Kamille reunites with Wayne Hector for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Camille Purcell, known mononymously as Kamille, has reunited with fellow songwriter Wayne Hector for a new collaboration.

The pair previously teamed up on the Steve Robson-produced “You Don’t Know Love” and “Grow Up,” taken from Olly Murs’ 2016 album “24 HRS,” which debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart.

Hector’s recent songwriting credits include Steps’ “You Make Me Whole,” Emeli Sande’s “Highs & Lows,” Sunrise Avenue’s “I Help You Hate Me,” Little Mix’s “Nothing Else Matters,” Taya’s “When You’re Sober,” Carly Rae Jepsen’s “First Time,” Kaiser Chef’s “Sunday Morning,” and Jones’ “Til We Get There.”

Meanwhile, Kamille’s upcoming debut project – featuring contributions from Chris Loco, BullySongs, Two Inch Punch, MYKL, Dantae Johnson, and RITUAL – is expected to arrive early next year via Virgin EMI Records.

Her current promotional single “Body” – which was produced by Frank Nobel and Linus Nordstrom of Goldfingers – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

On the songwriting front, Kamille has contributed to the next releases by Rudimental, Anne-Marie, Ella Henderson, Louisa Johnson, Bebe Rexha, Rihanna, Era Istrefi, Lewis Capaldi, David Guetta, Calum Scott, Fleur East, Jess Glynne, Ella Eyre, Louis Tomlinson, Tamera Foster, and 5 After Midnight.

Charlie Puth unleashes music video for new single “How Long”

Charlie Puth has unleashed the music video for his new single online.

The visual clip for “How Long” was posted to the American singer, songwriter, and record producer’s YouTube channel on Thursday (October 19, 2017).

Written by Puth alongside regular collaborators Jacob “JKash” Kasher and Justin “DJ Frank-E” Franks; “How Long” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Puth’s sophomore studio collection “Voice Notes” – featuring previous promotional single “Attention” – will arrive on January 19 via Artist Partner Group / Atlantic Records.

The follow-up to 2016’s “Nine Track Mind” reportedly boasts additional songwriting contributions from Julia Michaels, Ross Golan, Andrew Watt, Chloe Angelides, Ammar Malik, Eskeerdo, Sean Douglas, and Ilsey Juber.

Among the producers expected to appear on “Voice Notes” are Benny Blanco, Ian Kirkpatrick, Johan Carlsson, Toby Gad, Joshua “Ammo” Coleman, Pharrell Williams, Breyan Isaac, John “JRY” Ryan, Rami Yacoub, Carl Falk, Henry “Cirkut” Walter, Jason Evigan, and Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds.

Charlie Puth has liberated his new promotional single online.

“How Long?” – which was co-written by regular collaborator Jacob “JKash” Kasher – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

British singer/songwriter Dan Caplen has teased a new collaboration with Jamie Scott, Wayne Hector, and Jonny Coffer.

“Catching ideas yesterday with Jamie Scott x Wayne Hector x Jonny Coffer,” he posted to his Instagram on Wednesday (September 27, 2017).

Scott and Coffer have collectively written and produced songs for Rag’n’Bone Man (“Skin”), Ady Suleiman (“Wait for You”), Beach (“Bite My Tongue”) and Ella Henderson (“Paperback Love”).

Meanwhile, Hector’s recent songwriting credits include Taya’s “When You’re Sober,” Olly Murs’ “You Don’t Know Love,” Emeli Sande’s “Highs & Lows,” Little Mix’s “Nothing Else Matters,” Birdy’s “Hear You Calling,” Anne-Marie’s “Alarm,” Carly Rae Jepsen’s “First Time,” and JONES’ “Til We Get There.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Caplen’s upcoming project – featuring the Ray BLK-featuring / Jordan Riley and Mark Ralph-produced “Flat Champagne” – will arrive later this year via Atlantic Records UK.

Frances teases new collaboration with Jess Glynne

Frances has teased a new collaboration with Jess Glynne.

“Not a bad spot for a few days of writing with a group of crazy talented people!! Thank you @jessglynne ❤️,” the British singer/songwriter posted to her Instagram profile on Friday (September 22, 2017).

Born Sophie Cooke, Frances released her debut album “Things I’ve Never Said” earlier this year via Cookie Records and Capitol Records. That collection also spawned contributions from Greg Kurstin (“Say it Again”), Steve Fitzmaurice (“Don’t Worry About Me”) and Mojam Music (“No Matter”).

Having previously co-written Karen Harding’s “Open My Eyes;” Frances has also penned songs on the next projects by fellow recording artists Sam Smith, Meghan Trainor, Liv Dawson, Ella Henderson, Sody, and Kara Marni.

Meanwhile, Glynne’s second studio collection and follow-up to 2015’s “I Cry When I Laugh” is expected to arrive later this year via Atlantic Records.

The still-untitled collection boasts further songwriting alliances with Jin Jin (David Guetta), Kamille (Bebe Rexha), Carla Marie Williams (Craig David), Wayne Hector (Birdy), Sam Romans (John Legend), Talay Riley (Keri Hilson), Jamie Scott (Niall Horan) and Ed Sheeran (Anne-Marie).

Paloma Faith has unwrapped the artwork and tracklisting for her upcoming fourth album “The Architect,” which will arrive on November 17 via Sony Music Entertainment UK / RCA Records Label.

Lead single “Crybaby” – which was co-written with Lindy Robbins, Cleo Tighe, and Finlay “Starsmith” Dow-Smith – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2014’s “A Perfect Contradiction” boasts additional songwriting alliances with fellow recording artists including Sia Furler (“Warrior”), Zak Abel (“I’ll Be Gentle”) and John Newman (“Till I’m Done”).

Niall Horan has revealed the details for his debut album.

The Irish singer/songwriter dubbed his first studio collection “Flicker” and will release it on October 20 via Neon Haze Records and Capitol Records.

Current promotional single “Too Much To Ask” – which was co-written with Jamie Scott and produced by Greg Kurstin – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

For the highly-anticipated project, Horan has also collaborated with Matthew Radosevich (Olly Murs), Ruth-Anne Cunningham (Britney Spears), Jesse Frasure (Thomas Rhette), Amy Wadge (Kylie Minogue), Eskeerdo (Alex Aiono), Wayne Hector (Birdy), Ashley Gorley (Blake Shelton), Julian Bunetta (Colbie Caillat) and Tobias Jesso Jr. (John Legend).
