Kehlani teases new collaboration with Oak Felder, Pop Wansel

Kehlani has teased a new collaboration with Oak Felder and Pop Wansel.

“Second album coming and all i’m saying is rnb man… rnb. i said no snippets but fuck it this shit rockin @oakestra @popwansel,” the American singer/songwriter posted to Instagram on Tuesday (August 27, 2018).

Felder and Wansel previously teamed up with Kehlani on “Distraction,” “Not Used to It,” “Everything is Yours,” “Advice,” “Escape,” “In My Feelings,” “Hold Me By The Heart” and “Thank You,” taken from her debut album under Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records, 2017’s “SweetSexySavage.”

For her sophomore studio collection, Kehlani has also worked with Jermaine Dupri (Mariah Carey, Trey Songz), Bryan Michael Cox (Aaliyah, Toni Braxton), Nija Charles (Beyonce, Lauren Jauregui), Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds (Usher, Janet Jackson) and The Rascals (Ariana Grande, Justine Skye).

Kehlani also provided vocals on “Change,” taken from Arin Ray’s upcoming project under Interscope Records. The track – which was produced by Ray alongside Camden Bench and The Rascals – is now available via Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Arlissa releases new single “Running”

American-German singer/songwriter Arlissa Ruppert, known mononymously as Arlissa, has released her new single online.

“Running” – which was written by Arlissa alongside producers Martin Terefe and Matt Schwartz – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Arlissa’s upcoming debut album – featuring previous promotional single “Let This Go” (produced by Peter “Neros” Ibsen and co-written by Sam Fischer and Jamal “Digi” Chammas) – is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Def Jam Recordings.

The still-untitled project reportedly features contributions from Mighty Mike, Shungudzo, Oak Felder, Mayila Jones, Sebastian Kole, Fredro, Natt Dunn, Wrabel, Jesse Shatkin, Stint, Carmen Reece, Lostboy, Sidnie Tipton, Andre Harris, MoZella, Rykeyz, Senai Tedross, and Martin Sjolie.

Arlissa reveals artwork for new single “Running”

Arlissa has revealed the artwork for her new single online.

“Guys, I’ve had the craziest journey with music since I was 14 writing my first songs. I’ve had so so so so many obstacles and people try to get in the way but here we are! Running is out Friday 16th! Thanks for being on this journey with me and believing in me! I love you all,” the American-German singer/songwriter posted to Instagram on Sunday (August 11, 2019).

As per BMI Repertoire, “Running” was written by Arlissa alongside Martin Terefe (Shawn Mendez, Aloe Blacc) and Matt Schwartz (Cheryl, Kylie Minogue).

Arlissa’s upcoming debut album – featuring current promotional single “Let This Go” – is expected to arrive later this year via Def Jam Recordings.

The still-untitled project reportedly features contributions from Mighty Mike, Shungudzo, Oak Felder, Mayila Jones, Sebastian Kole, Fredro, Natt Dunn, Sam Fischer, Wrabel, Jesse Shatkin, Stint, Carmen Reece, Lostboy, Sidnie Tipton, Andre Harris, MoZella, Rykeyz, Senai Tedross, and Martin Sjolie.

Lauren Jauregui drafts Ollie Green for new collaboration

Lauren Jauregui has enlisted Ollie Green for a new collaboration.

The British record producer and songwriter previously worked with artists including Jones (“Indulge”), Gavin James (“Always”), Freya Ridings (“Lost Without You”), Alex Newell (“Devilish”), Hamzaa (“London”), Jamie Lawson (“The Answer”) and Frances (“Love Me Again”).

Meanwhile, Jauregui’s upcoming debut album – featuring singles “Expectations” (produced by Kid Harpoon) and “More Than That” (co-written by Prince Charlez and Hue Strother and collectively produced by Charlie Handsome and Murda Beatz) – is expected to arrive later this year via Columbia Records.

Tayla Parx has teased a new collaboration with Little Mix.

“@littlemix is officially #TaylaMade,” the American singer/songwriter posted to Instagram on Wednesday (17/07/2019).

Parx is known for co-writing Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next,” Janelle Monae’s “I Like It,” Alicia Keys’ “In Common,” Jojo’s “Fuck Apologies,” Christina Aguilera’s “Accelerate,” and Mariah Carey’s “Infinity.”

Her debut album under Atlantic Records, “We Need to Talk,” is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming platforms.

Meanwhile, Little Mix’s upcoming sixth album – featuring lead single “Bounce Back” (which was co-written by Jude Demorest and Jocelyn “Jozzy” David and produced by Swiff D and Stargate) – is expected to arrive later this year via via RCA Records (UK) and Columbia Records (US).

British girl group Little Mix – composed of members Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards – have teamed up with Boi-1da for a new collaboration.

The Jamaican record producer – born Dwayne Chin-Quee – is responsible for singles including Nicki Minaj’s “Bed,” Amara La Negra’s “Insecure,” Drake’s “Controlla,” Mary J. Blige’s “Each Tear,” and Estelle’s “Come Over.”

Supa Dups’ extensive resume boasts additional works with Bruno Mars (“Liquor Store Blues”), Melanie Fiona (“Like I Love You”), John Legend (“No Other Love”), Christina Aguilera (“Around the World”), Stacy Barthe (“No Strings Attached”), Becky G (“Zooted”) and Nina Sky (“Clothes Off”).

The Atlantic recording artist’s songwriting resume boasts works with Rita Ora (“Soul Survivor”), Iggy Azalea (“Switch”), Dua Lipa (“Scared to be Lonely”), Jaira Burns (“Bounce Right Back”), Skylar Stecker (“Crazy Beautiful”), Zedd (“Illusion”) and Fifth Harmony (“1000 Hands”).

Ku’s current promotional single “What Do I Do?” – which was collectively helmed by Captain Cuts and The Monsters & Strangerz – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Meanwhile, Little Mix’s upcoming sixth album – featuring lead single “Bounce Back” (which was co-written by Jude Demorest and Jocelyn “Jozzy” David and produced by Swiff D and Stargate) – is expected to arrive later this year via via RCA Records (UK) and Columbia Records (US).
