Bobii Lewis hits the studio with Nina Nesbitt, Mojam Music

British singer/songwriter Bobii Lewis has teamed with fellow recording artist Nina Nesbitt and Mojam Music for a new collaboration.

Nesbitt’s songwriting resume boasts works for Olivia Holt (“Phoenix”), Jasmine Thompson (“Love for the Lonely”), Conor Maynard (“Living”), Jessie Ware (“Slow Me Down”) and The Shires (“Other People’s Things”).

Mojam Music, composed of Mustafa Omer and James Murray, have previously produced Tom Walker’s “Heartland,” Naughty Boy’s “Should’ve Been Me,” Emeli Sande’s “Hurts,” Plan B’s “In the Name of Man,” Frances’ “No Matter,” Conor Maynard’s “Talking About,” and Sinead Harnett’s “Do it Anyway.”

Meanwhile, Lewis’ current promotional single “Drifting” – which was produced by Don Corleone – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

His upcoming debut project reportedly delivers additional alliances with Tre Jean Marie, Karen Poole, Bless Beats, Jin Jin, Michael Angelo, Negin Djafari, Harry James, Stacy Barthe, Cutfather, Grace Tither, Crada, Will Simms, Levi Lennox, Grades, Scribz Riley, The Rascals, Freedo, and Sky Adams.

Era Istrefi drafts French Montana for new single “No I Love Yous”

Era Istrefi has announced the title for her new single.

The Kosovo-Albanian recording artist (born Era Istrefaj) christened “No I Love Yous” as the next promotional cut from her upcoming debut album under Ultra Records / B1 Recordings / Neser Music.

The French Montana-featuring track, which was co-written by Chloe Angelides and Brittany “Starrah” Hazzard alongside Lukas “Lulou” Loules and Alexander “Alex Purple” Kronlund, is scheduled to arrive on August 25 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

In addition to “Bonbon” and the Felix Snow-produced “Redrum,” “Home With You” (co-written by RAYE and co-produced by Big Taste) and “Sapphire” (co-written by Sam Romans and produced by TMS) are among the other tracks slotted for inclusion on Istrefi’s debut album.

The highly-anticipated collection reportedly delivers additional productions and songwriting contributions from HitImpulse, Maegan Cottone, Two Inch Punch, Chelcee Grimes, Fred Ball, Jenna Andrews, Will Simms, Kamille, Fred Gibson, Linnea Sodahl, Jesse Saint John, and Sarah Hudson.

Nabiha releases new mini-album “I O U”

Danish singer/songwriter Nabiha has released her new EP online.

“I O U” – featuring “Young,” “Issues,” “Grand Piano,” “Keeper,” “Feel Your Body,” “Drunk” and “My Truth” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The mini-collection boasts productions from Will Simms (Bobii Lewis), Carl Ryden (David Guetta), Andrew “Druski” Scott (Dawn Richard), Nick Clow (Britney Spears) and Michael Angelo (Imani Williams).

On the songwriting front, Nabiha has worked with Hayley Aitken (Tina Arena), Ayak Thiik (Imani Williams), Luciana Caporaso (Kylie Minogue), Felicia Barton (Demi Lovato) and Michelle Escoffery (Beverley Knight).

Era Istrefi has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The Albanian singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “Redrum” – featuring Felix Snow – to Ultra Music’s YouTube channel on Friday (February 25, 2017).

The track was co-written by David Singer, whose other credits include Kiiara’s “Gold,” New Boyz’s “Backseat,” The Cataracs’ “All You,” Far East Movement’s “Like a G6,” Dev’s “Bass Down Low,” and Snoop Dogg’s “Wet.”

Production duties on “Redrum” were collectively handled by Felix Snow (Selena Gomez, Nicole Scherzinger) and Mark Ralph (Clean Bandit, Years & Years).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Istrefi’s first studio collection – featuring previous promotional single “Bon Bon” – will arrive later this year via Ultra Records in partnership with Neser Music and RCA Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly boasts further songwriting contributions from Rachel “RAYE” Keen (Ellie Goulding), Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett (Jess Glynne), Sam Romans (John Legend) and Linnea Sodahl (Imani Williams).

On the production front, Istrefi has worked with TMS (Louisa Johnson), Fred Ball (Rihanna), Two Inch Punch (Ella Eyre), Big Taste (Maty Noyes), Will Simms (Zak Abel) and Fred Gibson (Charli XCX).

The Albanian singer-songwriter dubbed “Redrum” as the next promotional single from her upcoming debut album and will release it on February 24 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by David Singer-Vine, whose other credits include Kiiara’s “Gold,” New Boyz’s “Backseat,” The Cataracs’ “All You,” Far East Movement’s “Like a G6,” Dev’s “Bass Down Low,” and Snoop Dogg’s “Wet.”

Krishane announces new single “Money Can’t Buy No Love”

Krishane has announced the title for his new single.

The Jamaican singer/songwriter christened “Money Can’t Buy No Love” as the second promotional cut from his upcoming debut album.

“Money Can’t Buy No Love” was co-written and produced by Will Simms, whose other credits include Melissa Steel [Atlantic Records], Kieran Alleyne [Virgin EMI Records] and Jessica Mauboy [Sony Music Australia].

Krishane’s debut album – featuring previous single “Drunk and Incapable” – is expected to drop later this year through Atlantic Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly boasts additional alliances with Fraser T. Smith (Lily Allen, Sam Smith), Arnthor Birgisson (Christina Milian, Janet Jackson) and Christian “Crada” Kalla (Jordin Sparks, Emeli Sande).

On the songwriting front, Krishane co-wrote “Not Letting Go” for Tinie Tempah along with Jin Jin, Shift K3Y, and Bless Beats. The Jess Glynne-assisted track debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart.

Krishane drafts Arnthor Birgission for debut album

Jamaican singer/songwriter Krishane has recorded new material with Arnthor Birgisson for his upcoming debut album.

The Icelandic/Swedish songwriter and record producer is known for helming Kim Cesarion’s “Undressed” [RCA Records], Shontelle’s “Impossible” [Motown Records] and Janet Jackson’s “All Nite (Don’t Stop)” [Virgin Records].

His extensive resume also includes works for Selena Gomez (“Write Your Name”), Leona Lewis (“Heartbeat”), Tiaan (“Devil’s Touch”), Danity Kane (“Stay With Me”) and Samantha Mumba (“Gotta Tell You”).

Meanwhile, Krishane is expected to release his first studio collection later this year under Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

Lead single “Drunk and Incapable” – featuring guest vocals from label mate Melissa Steel – is now available for download via iTunes.

Other musicians backing Krishane on the still-untitled project are Fraser T. Smith (Sam Smith, Tori Kelly), Janee Bennett (Jess Glynne, Little Mix), Will Simms (Nabiha, Kieran Alleyne) and Bless Beats (Wiley, Chipmunk).
