Kiana Lede has drafted Bryan Michael Cox for a new collaboration.

Cox is responsible for co-writing and producing Mariah Carey’s “I Stay in Love,” Toni Braxton’s “Just Be a Man About It,” Mya’s “Life’s Too Short,” Nivea’s “Don’t Mess With My Man,” Aaliyah’s “Come Over,” Monica’s “U Should’ve Known Better,” and Tamar Braxton’s “Pieces.”

Fans of Cox’s songwriting and production works should also keep an eye on the next releases by Jojo [Interscope Records], Mack Wilds [Empire], Kehlani [Atlantic Records], Usher [RCA Records] and Trey Songz [Atlantic Records].

Meanwhile, Lede’s debut mini-album “Selfless” – featuring 7 songs in the shape of “Get in the Way,” “Shame,” “Show Love,” “Ex,” “Wicked Games,” “Take it All” and “Fairplay” – is now available via all digital streaming outlets.

Kyla delivers new promotional single “Eyes”

British singer/songwriter Kyla Reid, professionally known as Kyla, has delivered her new promotional single online.

“Eyes” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Jeremiah “SickPen” Bethea,  who previously worked with Claudette Ortiz (“Automatic”), K. Michelle (“Talk to God”), Mario (“Let Me Help You”), LeToya Luckett (“Disconnected”) and Toni Braxton (“Missin”).

Production duties on “Eyes” were handled by Mel & Mus, who are also responsible for Nicki Minaj’s “Barbie Dreams,” Chris Brown’s “Don’t Think They Know,” Tamar Braxton’s “Angels & Demons,” Rihanna’s “Raining Men,” Keyshia Cole’s “Get it Right,” and Justin Bieber’s “Runaway Love.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Kyla’s upcoming project – featuring the Andrea Martin-penned/Ill Blu-produced single “You Ain’t Mine” – is scheduled to arrive via Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further contributions from Rude Kid, Kelly Kiara, Moon Willis, Jenna Andrews, Needlz, Hannah Yadi, Invisible Men, Alicia Renae, Sacha Skarbek, Lindy Robbins, and Banx & Ranx.

Cheryl confirms new single “Love Made Me Do It”

British singer/songwriter Cheryl Tweedy, known mononymously as Cheryl, has dubbed “Love Made Me Do It” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming fifth album under Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The track – which was written by Cheryl alongside Nicola Roberts, Natasha Bedingfield, Miranda Cooper, Dylan Cooper and The Invisible Men (aka George Astasio, Jason Pebworth, and Jonathan Shave) – will arrive on November 9th via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Cheryl’s next studio collection, which serves as the follow-up to 2014’s “Only Human,” reportedly yields further songwriting contributions and productions from Wayne Wilkins, Chiara Hunter, Kevin Anyaeji, Heidi Rojas, Naughty Boy, Steph Jones, and Gina Kushka.

Jojo enlists Jermaine Dupri, Bryan Michael Cox for new collaboration

American singer/songwriter Joanne Levesque, professionally known as Jojo, has enlisted Jermaine Dupri and Bryan Michael Cox for a new collaboration.

The songwriting and production duo are responsible for Mariah Carey’s “Don’t Forget About Us,” Usher’s “Burn,” Janet Jackson’s “Nothing,” Chante Moore’s “Straight Up,” Monica’s “Love All Over Me,” and Tamar Braxton’s “Get None.”

Dupri and Cox have also worked with Alicia Keys (“Girlfriend”), Faith Evans (“Tru Love”), Tamia (“Still”), Whitney Houston (“Never Give Up”), Christina Milian (“Girl Like Me”), Nivea (“Parking Lot”) and 3LW (“Feeling You”).

Meanwhile, Jojo is expected to release her fourth studio collection early next year via her own imprint Clover Music in partnership with Interscope Records.

The follow-up to 2016’s “Mad Love” reportedly yields additional alliances with Billy Steinberg, Diana Gordon, Chris Loco, Natalie Dunn, D’Mile, Caroline Ailin, Kyle Shearer, ADP, Iain James, Digital Farm Animals, Patrick “J. Que” Smith, Big Taste, Nick Monson, Alex Hope, and Jussi “Jussifer” Karvinen.

Madonna reunites with Mike Dean for new collaboration

Madonna has reunited with Mike Dean for a new collaboration.

The American hip hop record producer previously teamed up with Madonna on “Illuminati,” “Holy Water,” “Inside Out,” “Auto-Tune Baby” and “S.E.X.,” taken from her 2015 album, “Rebel Heart.”

Dean’s resume boasts additional works with Beyonce (“Love Drought”), Christina Aguilera (“Accelerate”), Teyana Taylor (“Gonna Love Me”), The Weeknd (“Tell Your Friends”), Grace Carter (“Ashes”), Justin Bieber (“No Sense”) and The Carters (“Boss”).

Meanwhile, Madonna is currently working on her upcoming album under album under Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

Besides regular collaborator Mirwais Ahmadzaï, the still-untitled project reportedly features further productions and songwriting contributions from Fred Ball (Rihanna, Toni Braxton), Starrah (Normani, Calvin Harris), Billboard (Ariana Grande, Britney Spears).

Nick Jonas has recorded new music with Ryan Tedder and Zach Skelton.

The songwriting and production duo recently helmed “Fuh You,” taken from Paul McCartney’s latest album “Egypt Station,” which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Tedder and Skeleton are also responsible for co-writing and producing OneRepublic’s “Connection,” Shawn Mendes’ “Particular Taste,” Hailee Steinfeld’s “Most Girls,” X Ambassadors’ “Don’t Stay,” Rachel Platten’s “Labels,” James Blunt’s “Love Me Better,” and Camila Cabello’s “Ain’t Easy.”

Meanwhile, Jonas’ upcoming album and follow-up to 2016’s “Last Year Was Complicated” is expected to arrive soon via Island Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers further productions and songwriting contributions from Cass Lowe, Kamille, Jason Evigan, Harloe, Sebastian Kole, Whitney Phillips, Jesse Saint John, Warren “Oak” Felder, and Julian Bunetta.
