’t You,” Jason Derulo’s “Love Like That,” Justin Skye’s “Back for More,” Jeremih’s “Feel Like Phil,” and Maeta’s “Be Mine.”

Raye enlists Kamille, Fraser T. Smith for new single “Please Don’t Touch”

British singer/songwriter Rachel Keen, known mononymously as Raye, has delivered her new single online.

“Please Don’t Touch” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Raye alongside Camille “Kamille” Purcell (Sam Smith, Lianne La Havas) and Fraser T. Smith (Jess Glynne, Ella Eyre).

Raye’s upcoming project – featuring previous single “Love Me Again” (which was co-written by Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett and prodcued by Fred Ball) – is expected to arrive early next year via Polydor Records.

As a songwriter, Raye is known for co-writing Beyonce’s “Bigger,” John Legend’s “A Good Night,” Ellie Goulding’s “Sixteen,” Hailee Steinfeld’s “Capital Letters,” Madison Beer’s “Home With You,” and Justin Skye’s “Don’t Think About It.”

She also co-wrote “Hands on the Sink” for Louise alongside Fred Cox and Francis “Eg” White. The track appears on Louise’s upcoming album, “Heavy Love,” which will arrive on 17 January 2020 via Lil Lou Records.
