Dinah Jane drafts Ty Dolla $ign, Marc E. Bassy for debut solo single “Bottled Up”

Dinah Jane has announced the details for her debut solo single.

The American singer/songwriter christened “Bottled Up” – featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Marc E. Bassy – as her first promotional solo cut and will release it on September 21 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Jane is currently working on her upcoming debut solo project under L.A. Reid’s Hitco label, which is distributed by independent label, EMPIRE.

On the still-untitled collection, Jane has worked with producers Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem, Neff-U, M-Phazes, Nic Nac, Jussifer, Rob Knox, Warren “Oak” Felder, Ido Zmishlany, Jerrod Bettis, Danja, and Willie Donut.

Among the songwriters backing Jane on the project are MoZella, Paul E. Phamous, Jin Jin, Ben Abraham, Priscilla Renea, Jonny Price, Delacey, Sebastian Kole, Jude Demorest, Michael Pollack, Victoria Monet, Sam Fischer, Michelle Buzz, Verse Simmonds, and Jozzy.

Victoria Monet releases new mini-album “Life After Love”

American singer-songwriter Victoria Monet has released her new project online.

“Life After Love, Pt. 1” – featuring “Wish I Never Met You,” “Freak,” “No Good,” “Water Fall Out of Love,” “Ten New Friends” and “Let Her Go” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The mini-album boasts productions and songwriting contributions from D’Mile (Rihanna, Mack Wilds), Shungudzo (Alina Baraz, Jessie Ware), Tommy Brown (Stanaj, Jennifer Lopez), Verse Simmonds (K. Michelle, Chris Brown), Levi Lennox (FKA twigs, Zayn Malik) and AFTEHRS (Niall Horan, Liza Owen).

As a songwriter, Monet has co-penned songs for Ariana Grande (“Be Alright”), Chris Brown (“Drunk Texting”), Fifth Harmony (“Everlasting Love”), Shontelle (“Evacuate My Heart”), Jordin Sparks (“Double Tap”), Coco Jones (“Deja Vu”) and Diddy & Dirty Money (“I Hate That You Love Me”).

Monet’s extensive resume yields additional works with fellow songwriters and producers including Rodney Jerkins, Shane Stevens, Jonas Jeberg, LaShawn “Big Shiz” Daniels, Tayla Parx, Leon “RoccStar” Youngblood, Mickey Shiloh, Antonio Dixon, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, and The Rascals.

British singer/songwriter Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett has teased a new collaboration with American recording artist Jason Derulo.

Jin Jin’s songwriting resume boasts works with Raye (“Decline”), Jonas Blue (“We Could Go Back”), Paloma Faith (“My Body”), Yebba Smith (“Evergreen”), Dom McCallister (“Only One”), Kiesza (“Don’t Want You Back”), Aston Merrygold (“Trudy”), Tinie Tempah (“Not Letting Go”), Sub Focus (“Love Devine”) and Jax Jones (“You Don’t Know Me”).

Current promotional single “Best Friend” – which was co-written by Antwan “Amadeus” Thompson, Rashad Johnson and Aaron Johnson – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2014’s “Point of No Return” delivers further songwriting contributions from Gabrielle “Goldie” Nowee (Chris Brown), Eric Bellinger (Teyana Taylor), Elijah Blake (Justin Bieber), Verse Simmonds (K. Michelle), Sam Hook (Omarion) and Tenisha Younger (Trey Songz).

Alex Aiono has announced the details for his new single online.

The Maori/Samoan-American singer and songwriter (Martin Alexander Aiono) christened “Does it Feel Like Falling” – featuring Trinidad Cardona – as his next promotional single and will release it on September 15th via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Does it Feel Like Falling” were handled by Alex Schwartz and Joe Khajadourian of The Futuristics, who are also responsible for MGK & Camila Cabello’s “Bad Things,” Selena Gomez’s “Fetish,” Natalie La Rose’s “Somebody,” and Liz Huett’s “STFU and Hold Me.”

Aiono’s upcoming project, on the other hand, is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers songwriting contributions from Levi Lennox (FKA twigs), Jin Jin (Raye), Ammar Malik (Ed Sheeran), Lisa Scinta (Fifth Harmony), Eskeerdo (Rihanna), Madison Love (Zara Larsson), Verse Simmonds (K. Michelle) and Jesse Saint John (Nick Jonas).

“Incapable” was co-written with Sean “Elijah Blake” Fenton (Rihanna, Kelly Rowland), Gabrielle “Goldie” Nowee (Rita Ora, K. Michelle), Tenisha Younger (Case, Trey Songz) and Nathaniel “Danja” Hills (Ciara, Justin Timberlake).
