Cheryl confirms new single “Love Made Me Do It”

British singer/songwriter Cheryl Tweedy, known mononymously as Cheryl, has dubbed “Love Made Me Do It” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming fifth album under Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The track – which was written by Cheryl alongside Nicola Roberts, Natasha Bedingfield, Miranda Cooper, Dylan Cooper and The Invisible Men (aka George Astasio, Jason Pebworth, and Jonathan Shave) – will arrive on November 9th via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Cheryl’s next studio collection, which serves as the follow-up to 2014’s “Only Human,” reportedly yields further songwriting contributions and productions from Wayne Wilkins, Chiara Hunter, Kevin Anyaeji, Heidi Rojas, Naughty Boy, Steph Jones, and Gina Kushka.

Chelcee Grimes hits the studio with Lindy Robbins, Future Cut

British singer/songwriter Chelcee Grimes has teamed up with Lindy Robbins and Future Cut for a new collaboration.

Recent songwriting credits by Robbins include DJ Snake’s “A Different Way,” Sam Fisher’s “This City,” Jennifer Hudson’s “Burden Down,” Dua Lipa’s “No Goodbyes,” Paloma Faith’s “Crybaby,” and Rachel Platten’s “Collide.”

Composed of Darren Lewis and Tunde Babalola, Future Cut’s production resume boasts works with Maxine Ashley (“Happy”), Lilly Ahlberg (“Bad Boys”), Whinnie Williams (“What About Me”), Matt Terry (“Heartless”), Bakar (“Small Town Girl”), Alex Adair (“Casual”) and Matt Wills (“Marry You”).

Grimes, on the other hand, is scheduled to release her upcoming debut project later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Label Group UK.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers further contributions from RedOne, Negin Djafari, Knightstarr, Phil Cook, Jonas Blue, Sam Romans, Fiona Bevan, Wayne Wilkins, Shelly Peiken, Ed Drewett, Richard “Biff” Stannard, Ash Howes, Kara DioGuardi, Jamie Hartman, Stuart Crichton, and Cutfather.

Cheryl reunites with Nicola Roberts, Naughty Boy for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Cheryl Ann Tweedy, known mononymously as Cheryl, has reunited with fellow recording artist Nicola Roberts and record producer Naughty Boy for a new collaboration.

Roberts previously co-wrote “It’s About Time” and “Goodbye Means Hello” alongside producers Invisible Men, James Draper and Lucas Secon, respectively. Both tracks appear on Cheryl’s 2014 album “Only Human.”

Meanwhile, Naughty Boy previously produced and co-wrote “Craziest Things” alongside American songwriter Andrea Martin. The will.i.am-featuring track appears on Cheryl’s 2012 album “A Million Lights.”

Cheryl’s upcoming fifth studio collection, on the other hand, is scheduled to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers additional contributions from Wayne Wilkins (Beyonce, Keri Hilson), Steph Jones (Jason Mraz, Sabrina Carpenter), Kevin Anyaeji (Leona Lewis, Cody Simpson), Heidi Rojas (Kaya Stewart, Little Mix) and Gina Kushka (Ella Eyre, Kylie Minogue).

British singer/songwriter Chelcee Grimes has drafted Moroccan-Swedish record producer Nadir Khayat (professionally known as RedOne) for her upcoming debut album under Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Label Group UK.

RedOne’s credits include Lady GaGa’s “Alejandro,” Jennifer Lopez’s “On the Floor,” Enrique Iglesias’ “I Like It,” Nicki Minaj’s “Starships,” Nicole Scherzinger’s “Poison,” Kelly Rowland’s “Down 4 Whatever,” Stanaj’s “The Way I Love Her,” Roya’s “Lie,” and Skyler Stecker’s “Bring Me to Life.”

His extensive resume boasts additional works with fellow songwriters Cathy Dennis, Evan “Kidd” Bogart, Simon Wilcox, Justin Tranter, Andrea Martin, Sean Douglas, Frankie Storm, Wayne Hector, Makeba Riddick, Talay Riley, Ester Dean, Bilal Hajji, Angela Hunte, Prince Charlez, and Sia Furler.

Grimes’ first studio collection, on the other hand, reportedly yields further productions and songwriting contributions from Steve Robson, Claude Kelly, Wayne Wilkins, Kara DioGuardi, Cutfather, Shelly Peiken, Jamie Hartman, Stuart Crichton, Richard “Biff” Stannard, and Ed Drewett.

British singer-songwriter RAYE – real name Rachel Keen – has released her new mini-collection “Second” via iTunes in partnership with Polydor Records.

Current single “I, U, Us” was written by RAYE along with Charlotte “Charli XCX” Aitchison, Jonnali “Noonie Bao” Parmenius and Frederick “FRED” Gibson.

Other musicians backing RAYE on “Second” – featuring previous promotional cuts “Tell Me,” “Ambition” and “Distraction” – are BloodPop (Tinashe, Justin Bieber) and Knox Brown (Mary J. Blige, Emeli Sande).

On the songwriting front, RAYE co-wrote Blonde’s hit single “All Cried Out” along with Cass Lowe and Lucas Secon. The Alex Newell-featuring track peaked to number four on the UK Singles Chart.

RAYE has confirmed the details for her new single.

The British singer-songwriter – real name Rachel Keen – christened “I, U, US” as the next promotional cut from her upcoming project.

“I, U, US” was written by RAYE along with Charlotte “Charli XCX” Aitchison, Jonnali “Noonie Bao” Parmenius and Frederick “FRED” Gibson.

RAYE’s forthcoming collection, tentatively entitled “Back 2 the Winter,” is expected to arrive later this year through Polydor Records.

On the songwriting front, RAYE co-wrote Blonde’s hit single “All Cried Out” along with Cass Lowe and Lucas Secon. The Alex Newell-featuring track peaked to number four on the UK Singles Chart.

She also worked with top musicians including Sampha, Emeli Sande, Chris Loco, Stacy Barthe, Illangelo, Jimmy Napes, Labrinth, Two Inch Punch, Arnthor Birgisson, BloodPop, Jonny Lattimer, Knox Brown, and Wayne Wilkins.

Raye has debuted her new single online.

The British singer-songwriter – real name Rachel Keen – posted the audio clip for “Distraction” to her Vevo channel on Monday (April 04, 2016).

“Distraction” – now available for download via iTunes – was written by Raye along with the songs produced Frederick “FRED” Gibson.

The track also marks the first promotional cut from Raye’s upcoming mini-collection, “Back2Winter,” which is scheduled for release later this year through Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

Her full-length debut album, on the other hand, reportedly boasts further productions from Chris Loco, Labrinth, Two Inch Punch, Jimmy Napes, MNEK, Wayne Wilkins, Bless Beats, Knox Brown, Arnthor Birgisson, and BloodPop.
